Customer service was excellent. Overall stay was good. It just needs a little more upkeep and attention to room amenities. Soap was empty and only 2 bath towels in room when room sleeps 4 people. Also parking fee is inconvenient.

The pool was closed and that wasnt listed on either Expedia or the hotel's website. The room phone and room alarm clock didnt work. The fridge still had the last guest's food in it. Definitely would not stay there again.

The workers were pleasant but the renovation seemed to affect everything. No ice machine working on our main level, no real bar area or dining area to enjoy. Just a room. Fridge wasnt working in our room when we arrived and had to call that in. Housekeeping did not come and throw the garbage or clean up and we stood fri- mon. I am not sure if there was something I missed that does not require housekeeping but usually Housekeeping comes daily. Not here, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for a roll and additional towels. Went to check out the pool but there was alot of debris and not fully cleaned. The net was left there as if maybe someone had started to clean but got distracted and left? Wished I knew there was renovations when I rented the rooms. Positive is that it was not too crowded or any loud neighbors during our stay.

We really did overall enjoy our stay here. The restaurant is good, rooms spacious, pool and hot tub clean and well kept. My only two complaints were that our room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival and that nobody to clean our room/ give new towels. I had to call down the third day. Other than that it’s a great place with great staff. Love the workout room!

I would recommend that the staff look at the doors leading into and out of the rooms and halls. Doors were propped open using wire, rocks. Some were broken. We could push our room door in using pressure, no key card needed. We felt unsafe.

There is no contiguous sidewalk to the hotel from the airport. I had to walk on a highway with a suitcase to get to the hotel. You should really get a sidewalk installed with lights. Also, there was no elevator in the building that I got put in. I had to cross over from another building. I have a bad back. This was not good. I would have preferred a 1st floor room since most of the hotel was unoccupied.

Room was not cleaned completely. Dirty swiffer pad was on the floor. The swiffer was also in there. There was a plunger in a trash bag. All of this was by the beds. I was on the first floor and the sliding door was left unlocked. It was Xmas and I checked in late and had to leave for an event. It was not worth complaining.

Airport hotels should have sound proof windows. This one did not and I could hardly get any sleep. Luckily TUS is not a very busy at night compared to others. Also the elevator was not working so I had to carry my heavy suitcase upstairs. I found some hairs on the bathroom floor and tub from the previous guest. On the plus side my towels and bed sheets were clean and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient

Pictures of the pool area look much nicer than it really is. The property is older, some updates have been made, but the pool was full of bugs and tiles were missing and there were no towels. We were there for 5 days and only one attempt at cleaning at 4:00 pm. Really disappointed for the cost. Also, found candy someone had dumped by the bed and a water bottle that wasn't ours, so it wasn't thoroughly cleaned previously.

Staff is super friendly, we had dinner at the SOL restaurant and the waitress was super nice, so was the person in the morning buffet. The rooms however were another thing. There was a pile of foul smelling laundry (sheets and towels) right outside our door when we were coming in, no big deal since they were outside. However, the room was not clean. There was even underwear on the corner. Will definitely never stay there again.

It was disappointing to walk into the room to find dirty towels on the floor and the body wash container was empty. There were only one set of towels in the bathroom. When I tried to call using the room phone it was unplugged and apparently needed to be plugged in to be charged. Unfortunately it was so early in the morning to call and talk with the front desk so we just made due. I was thinking of staying another night on the way back but unfortunately we will look elsewhere.

I love the location. I have stayed here before. My complaint has to do with the handicapped room I was in. When I travel alone I prefer a room with a walk-in shower. This room appeared to be carved up of a regular room, cutting the size to very small to enlarge the bathroom. The bathroom door was set the wrong way so that anyone in a chair would have a hard time maneuvering around it. The room was so small that I had to put my luggage in the entryway, further cluttering a very small space. Other airport hotels here have a much better setup. The restaurant is good, everything is clean, and the shuttle service is excellent.

The hotel itself is very nice. Paid for a courtyard view didnt get it. Was ask did i want 1st or 2nd floor expressed 1st didnt get it. my family and I had a 215 am wake up for a 5 am flight. We found out the head boards of the bed swing on the bottom so when the couple next door is having relations its keeps the room up due to the constant loud knocking.

Pretty basic. We booked a deluxe double with courtyard view but they didn’t have any. Tv didn’t work, then wouldnt turn off. aC so loud you couldn’t hear the tv. Bathroom so small you can’t turn around. But the beds were comfy and the food in the attached restaurant was just fine. Works for a short one night stay for an early morning flight.

The hotel is dingy and run down. The room was dark and carpet old. The door to get into the hall was broken and open. I was told to take the elevator to the second floor and use the key. When we arrived at the door a note was taped to the door that said no entry between 11pm-7am the lock was broken door was open.

Stay was excellent. Bar and restaurant are highly recommended! Only one problem. I stayed there over 20 days ago and they still have a hold on my card for the $150 incidentals. I’ve called them and they said it was taken care of the day I checked out. I’ve called my bank and they say the hold is still active by the hotel. It’s annoying, but hopefully someday the hold will fall off. Because of this I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Requested early shuttle. They said yes via email. Front desk agent said no. Almost missed my flight while waiting for shuttle driver to arrive. Driver was 10 minutes late coming to work and took another 20 to board all guests heading to airport. If you’re in a hurry to go to the airport I would suggest an uber or taxi. I know it’s next door to the airport but who wants to walk the entire parking lot and ramp to get to tsa.

There was a problem with the tv in our room, when it couldn't be fixed they immediately moved us to a better room. My wife has mobility problems and when she needed ice the cleaning staff offered and then went and got it for her.

You would not know that this is bordering an airport. Never once got bothered by the noise. Parking wasn’t the greatest, but wasn’t a far walk. Great room for a few nights and staff was great for helping with my bags when the airline lost and shipped them to the front desk. Great stay.

I would not advise solo female travelers to stay there if they have to check in late as I did. Despite being notified of a late arrival and a request for a room near an elevator for a elderly female guest with mobility issues, I was sent, after 11PM, through a dark parking lot bordering a wooded area to an annex with my room at the opposite end of the hall nowhere near the elevator. The parking lot was poorly lit and there was no security. I expressed my concern to the desk attendant regarding the location of the room but she did not offer to relocate me. My reservation had been made the previous week so there was no excuse for the lack of concern regarding my comfort and safety.
