Fantastic location for World Trade Centre, the Metro and the hotel rooms are amazing but OMG the elevator system is slow! I started measuring my wait times after the first day and spent almost 35 mins waiting for elevators on day 2. They need more to deal with the flow of people!

This was an annual break to Dubai and decided to splash out. Hotel is first class and the facilities are excellent. Staff are really polite and no job is too big. Hope to save up for next year. Location is excellent and next to the Metro for easy transport.

Lots of options, bars, restaurants under one roof, the SPA is great, the barber shop is friendly, sports bar is not too noisy, location is convenient, and the breakfast is elaborate. Rooms are not appropriately described for everyone to understand the offerings. Surprisingly they changed my room to my requested choice of smoking room even when they didnt have any at checkin, so quickly, before I laid my hat in the smoking room.

Very bad room service, for a simple request of towels or hair dryer I had to call 3 times and talk to manager before getting anything, washing sink water overflow, bed cabinets are stinky, bugs in bathroom, very loud music noise from somewhere (they said it’s from the disco club in attached hotel - Conrad), many other people complaining at reception every day,, breakfast buffet is average in very small seating area., very limited public Taxi service …, will never choose Fairmont,,,, not worth even half what paid

Bathroom had a foul odor of sewage ask to change room or fix issue they claimed it was fixed but the smell never went away, I call to ask about restaurant they said their were 12 restaurants and all were booked I could not make a reservation I was told only the lobby could be walk in and dine, but later found out that was not true, found an Italian restaurant there with not one guest and I didn’t need reservations not sure what that was about Also there’s not 12 restaurants, was a bit disappointed. But the location was awesome close to most of what we needed. The guys in the front who gets you taxi were awesome very friendly and helpful!

For a renowned Hotel brand, I was shocked and appauled at the level of service at this particular venue. Baggage did not get sent to my room for over 2 hours, despite numerous calls to the reception desk. In addition, housekeeping did not complete their service, again despite, leaving the service room sign on for over 4 hours and no action taken. Having then called the reception a further 3 times, I had to locate housekeeping myself to ask for this to take place. Will not be utilising this brand at this location again.

The room was great and the staff were courteous. The breakfast was a big let down. The breakfast seemed like a compromise - the location was cramped and dimly lit. There were long queues. Once inside you were running a maze between tables and chairs. Saw one accident on each day of our stay - coffee spilling, plates dropping etc. The breakfast experience totally killed the experience as it’s the start of the day and you look forward to a peaceful breakfast in a well lit space in such a property.

Great Hotel. Like all other Hotels in Dubai serivce is exceptional, Valet for free, nice clean spacious rooms. We loved the sushi bar that was open when we arrived late at night and the breakfast was great - we did not order breakfast ahead of time and were offered to have it for a reduced and reasonable price.
