The room was very clean, air conditioning worked well. Staff were very helpful and kind. Could have had more amenities with the price. Overall great stay.

Excellent staff and location! Loved staying here, walkable to convention center and downtown. Strawberry water in the lobby was amazing, nice to also have a coffee shop in the lobby for breakfast. Room was clean, spacious, great views, and bed was super comfortable. Awesome rooftop terrace, too! Slight drawbacks in the bathroom -- shower water pressure was like very soft drops lightly falling, the head was in the ceiling, took a while to wash my thick hair, and the water temp kept drastically changing. In the bathroom, the door opened to block the sink, & small vanity, so you couldn't be in front of the mirror without first closing the door. Bath towels were outside of the bathroom under a bench in the entryway, which was a funny realization after stepping out of the shower then walking dripping wet into the hall to dry off! Once I figured out the bathroom layout it was fine, but design could have been more intentional. Overall I'd recommend it.
