Food was really good. Every evening some kind of entertainment. Right in Holetown close to everything. They have activities free and some you can book. Like a visit in a reggae bus trip speightstown for $7. Pool Clean, beach was great. Free catamaran for 2 hours.

The major problem of this hotel is the rudeness of the staff. We were told rude things, ignored, cut off from talking, had eyes rolled at us, etc. Nobody offers to help around this place. Most of the workers should not be in the service industry!! Food selection and taste waa absolutely horrible. One night we did not eat anything offered on the menu and waitress had a major attitude problem because we asked if we could see the kids menu or eat something else. The hotel is also very rundown. The outside and inside of the rooms need major work. The air condition leaked all over the floor and we had to put towels down. BUT we only could get two towels a day because they do not have enough towel to accommodate guests. We asked for more and were told they were “drying”. The beach is pretty, but you have to wake up early to reserve chairs. They also do not have enough chairs to accommodate their guest. Was told at 9 o’clock in the morning that we came too late to the beach and could sit by the pool. Also at the beach, they had people selling things which is normal for an island, but these sellers would were incredibly rude when we said we did not want to buy anything. One guy said we were a waste of his time. For water, you do not get the luxury of a plastic bottle or reusable bottle. You have to bring a small open plastic cup to the beach. On the last day the water fountain stopped working. The entertainment that is offered starts late at night and you hear singing while you ar

Mango Bay Resort is in a great area with a beautiful beach, access to great restaurants, and within short driving distance to scenic, historical, and nature reserves. The staff is very accommodating, and I sincerely hope they are paid adequately.
