Magnifique Hôtel Le personnel est vraiment professionnel et très gentil Pour l’anniversaire de mon fils de 18 ans ils avaient préparé un gâteau et des surprises dans la chambre. Incroyable!! La chambre avait une vue sur la baie et le Burj!! Le sauna, le hamam, le restaurant tout était vraiment incroyablement beau et luxueux. Nous avons adoré - ils nous ont laissé partir à 13h Je recommande cet hôtel il est magnifique

Great staff, lots of great amenities. There was a lot of noise from the “Lock, Stock and Barrel” hotel bar, often late into the night—which I was surprised was very audible in the room, even with all the windows shut. But the highlights of this hotel are definitely the incredible staff and the many touches of useful technology in the rooms (e.g “night mode” lighting, and a bathroom mirror that defogs itself). I highly recommend a stay here.

Hotel and staff were immaculate, they couldn’t do enough for us and gave us a complimentary upgrade and cake to celebrate our honeymoon. However the location wasn’t close to any of the key tourist areas and not very pedestrian friendly something I didn’t realise when booking. A great hotel for business maybe not so much for tourists especially if you like to walk places you’ll need to be getting a taxi.

Ansatt var veldig snille unntatt en som sitter på aktivitet der man kunne bestille aktivitet, vi ville dra på Museum of The Future og når vi sa til henne at prisen er mye så hun blei veldig uhøflig og snakka på en dårlig måte til oss og smilte ikke mer og når vi sa ha det hun sa ikke det tilbake, det førte til at jeg skal aldri komme tilbake til denne hotel. Rommet hadde litt dårlig lukt som vi ikke vet hva det var, ellers andre ting var bra

We are used to the standards of Dubai's 5* hotels, but had not stayed at a GM hotel before. The hotel's public areas, pool and restaurants did not disappoint, nor did our room - a quiet Superior King room with canal views and inclusive breakfast. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, with a very comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom, and the A/C was perfect for us by default. Breakfast was particularly nice, and my fussy dietary needs were met with maximum enthusiasm to please, even to the point that they sourced non-standard supplies for me from Day Two onwards. It was the same for our room - I had a list of particular preferences that they met with enthusiasm. Room service was excellent and when I was ill, they sorted me out a non-standard chicken broth and a special tea - nothing was too much trouble. So in respect of 5* accommodation, all of our expectations were met or exceeded, leaving no room for disappointment or complaint. But where this hotel stands out from the crowd is in the warmth and undeniably genuine eagerness to please their guests and ensure that their needs are met. We are very used to hospitality professionalism, but our stay here took things to a new level, and the attention to detail in making us feel like royalty, was very noticeable. Highly recommended.

Was my first time in Dubai and this hotel was really great! Came on a girls trip with my friend and we felt very safe and super accommodated. All the staff were super friendly, nice, accommodating, and overall just a great vibe. We had an issue with our first room and after telling the hotel, they immediately upgraded our room to a bigger suite (free of charge) and were super kind about the situation. This place was also super affordable and within our budget (We stayed 11 nights) Free breakfast came with our room as we added that to our package. I can’t say enough nice things about the workers and overall experience there. Even the staff outside would greet us back every time, open our car doors, made sure we were good with our taxis, and always smiling. I would 10/10 recommend.

It is a perfectly fine hotel, though it is not worth a premium for any reason. The breakfast, in particular, is very subpar. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The hotel just feels slightly dated and not very attractive. Easy to get to Business Bay and Burj/Mall area.

Amazing hotel . The staff including front Desk zoukhour and grofhane are super carefully .Over our expectation about everything . It was offered up grade with executive lounge thats worth well.

Was my first time in Dubai and this hotel was really great! Came on a girls trip with my friend and we felt very safe and super accommodated. All the staff were super friendly, nice, accommodating, and overall just a great vibe. We had an issue with our first room and after telling the hotel, they immediately upgraded our room to a bigger suite (free of charge) and were super kind about the situation. This place was also super affordable and within our budget (We stayed 11 nights) Free breakfast came with our room as we added that to our package. I can’t say enough nice things about the workers and overall experience there. Even the staff outside would greet us back every time, open our car doors, made sure we were good with our taxis, and always smiling. I would 10/10 recommend.

Hotellet var bra plassert. This hotel was recently added by Marriot. I was staying at the hotel a few weeks after it transitioned from the grand millennium. Honestly, the staff were some of the best I have ever encountered in my 40+ years of traveling. Everyone was kind, professional, and beyond compare. Truly, a very comfortable and wonderful stay. I came for a week and stayed for a month.

Location is good. I tried the food via room service and it was the worst pizza I ever ate. A frozen pie has been sprinkled with some toppings. The AC constantly made noise during the night. I had booked through Hotels.com and was charged 3 times for the rate by the hotel and that has still not been sorted out.

We are used to the standards of Dubai's 5* hotels, but had not stayed at a GM hotel before. The hotel's public areas, pool and restaurants did not disappoint, nor did our room - a quiet Superior King room with canal views and inclusive breakfast. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, with a very comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom, and the A/C was perfect for us by default. Breakfast was particularly nice, and my fussy dietary needs were met with maximum enthusiasm to please, even to the point that they sourced non-standard supplies for me from Day Two onwards. It was the same for our room - I had a list of particular preferences that they met with enthusiasm. Room service was excellent and when I was ill, they sorted me out a non-standard chicken broth and a special tea - nothing was too much trouble. So in respect of 5* accommodation, all of our expectations were met or exceeded, leaving no room for disappointment or complaint. But where this hotel stands out from the crowd is in the warmth and undeniably genuine eagerness to please their guests and ensure that their needs are met. We are very used to hospitality professionalism, but our stay here took things to a new level, and the attention to detail in making us feel like royalty, was very noticeable. Highly recommended.

Hotel and staff were immaculate, they couldn’t do enough for us and gave us a complimentary upgrade and cake to celebrate our honeymoon. However the location wasn’t close to any of the key tourist areas and not very pedestrian friendly something I didn’t realise when booking. A great hotel for business maybe not so much for tourists especially if you like to walk places you’ll need to be getting a taxi.

Over all the hotel is very nice and in a nice location. The staff is friendly and helpful, the ONLY problem is that just next to it there is a construction site and it was so noisy ! Every day by 6am i was awake because of it.

We were staying here waiting for a flight out during the Iran conflict and airport shutdown. The staff could not have been more helpful! They went over the top to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, offering to assist in any way possible. Meanwhile, the rooms were lovely, beds very comfy, and included all amenities we needed. The location is great for walks around the Dubai Canal with lots of restaurants in the area. It’s a short cab ride to most attractions, and/or they have a free shuttle twice a day to the mall, the beach, etc. The restaurants on site were excellent and provided good variety. We didn’t use the spa or gym but did enjoy the outdoor pool area. We would definitely go back!
