Small rooms, sink in main room, pumped a weird smell into your room, bar staff not very welcoming

There was a left over coaster under the table and part of a ballpoint on the floor. Had ask for A hair dryer. At the downstairs restaurant we hadto wait a long time for some to seat us. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Populus and will recommend others to stay there. We certainly plan to visit again in May.

Good location, clean but the rooms are kind of hot in temperature. It’s the only thing I recommend improving. Nice place to stay and it has a great coffee place and restaurants. I will be back

The hotel is in a great location and some of the staff are helpful. I left a Bose Bluetooth speaker in the room when I left, definitely my fault for leaving it but when I called to inquire I got a bit of a run around. No one called be back from the house cleaning department and when I asked they said it was not logged in their list and found. The most logical conclusions are that their staff doesn’t clean all that well or that they steal the items left behind. Definitely not a good look for the hotel!

We LOVED how environmentally responsible everything was - e.g., room size, filtered water machines in hallways, materials used in construction, only essential lighting in sleeping rooms hallways, glass pitcher and glasses in room vs. plastic, unbleached toilet paper, etc. Check in was easy, lots of parking options nearby (hotel valet available, if desired), friendly staff, lovely views. We had cocktails in the lobby at Pasque before our event at the Denver Art Museum a few blocks away and they were visually appealing and tasty. Our server, Christian was great. After our event we went to Stellar Jay on top floor to have drinks and apps. Our server Gabe was terrific, along with everything we ordered. The amenities included in the resort fee were well worth it. We’ll be back for sure and recommend to others!
