Elevators didn’t work. Hallways smelled awful. Room was very hot all night. Front desk staff was lively though and very helpful. The property just needs some love. Wasn’t worth the $220 price tag

My wife and I stayed in the executive room as it was a last minute booking and the price wasn't much different than the smaller rooms. The room was HUGE. Pictures didn't match the room, but it was very clean and again was very large. Shower was tight after they remodeled it, but again it was clean. Bed was very comfortable. The gym was decent. Small with two treadmills, one elliptical and one Peloton bike. Dumbbells ranged from 5lbs to 70/75lbs. Also had a multi-function weight system and a flat/incline bench that didn't operate correctly. Set of medicine balls from 4ish to 15ish pounds. Pool was very nice. The breakfast was great, but the first morning there we had to wait 30 minutes for the eggs to be cooked and this resulted in us being late to an appointment. There was no freezer, just a small refrigerator and this resulted in losing some frozen items I bought prior to checking in. AC was OK, but again, the room was so large it had a hard time cooling the room. It is in a very nice area with plenty of restaurants around it and just a few minutes from the turnpike. Over all, 5 stars and we will definitely stay here again if we need to stop in Palm Beach. Very clean and very friendly staff. Thanks for a great experience.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I do wish their shower heads were better. I have thick hair and the pressure wasn’t enough to feel as though I was getting all the shampoo out. Hot breakfast is good, although make sure you get there early because it’s a small space for a lot of people. The only issue I had was that checkout was at 11 am, and my brother showed up in my room at 10 am because the housekeeper had been knocking on their door since 9 am “needing to get the room ready.” After the third time she knocked, they left and came to our room. Otherwise a very nice place and I would stay again!
