The property was good, quite my only issue was the gym did not have a cable machine.

The hot tub was great nice and hot great breakfast great selection pool was very cold couldn't swim and very clean room beds where very firm too hard had a hard time sleeping.

Been there several times my stay is always fine the customer service and convenient of restaurants in the area are good. The only thing is the gym is rather small.

The staff was good. It is an older property that is maintained well. The breakfast was amazing. As others have stated in reviews for this hotel, the hot tub wasn’t very hot and had a few cosmetic issues, it was disappointing for me. That was the only negative part of our stay Otherwise we loved our room and the stay was satisfactory

The property is a tad bit older but well kept, I like the fact that the bedroom suite has a door between the bedroom and entertainment area. The continental breakfast is a plus; the location is adjacent to Real Time Sports with made grabbing food extremely easy. The pool was well maintained; however, the water was frigid! (too cold to be enjoyable). Overall, my family enjoyed this hotel.

Place was very nice ! Very clean, updated etc... breakfast was good. Pool needs a "quiet time" for adults. Was my second time staying there in 1 weekand will stay again when in the area. The restaurant (sports bar) next door was a great place to eat. Good food reasonably priced. Will obviously stay agian.

It was fantastic. A great location that was close to a lot. The hot tub was closed so that was a bummer. It was so clean and check out was 12. So that made up for everything.

The hotel was clean. The bed comfortable. The pool and hot tub was clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly. The hotel is next to an event center so parking on the weekends can get full pretty fast in the evening. You can hear music playing in the background at night. We didn’t mind the commotion as we were traveling with kids. We were on third floor. If you want a quieter stay on a weekend, I don’t recommend this hotel.

I was looking for a quiet night to relax and that’s what I got. I like sitting in the courtyard and the gym had some pretty new equipment. Most gyms at these places have really old stuff. This was nice. I’ll definetley go back to relax more.

We love this hotel. It has the perfect 2 bedroom suite for our family of 5. We’ve stayed here twice and will continue to stay at this location for our visits to family in the area. Only complaint is that the indoor pool is freezing!

Terrible shower, they make the room every other day, the internet doesn't work and I notice Cockroaches.

We were there for 2 days. We were out late and came back to a room tgat wasn't cleaned and had no fresh towels. The room had a strong oder o cleaning materials which made it hard to sleep.

The carpet on the staircase and walkway are very dirty. The carpet in the room appears to have not been vacuumed in several days.

Great location, but hotel itself was not entirely clean. Bathroom sink had unwiped lotion or something left behind, there was a used bandaid on the floor, and the carpet had a brown residue with sticky spots. Hotel room doors are very heavy and, as a result, slamming doors from neighbors all around could be heard early in the morning so sleeping in was not an option. Front desk staff was also not helpful when asked about room replenishment from maid service and we were told we would have to purchase refilled items.

When we entered the hotel, there was a HORRIBLE smell. We just assumed someone had just walked through after they took a bath in perfume. Wrong.... it's the normal smell. We get into the room and i find rubber gloves left over from housekeeping. The bed had blood stains on the sheet, there were pubic hairs in the bathroom in shower and on floor. I told the front desk and was told to just throw them out and sorry it wasn't fully cleaned. The 3rd floor had a smoke cloud of Marijuana, and the guy at the desk stated, that's how they make extra money, by charging a $200 cleaning fee, so they could care less if anyone is smoking there. My lungs are compromised and i was up all night because of this. I was NOT happy and nobody cared. We will NEVER go back!!!

Carpet needs a serious cleaning and cleaning isnt done till your 3rd day so i had 3 days of towels on the bathroom floor, that I asked if there was somewhere to put them. Other than that the bed was comfortable, nice and quiet, kids enjoyed breakfast

I’m disappointed they weren’t able to give me my refund back after I even left I was going to stay in a room where the bathtub was clogged I went to the pools and the water was dirty asf when I came back to the room I even seen a bug walking on the bed im so disappointed how this hotel downgraded I use to come a lot here cause it was so clean and maintenance but now is disgusting

Staff was wonderful. We had to call housekeeping for a few things and they were extremely quick to get us what we needed. The morning breakfast was very good fresh; eggs, French toast, sausage and potatoes were a step above the average continental breakfast. Rooms however are a different story. Carpet was torn, walls were damaged and had poor patch job not even painted with matching color paint, cabinets felt greasy and the room in general just felt dirty. With that said to find a 2 bedroom suit for $150 in the Chicago area, I guess you get what you pay for.

Bed was very comfy. Loved the 2 bedroom option for space for the kids. Only downside is 1 bathroom 4 people was fun lol. Rooms were very quiet!! I loved how i didnt hear people while sleeping and blackout curtains A+. Breakfast was slightly boring when staying there a whole week. Pool was fantastic and allowed to relax after being out touring the city all day. This was a vacation trip and not business.

Everything was very good. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The bathroom mirror never fogged up after a shower which is not typical of many hotels. The only annoying thing was the ineffective toilet flushing. It took about 2-4 flushes the get everything to go down.

The friendly staff welcomed us from the start. Our room was new and had plenty of space for our family. The breakfast was wonderful as well. All around a great stay.

Stayed for a couple night in between Memorial Day holiday. Pros are you’re getting exactly what you pay for. The room is exactly like pictures. Cons the microwaves in the room are low quality. Therefore you will have to heat your items for a light period of time. Also the TV is so old the sound coming out resembles as if your in a fishbowl. Otherwise we enjoyed everything especially the pool.

When we arrived employee was standing outside and was seemingly the only registration personnel. She saw us, slowly came in and said be right there. Took long time and check-in very slow. She couldn’t answer question and was just slow. Hallways are not clean carpets and stale no air flow at all. Rooms were decent but bed not great and fitted sheet kept coming undone to reveal upside down tag on top that read Sept Oct Nov. I like the hotel was close to eating choices and connections to banquet event center.

The door handle to our room was messed up and felt like if somebody tried hard enough it could easily be broken off with how loose it was. Didn’t bother us too much but you can hear all footsteps outside the door, the floor above you and the rooms next to you so if noise is something that bothers you, there is little sound proofing and can sometimes get loud.

The room was spacious and quiet. Very clean and well maintained.

This hotel is beautiful with everything in walking distance! The front desk staff was so welcoming! Clean and well established place to getaway!

We arrived just around 130pm. Barbra at the front desk informed us of no-early check-ins are permitted unless you want to pay a $30 early check in fee. Then she told me our room was not ready? I said why would you offer me that if my room is not ready? She then went on to tell me she could text me around 300pm if our room became available early and checked us in? This never happened and we finally came back at 330pm. The room we were given which I paid extra for the jet tub, had some cosmetic damage to it and our bathroom has stains on the countertop. I took pics and went back downstairs and spoke to the front desk. Barbara was not available. I asked to be moved to another room which they complied too. I asked the front desk person "how do things like this get missed on room inspections before you place them back in availability? No answer and got the puzzled look back to us.......

My experience was very good here. i have very little complaints. one of my only complaints is that i was not told there was going to be a 100$ hole on my account my whole trip. it was refundable, just for accidentally but i was unaware. and the second night we got locked out of our room. the key card just randomly stopped working and i had to go down to the desk three times before security had to let us in cause every card they gave me didn’t work. other than that tho it was very clean and breakfast was fine.

The front desk agent Tammy, was warm, inviting, professional, and friendly.

A $75 "Incidentals Fee", was charged to us upon check-in. We told the lady at the front desk that hotels.com did not say anything about this fee. She said that she could not say what hotels.com shows, but that Expedia.com shows the fee. As you can see in both photos I am attaching, one from Expedia and one from hotels.com, neither one of them show that fee. They show a $1.99 per person fee. For the four of us, that would have been $8. Not $75. That $75 is also still pending in our bank, as of this posting, leaving it unable to be touched, even more than 12 hours after check out of the hotel. That was money we were not prepared to spend, aside from what we had already paid. So that feels like false advertisement. Here are the other pros and cons: Pros: 1.) Hot Tub felt amazing! Especially after a long drive. Pool was large and nice, as well. Very well cleaned, as can be told by the chlorine smell in the air. 2.) Employees at the front desk are very friendly and very helpful. 3.) Room was clean 4.). Breakfast choices were plenty, and delicious. Cons: 1.) Incidental Fee of $75 that we were not aware of ahead of staying, and that we didn't budget for. 2.) Beds are extremely uncomfortable and worn out. Felt like we were sleeping on rocks! Beds desperately need to be replaced. 3.) Handicap chairs at the pool and hot tub, are very rusted and need to be replaced Country Inns and Suites has always been a favorite place to stay, but not after this.

Charles at the front desk was such an amazing person! So delightful and engaging. Everything was well kept from the rooms being clean to the pool! Overall a great stay!

We have stayed here before. This will be the last. The staff was not friendly. Almost like we were a burden. Greated by a large group of smokers out front. Best part was the lady of the night who had several visitors stop by for a quick visit.

Great place and absolutely amazing service from the front desk.

I came up with my daughter for a mother-daughter trip. Close to the mall, nail salon and many restaurants! Perfect location and we loved the pool and hot tub.

This is an ideal choice if you plan to spend most of the day out and only need a quiet and comfortable sleep at a reasonable price. The location is pretty convenient to access the highway, and quite a few good shopping and restaurants are nearby. Getting to or back from the city takes ~ 1 hour most of the time due to generally heavy traffic conditions in Chicago, so avoid rush hours.

Nice place, somewhat noisy with the events ongoing in the ballroom but didn't go late. Easy access to the airport and local area.

Far enough away to avoid the worst of airport noise, but near enough for an easy overnight before or after a flight.

Our stay was calm and comfortable. Very clean. We got the breakfast every morning, There was a lot of parking which made it easier when we got back late from the city. Would recommend. A bit far from Chicago though.

Breakfast was really bad, the food was bad there was no selection, and the girl working during breakfast was not refilling the food! The hot tub was not hot at all it was luke warm it was so disappointing, and it seemed like one of the jets was broken it was dangerous. The room was nice though. I had high hopes for this hotel, the reviews read so well, but my experience was different.

Clean room, pool and Jacuzzi were nice, friendly staff, free breakfast was good, lots of free parking.

Arrived 11 pm and departed in am so no long stay. Coffee OK but only half and half to add. Breakfast good but no healthy options really, Only issue I had.

Clean, modern, and big hotel. Kid friendly, especially the pool because it’s not too deep (3-5 feet). Staff was very friendly, especially one of the front desk clerks, Fredi. He was very welcoming and professional. The breakfast was good. It had variety and was flavorful. The coffee tasted great. The only negative thing would be the TV. Ours did not give us the option to connect to any streaming service and it did not have a guide to check through channels. Overall, great stay. Would recommend and come back.

We had a great stay here. Breakfast was good (I think the coffee was decaf though). Room was spacious and clean and most importantly, the AC worked well !

They did not provide enough breakfast items. We went down to breakfast an hour before it due to end and most items were already out. Very disappointing especially since their breakfast time ends so early anyways. The hotel was also unwilling to work with us to provide a small refund so we could buy breakfast to feed our large family. Definitely won't be coming back.
