Location is safe and very convenient to Cherry Creek/Glendale. Beds are very comfortable. Shower and bathroom are small but clean. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer but no oven or cooktop so if you don't plan to cook, the kitchen is sufficient. Polly was responsive and very easy to work with on the temperature in the unit.

My husband and I found this roomy Vrbo perfect for our needs while visiting family nearby for 5 nights. The whole place was very clean. The beds were the best in comfort we have experienced in our extensive travels.,,so we really appreciated that. We were visiting during a hot spell so we appreciated the cool temperatures via the central a/c. The kitchenette was perfectly appointed for our morning coffee and toast… we were gone all day and had no need to prepare other meals while there.. but we did use the refrigerator. It was great to have complimentary coffee tea and such on the shelves for our use. The design and functionality of this Vrbo was nothing short of artistic with the use of color and placement- I was impressed. The exterior was inviting and safe both by daylight and evening. The friendly host was communicating with us and the instructions for gaining access was clear. The description on the Vrbo listing was accurate. The place was clean, and there were ample towels and hot water for showers. We liked that we were only 35 minutes or less to Denver International airport when it was time to depart. Kudos to Polly, our host!

Just kidding on the title. Our host, Polly Letofsky, is the ultimate on what a Vrbo host should be. We were very comfortable inside and out. Room temperatures were perfect. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms were a great fit. Washer and dryer very accommodating. We loved sitting outside in Polly's lovely backyard. Very fun, clever graffiti on the fences. We sure hope to come back again soon!

My sister and I stayed for 4 days 3 nights. The Writer’s Nest fit our needs perfectly. It was only about 30 minutes from the airport. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept so well. With two security doors, we felt very safe. It was also centrally located a 5 minute drive from great shopping (food, clothing, electronics, yoga, etc.) The host, Polly, was also the right blend of attentive to your needs and yet respectful of your privacy and space. Polly is also a bit of a local legend, we discovered, but I’ll let you discover for yourself her awesome feat! I highly recommend this apartment and working with Polly as a host. Three helpful things to note: (1) The unit is down a short flight of stairs so you’ll have to carry any luggage with care, (2) There is a kitchenette, so no stove. But you have a sink, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, the works and (3) although the bedroom and living quarters are very spacious, the bathroom is tight. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

My family needed a place to stay following an unexpected medical issue. The apartment worked really well for our needs. There was room for all four of us, and the location was close to the hospital and to take-out food options. Most importantly, the host, Polly, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and cheerfully put up with deliveries mistakenly going to her door, rather than to ours. Polly accurately describes her apartment, so the rather limited cooking facilities and single bathroom did not come as a surprise. I highly recommend this property.

Easy access and very handy location for visiting our sons. Comfortable beds and fully equipped for our 6 day stay. Close to stores and restaurants with close proximity to major highways to get around the metropolitan area. Clean and nicely decorated with beautiful exterior landscapes.

Overall Good! Immaculate! & Local was perfect - Only issue was unable to control the thermostat, it was uncomfortable during the 1st night, 2nd night freezing, 3rd night back to uncomfortable. Had I known I was unable to control the temps we would not have chosen this place. Not being able to control the thermostat should have been mentioned in the property description in my opinion. The RoKo remote did not work, contacted host abt temps and remote, response time wasn’t great.

We liked the property and location very much. It had everything we needed in the unit and whatever questions we had were easily answered by the host. She was great. Anyway, it honestly wouldn't stop us renting here again for the great place and host.

I recently moved my college student Into an apartment on campus and this location was super close and convenient! The accommodations Spacious and clean and comfortable. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but it had everything you need if you were staying longer. The bed and pillow were super comfy too!

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed--everything I needed. The host, Polly, was easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy. The location was convenient, and parking plentiful on the street near the house. Would happily stay here again.

My 21 yr old son and I stayed in Polly’s home recently for a hiking trip. From her communication before we arrived, to her meeting us promptly when we arrived and showing us everything we needed to know, Polly was a great host! Her apartment is very well set up and she seems to have furnished it with anything and everything one would need on a vacation. She was very helpful in suggesting where to eat and giving us an overview of the area. Her place was perfect for us, as we each had our own space with a very comfortable common area. Highly recommend!

My husband and I found this roomy Vrbo perfect for our needs while visiting family nearby for 5 nights. The whole place was very clean. The beds were the best in comfort we have experienced in our extensive travels.,,so we really appreciated that. We were visiting during a hot spell so we appreciated the cool temperatures via the central a/c. The kitchenette was perfectly appointed for our morning coffee and toast… we were gone all day and had no need to prepare other meals while there.. but we did use the refrigerator. It was great to have complimentary coffee tea and such on the shelves for our use. The design and functionality of this Vrbo was nothing short of artistic with the use of color and placement- I was impressed. The exterior was inviting and safe both by daylight and evening. The friendly host was communicating with us and the instructions for gaining access was clear. The description on the Vrbo listing was accurate. The place was clean, and there were ample towels and hot water for showers. We liked that we were only 35 minutes or less to Denver International airport when it was time to depart. Kudos to Polly, our host!

Overall Good! Immaculate! & Local was perfect - Only issue was unable to control the thermostat, it was uncomfortable during the 1st night, 2nd night freezing, 3rd night back to uncomfortable. Had I known I was unable to control the temps we would not have chosen this place. Not being able to control the thermostat should have been mentioned in the property description in my opinion. The RoKo remote did not work, contacted host abt temps and remote, response time wasn’t great.

My sister and I stayed for 4 days 3 nights. The Writer’s Nest fit our needs perfectly. It was only about 30 minutes from the airport. It was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we slept so well. With two security doors, we felt very safe. It was also centrally located a 5 minute drive from great shopping (food, clothing, electronics, yoga, etc.) The host, Polly, was also the right blend of attentive to your needs and yet respectful of your privacy and space. Polly is also a bit of a local legend, we discovered, but I’ll let you discover for yourself her awesome feat! I highly recommend this apartment and working with Polly as a host. Three helpful things to note: (1) The unit is down a short flight of stairs so you’ll have to carry any luggage with care, (2) There is a kitchenette, so no stove. But you have a sink, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, the works and (3) although the bedroom and living quarters are very spacious, the bathroom is tight. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

My family needed a place to stay following an unexpected medical issue. The apartment worked really well for our needs. There was room for all four of us, and the location was close to the hospital and to take-out food options. Most importantly, the host, Polly, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and cheerfully put up with deliveries mistakenly going to her door, rather than to ours. Polly accurately describes her apartment, so the rather limited cooking facilities and single bathroom did not come as a surprise. I highly recommend this property.

Polly, a premier host, was extremely helpful with everything from my booking her VRBO to getting my wifi to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at her very delightful home. The location was perfect for my needs and her accommodations were just what I was looking for. Even her backyard was delightful. I would highly recommend her place.

We got snowed in unexpectedly and wound up staying in the majority of our trip, but The Nest was a warm place to be stuck. Polly even brought us fresh baked chocolate chip cookies.

My daughter (20), and I, had a great trip to Denver planned, and we just needed the perfect place to stay! We luckily chose correctly, as my daughter “liked the vibe” of Polly’s place. We were centrally located to all destinations…Red Rocks, Denver Art Museum, and Cherry Creek State Park. Easy to navigate to and from, with plenty of parking. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. A grocery store and many shops within walking distance. As noted, there is no stove, but has a few other cooking options. (Who wants to cook on vacation anyway??) Polly is awesome! She was there to greet us and show us around, and available if we had any questions. All the stars and would definitely recommend!!

Location is safe and very convenient to Cherry Creek/Glendale. Beds are very comfortable. Shower and bathroom are small but clean. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer but no oven or cooktop so if you don't plan to cook, the kitchen is sufficient. Polly was responsive and very easy to work with on the temperature in the unit.

We had a great time staying at The Nest while in Denver to see Taylor Swift! Polly was wonderful and welcoming. The property was well supplied - and within walking distance of plenty of stores and restaurants for anything we needed. Also very easy to get downtown. All in all - a great place to stay.

Exactly as described. Cozy, cute, and tidy. Made our trip to NJH much easier. Grocery across the street. So many restaurants, too little time. Nice walkable neighborhood. Felt safe to us. Thanks to our gracious host! Paula and Julie.

Easy access and very handy location for visiting our sons. Comfortable beds and fully equipped for our 6 day stay. Close to stores and restaurants with close proximity to major highways to get around the metropolitan area. Clean and nicely decorated with beautiful exterior landscapes.
