The room was good. Only complaint we have is that we had to go to the office to get a cup of decaf coffee. Not everyone drinks regular coffee and we have not run into this before.

It just seems like they care more about money but not the property or guest. I went there for a trip and got there at 10am and asked if I can check in early . They were looking for me to pay for early access but they had no guest . The parking lot was a ghost town. They just seem like since they don’t have a consistent flow of visitors they just basically want to rob the ones that do visit. That’s just the beginning, the room was awful. There was flies in the room before I even stepped in. I get it’s a 3.8/5 stars but, atleast try to be better. Doing customers wrong and having terrible rooms is just bad. I would not recommend to stay there . Lastly the room was so bad I didn’t even think about getting the breakfast. I didn’t want to eat knowing that’s how the rooms looked. No thanks .

No internet access. Management said that service had been called and will come tomorrow, but that does not help the situation. TV did not work either. They got me another room which TV worked.
