Our shower didn't work, so we were given a key for a close room. That shower was terrible as well. Not much sleep as we were worried that our car would be broken into.

Stayed 1 night

Group of 3 traveling from Washington state towards San Jose. We decided to stop at a midway point which ended up being Yreka. Got pulled in by the free breakfast buffet included with the stay which was delivered on! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausages were the main dishes. There was a waffle iron there but it was not working which was a slight theme to the place. Ice machine was not working and they only have 1 it seems. Vending machine also was not working. We booked the room asking for a ground level room but when we arrived we were booked to a 2nd floor room (they only have stairs and 1 person in our party could not utilize them, along with having necessary medical equipment). Thankfully the late night front desk agent was kind enough to look for a ground floor room that was open, except it was not yet cleaned. She personally took care of it, did a great job especially in a short window, and for that we are extremely thankful. The next morning the next front desk agent was a little confused by the situation so a maid came in while we were still there. But we got a good nights rest, a hot shower, and a meal before we left so certainly not the worst spot to be at. Wouldn't hate to stay here again though may not be first choice.

The room was not bay. Shower and hot water worked well. The staff was nice and helpful . Stay away from the breakfast. Coffee , eggs, potatoes and sausage tastes terrible.Swimming pool was a joke, maybe for a little kids? Less than two stars.

The first room we were given. People were already in. The next room was up another flight of stairs and key didn't work. Back down 3 flights of stairs. The third room did work and it was clean but the disorganized way the computer selected the room was not acceptable. So for a senior person to have make 19 flights of stairs it was very stressful

The room was clean, but the bathroom fan was broken and so was the TV. My expectations for this place were low and they were met
