Had a good experience. There are no elevators and that could be tough for some, but if your ok with potentially having to go upstairs the room was very nice. Slightly expensive with fees and taxes but the free breakfast is better than most hotels. Easy to walk to many restaurants. If you need ice or a plunger go by the front desk. There was a mini fridge, which was good for meds and snacks as well as a microwave. The bathroom had a heated floor near the sink and the shower has a rain shower head overhead in addition to the standard head that can be held. My wife said she wouldn't mind coming back for more than one night, but maybe without the kids and dogs.

We stayed in the newly renovated section of the Inn property. The reception and dining area was lovely with breakfast bar included in our rate. There is also an additional cost bar/dining option available most evenings. The garden seating are is nice as well. The location is close to the Plaza and lots of shopping and eating choices. Overall good choice for visiting Santa Fe.

Stayed in a suite and the room was updated and nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Happy hour specials were on point. The only complaints are that our room was facing the street and it was quite loud at night. Also the hotel lacked signage and we found people not understanding where breakfast was or when happy hour was.

Piñon Court is perfectly located. Breakfast is outstanding with the best fresh yogurt I've ever tasted. All rooms include a small fridge and microwave. Ours (#44) also included a fireplace (not used in July of course) and a small private patio with shade umbrellas and deck chairs. Parking is free and ample, a rarity in Santa Fe.

The room and common areas are immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and inviting. Our room was huge, with a very comfortable bed, great quality bedding, a working fireplace and a small walled patio with a bistro table and chairs. The hotel has a very nice common area patio with tables, sofas, sunbrellas etc, one can eat breakfast there or just relax during the day. There is tea and coffee self service in the reception area, complete with complimentary fresh baked cookies. The only underwheling feature is the breakfast: it is adequate but no better than any standard breakfast at a motor lidge.

I stayed at this hotel twice before when it was the Old Santa Fe Inn which is the reason I stayed for this visit. The location is very good. The hotel had newly installed carpet in an enclosed stairwell without any means for the off gassing vapors to ventilate out. As a result the room was full of toxic vapors that were literally sickening. Slept with the windows and blinds open, which was noisy and precluded a comfortable level of privacy, and had the mini split engaged. The bathroom sink had several hairs. The bathroom floor was dirty / dingy and there were hairs around the toilet base. This was a huge turn off. The Wi-Fi was poor. Never could connect the IPad. The iPhone connected but dropped off intermittently. The staff was mostly friendly. The breakfast was not nearly as good as the Old Santa Fe Inn. The choices disappointed in comparison. The coffee was acceptable. Would no longer recommend..

We booked a king room with fireplace. The fireplace needs to be lit by maintenance, but they leave at 5pm… so a bedtime fire wasn’t possible. Kinda disappointing. The room is stylish and seems new, but the bedside lamp was bent out of shape as was the art lamp above the bed. Location is great! Walking proximity to lots of sites & restaurants.

While the hotel itself was very nice our suite was curbside on a very noisy and busy street. The metal entry gate was right outside our window and was very loud when slammed shut. All night long.

The hotel is beautiful, charming, and cozy. What really stood out was the marvelous staff that was so accommodating and truly allowed us to get some rest amidst a very long trip. Big shoutout to the security officer (Robert, I believe?) who helped us get settled even though we showed up at 4 a.m. and our last-minute reservation wasn’t coming up. He managed to solve the situation in the moment and get us to our room so we rest. In the morning, front desk staff was kind despite our somewhat chaotic arrival. Finally, we nearly missed breakfast since we’d only had a chance for 4 hours of sleep. Still, the breakfast staff insisted we had to eat before getting back on the road. They had me load a plateful of each remaining food, so that my spouse could eat with me since our dog needed a walk and they couldn’t be there. The ladies even offered to make us fresh tortillas while they cleaned up. Truly lovely people. We’ll be back!

Staff was very helpful with our very late 3x-delayed-flights check-in. Excellent service throughout our stay, very comfortable room and bedding - recently upgraded facility so I’ve heard. Convenient to downtown and rail yard areas within easy walks, and Ubers were quick to arrive when needed.

The staff here seemed very inconvenienced at any question they were asked. Service at the restaurant was slow when we went for drinks. At breakfast the staff was downright rude to us whenever we were near them or asked a question. Checkin offered 0 helpful information such as what time breakfast was. The room however was very clean and comfortable and the location is wonderful. The construction was a bit of an annyance in terms of noise and maniuvering in the parking lot but the team kindly warned us before our stay.

Location was excellent and very walkable to the Santa Fe plaza with copious dining and shopping options. Parking was available on site near the room since the hotel is set up partially like a motor court lodge. We found the front desk staff uninterested and lacked training on all three days we stayed here. We attempted to use the outdoor patio area (the only public amenity space) and found ourselves locked outside with no way to exit the space. Something for management to look into for fire code. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed, we loved the fireplace.

Pinion Court turned out to be a perfect choice for me. It was within walking distance to several spots I wanted to check out, including the art museum and Governors Plaza. Would stay here again if mattresses were a tad softer.

I love this hotel--located in walking distance to the plaza and restaurants, galleries, shopping. Great staff. Great breakfast with waffles and green chili burritos that you build yourself (so if you just want bacon, eggs, potatoes--you've got that). Only minor complaint is the strength of the internet and how it comes and goes.
