Nice hotel, clean, very comfortable beds, great view of the canal, good room service and great breakfast buffet. Great location to take a boat ride or tour. One of the reason we chose this hotel was the review that it provided a free shuttles to Burj Khalifa and the beach, but were disappointed to find out that this is no longer true (after covid). Also, the pool was pretty chilly. The music coming from the outdoor bar was very loud and not pleasant.

Lovely stay for Christmas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service in the club lounge. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The food was great, particularly in the Vivaldi restaurant for the Christmas Day buffet. A possible suggestion is to open the club lounge for breakfast as there were a couple of days when the main breakfast dining room was overcrowded due to poor weather so people couldn’t eat outside and limited space inside.

Bodde här under nyårshelgen. Hotellet har det men behöver för en lång vistelse. Servicen hos personal är perfekt. Incheckning och utcheckning gick snabbt och smidigt. Rum är rymlig med fin utsikt mot Downtown Dubai. Hotellet har flera restauranger som håller bra nivå. Det finns ett gym, bastu, ångbastu och SPA avdelningen i hotellet. Det finns en ATM i hotellet. Det som är sämre är att rummet så var det en elkontakt som fungerade och oväsen från ventilationen utifrån som störde. Städningen var snabb men jämn. Exempelvis en glasskärva fick ligga kvar i flera dagar.

We really like this hotel. The location is great being next to the creek. It is close to the boat services and the Metro (Union station). The staff have always been really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the beds are really comfy. The club lounge is excellent and the service and quality of food top draw. The breakfast selection is good and as with everyone here the staff are really friendly and helpful.

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at the Sheraton Dubai Creek and Towers in Dubai. Our excellent stay started with our check in with SHEROUK , who was very friendly and genuinely happy to have us stay with them. Although we had only booked a standard room , she upgraded us to a lovely Creek side room with a wonderful view , which we enjoyed thoroughly! All areas of the hotel were spotless , and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job ! The on-site pub served excellent food and also had Happy Hour each evening. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Creek. The interior design and decor are beautiful, from the indoor waterfall/pond with a grand staircase to the wide open lobby with a fresh display of flowers. The staff: Ednah, Mary, Nikhil, Tinku, Rohit, Sahil, and Kalam, Francis were so pleasant, friendly, and very happy to accommodate you. And the buffet breakfast is absolutely a plus; the food was delicious with so many options to choose from it made each day of our stay exciting. The staff there made sure we were always taken care of, asking us where we'd like to sit, if we'd like coffee or anything. So pleasant. Constructive feedback for the hotel: Our room on the seventh floor had a leaky pipe. The shower/tub is designed in a way that water runs over and onto the ground, and the towel at the foot of the tub gets drenched. There was water leaking from under the pipes but that didn't bother us since that is the hotel's responsibility. There was a mouldy smell in one of our rooms which was quickly settled with a move to an upgraded room. Also be careful when opening the doors after undoing the deadbolt since it may pull the wood loose on the door. That is more of a maintenance issue they'd have to figure out as well. There is a mechanic onsite so all of this was settled very quickly. We are very grateful to the staff for taking such great and gentle care of us. I highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Creek.

Comfortable hotel in the old Dubai Creek area close to airport and ferries to markets. Room was clean but had a stale musty smell of old cigarette. Some air freshener would fix this

Honnêtement,le service reste très en deçà de la moyenne. 1- les chambres sont poussiéreuses et la moquette de la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée et dépoussiérée depuis très longtemps. 2- lors du Check out,on m’informe que j’aurais consommé dans le mini bar,ce qui est impossible car du 24 au 28 ,j’ai une crise aiguë du colon ,donc comment expliquer cette consommation imaginaire ? 3-La veille de mon départ,vu que j’ai un vol très tôt le matin ,j’ai demandé à être réveillé à 4h00 du matin ,rien n’a été fait,heureusement que j’avais réglé mon réveil,sinon j’aurais raté mon avion….. Honnêtement cela n’est pas professionnel,une remarque également très importante concerne le SPA,la salle de sport est dépourvue de serviettes et la salle de massage est douteuse sur le plan de l’hygiène et le sauna était à l’arrêt.

Nice staff and good service all the time during my stay. Room had a great view of Dubai creek, but it was quite noisy in the morning since there were some constructions on going early along river side. It could be understood that workers wanted to work in cooler temperature in the morning, but it was quite annoying for the guests who wanted to have a enjoyable sleeping during their vacation.

The hotel looks new, and in good condition. The rooms are big and beautifully decorated. It is also close to the airport and the old town of Dubai. The front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful. My room was on the side of the hotel entrance. There is a major highway in front of it. I just stayed overnight in this hotel. So the noise from the road did not bother me that much. But if you need a quiet room, you may have to request a room on the opposite side.

The room was big and clean with windows by the creek. The only area that I do not like is the bathroom. The vanity area is so small that it is not enough to put your changing clothes. The bath area is high to get in and not suitable for me.

Our stay was amazing! We could not have asked for more. In recognition of a milestone birthday, the hotel provided a complimentary room upgrade and various in-room treats. All were very much appreciated. The check in was fast and efficient; the reception and housekeeping staff (Prafull) were fabulous and the location was perfect for access to the airport, the old part of Dubai and to the modern part of the city. Honnêtement,le service reste très en deçà de la moyenne. 1- les chambres sont poussiéreuses et la moquette de la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée et dépoussiérée depuis très longtemps. 2- lors du Check out,on m’informe que j’aurais consommé dans le mini bar,ce qui est impossible car du 24 au 28 ,j’ai une crise aiguë du colon ,donc comment expliquer cette consommation imaginaire ? 3-La veille de mon départ,vu que j’ai un vol très tôt le matin ,j’ai demandé à être réveillé à 4h00 du matin ,rien n’a été fait,heureusement que j’avais réglé mon réveil,sinon j’aurais raté mon avion….. Honnêtement cela n’est pas professionnel,une remarque également très importante concerne le SPA,la salle de sport est dépourvue de serviettes et la salle de massage est douteuse sur le plan de l’hygiène et le sauna était à l’arrêt.

I have regularly stayed at this hotel over the last 12 years for business purposes. I have always found the facilities and the team to be very professional. Its a very relaxed hotel and caters for all needs regarding choice of restaurants. Easy access to the exhibition halls and business areas, and great views of the creek from the creek-side rooms.

Location was excellent: not far from Dubai airport, right on Creek with amazing views, within short walking distance of water taxi and major Metro stop (Union). Taxis come right up to door, too, of course. You can stay in the hotel all weekend, if you like, hanging out by the pool, or catch a water taxi to the historic old souq, or go further afield to malls, etc. This grande dame of luxury hotels in Dubai (est. 1975) is still in great condition, on prime real estate, and close to heart of city. It offers great rates for families and weekend tourists - unbelievable value. Staff was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Creek. The interior design and decor are beautiful, from the indoor waterfall/pond with a grand staircase to the wide open lobby with a fresh display of flowers. The staff: Ednah, Mary, Nikhil, Tinku, Rohit, Sahil, and Kalam, Francis were so pleasant, friendly, and very happy to accommodate you. And the buffet breakfast is absolutely a plus; the food was delicious with so many options to choose from it made each day of our stay exciting. The staff there made sure we were always taken care of, asking us where we'd like to sit, if we'd like coffee or anything. So pleasant. Constructive feedback for the hotel: Our room on the seventh floor had a leaky pipe. The shower/tub is designed in a way that water runs over and onto the ground, and the towel at the foot of the tub gets drenched. There was water leaking from under the pipes but that didn't bother us since that is the hotel's responsibility. There was a mouldy smell in one of our rooms which was quickly settled with a move to an upgraded room. Also be careful when opening the doors after undoing the deadbolt since it may pull the wood loose on the door. That is more of a maintenance issue they'd have to figure out as well. There is a mechanic onsite so all of this was settled very quickly. We are very grateful to the staff for taking such great and gentle care of us. I highly recommend staying at the Sheraton Creek.

Lovely stay for Christmas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent service in the club lounge. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The food was great, particularly in the Vivaldi restaurant for the Christmas Day buffet. A possible suggestion is to open the club lounge for breakfast as there were a couple of days when the main breakfast dining room was overcrowded due to poor weather so people couldn’t eat outside and limited space inside.

The rooms are clean, and the beds are really comfy. The club lounge is excellent and the service and quality of food top draw. The breakfast selection is good and as with everyone here the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Our excellent stay started with our check in with SHEROUK , who was very friendly and genuinely happy to have us stay with them. Although we had only booked a standard room , she upgraded us to a lovely Creek side room with a wonderful view , which we enjoyed thoroughly! All areas of the hotel were spotless , and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job ! The on-site pub served excellent food and also had Happy Hour each evening.
