Oceanfront Hamilton Cove Penthouse suite with stunning panoramic views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay at your beautiful condo. The views each morning as the sun came up were gorgeous. We also thoroughly enjoyed your golf cart for our trips to town. The Catalina Coffee and Cookie Company saw us each day. The cart worked perfectly for our transportation and was lots of fun to drive. The wind coverings came in handy when we had two windy days while there. My only complaint was that you don't have access to normal network TV stations. That should be a bare minimum. We did use the streaming service for Netflix so we did have some service. I missed out on my football games though. I was not prepared for that disappointment.

It was well kept, clean, walking distance to the private beach, close to the pool, came with a golf cart to get around and explore with, bbq on patio with an amazing surrounding scene, could hear the ocean feom patio and inside our condo, lots of room inside and open layout, was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay here again, but for longer next time.

It was a great stay, the condo exceeded my expectations. The host Amber was very responsive and hospitable. The place had two beautiful balconies and was in very close proximity to the pool. The four person golf cart was also very helpful for getting around town. Overall a great experience, would highly recommend!

It was spacious - our family of four fit perfectly (two kids under 10 plus Mom and Dad), it had everything we needed and it was the best way to experience Catalina! From the golf cart that enabled us to experience all the island had to offer, the units close proximity to the pool as well as the complex's private little beach; we will definitely be back! Our host was super communicative as well!

The cleanliness, check in process, accuracy of online listing, location, neighbor, and communication with property manager are all a 5 star experience/rating. Highly recommended.

Great place. Beautiful location. Excellent views. Clean. Had all amenities needed. Could use a few fixes but nothing that will ruin the stay. Manager was very responsive. The golf cart was a big plus and it was in great condition. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This is heaven on earth. It was peaceful, quiet, safe, very clean, everything worked so well, it was beautiful oceanfront I could see the ocean from my bed… I call this my perfect hide out from the busyness of life. I feel so relaxed and will definitely go again… it’s the best kept secret. I came here after reading the reviews and for sure the view is breathtaking! I couldn’t take enough pictures and videos. From the living room and bedroom balcony you see the oceanfront. I was looking for a great view and this did the trick. The high ceilings and amazing shower and bathtub were a plus. Electric fireplace in bedroom was great! I just love this place. The owners were so gracious and amazing in communication. You must try this place. Wry spacious!

This was such a lovely getaway. The accommodations were perfect. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. It was way more than I expected. Out of all the places to stay on Catalina Island, this was the one with the very best view and had such a Greek Tuscany vibe. Loved it so much. The Golf Cart was such a great amenity. Thank you so much.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3-day mid-May stay at this beautiful property. The views are stunning with Avalon town and restaurant mecca a short 5-7 min golf cart ride away. From the moment the ferry pulled in it was smooth sailing to the condo. Cab line-up is right off the ferry; cost about 23 each way. The condo itself is beautifully appointed and felt like home. Very clean and spacious with high ceilings and lots of light. Views galore, corner penthouse with an opulent king bedroom, all with stunning views to the ocean. A great place to celebrate a birthday! Two patio seating areas so sun or shade always available. Stairs, although to a penthouse, were minimal due to terraced road behind the unit. The property contact, Anna Perez, was wonderful to deal with. Thank you Anna!Hamilton Cove is a private enclave of condos on a large seaside property. Boats anchoring in the bay and lots of water-sport activities spilling over from close-by Avalon there’s lots to see from the balconies. Couple of notes: 1) Likely challenging for longer stays as no washer/dryer in the condo available to guests. Wasn’t a deal breaker as there only 3 days - longer stays may be an issue; 2) The included golf cart was a little beat up but convenient and great fun. (Most if not all rental condos in Hamilton Cove include a golf cart.); 3) Altho no a/c we were ok with corner ocean breezes. Summer may not fare as well. Overall loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

This property is truly a gem, but what makes it so special is honestly the owners/host, Catalina Dream Vacations. From the original time of booking to check-out, Amber provided us wirh top-notch communication and not only met but far exceeded our expectations. Then, there's the actual unit. This condo has the most gorgeous views and it is the quietest place we have ever stayed at, which was absolutely perfect for my husband and I since we were there for a 20-year anniversary "redo" since I wound up in urgent care two years ago when we were on a trip to celebrate back then. The decor is so cute, the bed is extremely comfortable, the use high-quality linens...I even found two things that I loved so much that I ordered them for our own home while we were staying there. If you're looking for a magical getaway in Catalina, don't bother wasting your time looking any further and just BOOK THIS PLACE NOW. You will not regret it!!! Absolutely beautiful place… stunning views …the hostess is an absolute pleasure…she is kind and she gave great insight on where to go and what to do and gave great insight on what not to do.. such as paddle boarding on the ocean for beginners …we left a shirt in the closet and she mailed it back without charge … she is very kind and truly cares and wants you to enjoy your stay .. we look forward to staying there again.

Great place upon fantastic views. Great decks, family room and kitchen. Staff was very helpful. Cart was very helpful but close enough to walk to Avalon as well.

My husband and I brought our twin 5 year old grand kids. This home was perfect for our family. It has everything you would ever need and the view is spectacular. It is really nice to be away from the crowded town of Avalon but be able to use the golf cart when we do want to go to town.

Hamilton Cove is absolutely beautiful! The weather was very pleasant, the property is very pristine! We went zip lining so much fun! Cooked one evening! I will be back!!!
