This was the perfect house for a family trip to Branson. We had a total of 10 people (3 families). Each of us had our own floor. The bathrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors have tubs for the small kids. The entry floor is actually the 2nd floor which is great for grandparents that can’t do stairs. The bathrooms on the 2nd floor have walk in showers. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed the fire pit at night!

Wonderful home with plenty of space for 19 of my family members. Would stay here again. House location had no thru traffic, great walking to lake and easy access to pools. 2 decks made it comfortable to play cards, hang out and make great memories.

Our leadership team was perfectly accommodated. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, the kitchen was fully equipped for meals, and there was plenty of space to meet and relax. We used the deck areas, the firepit, and the game area. The home was very clean and inviting.

We had a group of 10 people coming from different parts of the US. The house was very nice and a perfect fit for our group. Having the Springfield airport near by made it easy for our group to fly into and out of. Some of our group used the Kansas City airport which is about 3.5 hours from the property. Accessing the property was very easy and we had no problem getting when we arrived. The internet speed was very good and all of the TV’s are smart so access to all of the popular streaming services worked great. There was plenty of parking for all of our travelers. The location of the property makes it easy to get to shows. All of the shows we went to were within 15-30 minutes away. Overall a great house and we would stay again if we are in the area for vacation.

We are a great group of longtime friends who take at least one vacation together every year. We have rented many large places and overwhelming vote this one as the very best. En-suites for each couple; two floors of large living areas with walkout decks; dining table and chairs for 12; great access to all parks, restaurants, attractions, parking for all cars; etc.

This home was so welcoming for our family that we are already planning our next trip with additional time. The space is amazing for a group of all ages (bedrooms, bathrooms, sitting areas, eating areas, etc). The beds were very comfy! And the decks to sit and take in the scenery. We used the indoor pool and that was very nice. This home checks every one of our boxes and located close to the Branson area. Side note: if you miss the turn do not allow gps to re-route you bcs you will end up on the emergency exit road, which is sketchy and steep.

This house was really nice and pretty new. (Aug 2025)My only complaint are that our feet got really dirty when we went barefoot in the house and the washcloths were a strange material and there were only two in each bathroom.

The property had not been completely cleaned upon our arrival. Bathroom sinks, tubs and showers had not been cleaned.Floors not swept. Clean towels not in bathrooms. After hearing of the situation, the property manager contacted us immediately to make things right. Seems the cleaning person got our check in date wrong and had only completed part of the cleaning. We had already rectified the situation and therefore declined her coming out to finish the work. The following day, she stopped by to replenish toilet paper, paper towels and a nice welcoming basket. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and the property was perfect for our large group. I do feel we deserve a partial refund for having to complete the cleaning before we felt comfortable staying. We did make doubly sure that we left the property in much better condition than when we found it.

The property is easily one of the best we have rented. It was clean, quiet, just as presented in the listing and could not have been more enjoyable. We had a large group and all had room/private bathrooms. Highly recommend this property to anyone with a need for many bedrooms.

The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped with appliances, gadgets and dishes. There are a couple of items that need attention. only thing overall the flooring needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The hard surfaces need a scrubbing and carpets on stairs cleaned. Our grand kids feet were really dirty when walking around barefoot. Secondly, the curtain rods were falling down because they were drilled to the plaster only. Sounds like a nit pick but the house gets the direct afternoon sun so closing the curtains late afternoon and early evening was a must to sit at the tables. A great house that just needs a little TLC in the upkeep.

The home was by far the nicest of any homes I have ever rented through VRBO. Clean, modern, fully functioning, with tons and tons of space to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and paper products. Kitchen had every possible item one would need for cooking. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Would come back again and again!

We took our entire family (kids and grandkids) to Branson for the Christmas festival in Silver Dollar City and stayed in this amazing home. There were 8 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of space. The home is only a few years old and in a great location. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a plus. Beds were very comfortable, clean home with up-to-date furnishings. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking/eating utensils. Grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool as well. Everyone in our group loved the house and our trip to Branson in general. We would definitely book again.

Nice house, during the summer you have no view of the lake. Kitchen was nice, but had limited plastic bowls and drinking glasses. The other think that was a little inconvenient was no shared bathroom, meaning you would have to use your bedroom bathroom. We had 12 people so everyone had to use thier assigned bathroom. Lots of parking which was a big plus. Good location to everything.

Seven friends gathered from Florida, Arizona, Kansas and Missouri for our annual girls trip. This place was perfect! We each had our own bathroom and bedroom. Large living rooms and tvs gave us plenty of space to stretch out and watch the Monday Night Football Game. The kitchen was well-furnished! They even had a welcome basket of snacks for us! We’d highly recommend!

For over Forty years our group of (now old guys) has been taking a trip together. For the first 30 or so we went skiing in colorado. For the next 10 we went to Scottsdale for hiking and golf. As we aged the number participants got smaller … health issues mainly. We decided to try somewhere closer to Little Rock and almost everyone made the trip … in spite of ice and snow and frigid temps. Owner and cleaning staff were awesome. I’m now thinking about bringing my wife, four adult children and spouses to this beautiful property. By the way … SST stands for Stanley Ski Team.

We stayed the week prior to thanksgiving week, so it was quiet. The day we checked out (the 19th of Nov) it was getting very busy and difficult to drive around all the cars. The way some parking is designed, it could be possible to park in designated spots and completely block access to some cabins - no fault of this specific cabin of course! The cabin was great. My biggest complaint was the check-in process, or lack thereof. It was my first time using VRBO so I didn't know what to expect. But, the code didn't work, there was no information on when the codes would work if we got there early, so we stood around like a bunch of fools before bothering the host, waiting on check in time. Code still didn't work and I had to call him, because he didn't reply to my messages. He called me back promptly and we got in, very minor all things considered!

Very convenient location for getting to all the Big Cedar golf. Lots of room and facilities are nearly new.

Family from TX and ND elected to meet at Branson for our annual visit. This home was a perfect location for us. We were impressed with how well stocked the home was - all the amenities that would be available at a hotel plus the benefit of some cooking staples. We brought snacks and made brunch each day and then enjoyed supper in Branson. The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment we needed for our meals. Compared to a recent stay at a VRBO in FL - the supplies available at this house were almost extravagant and certainly welcome. We would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for our family. The house was clean, not to far from main Branson.

The house is perfect for a large family like mine. The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom is a huge plus. The location is great for all the activities we did. I would stay there again!

Bell Haven was a beautiful home with plenty of space and beds for several families. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening and visiting with our family. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the 2 tables provided chairs for everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! Unfortunately there was a storm that caused a power outage our first night. It had no impact on our overall stay. I only mention it to brag on the host for being easy to get a hold of, keeping us updated about the situation, and checking in with us until power was restored. The house was immaculate and in a great location. But the care they showed our family will definitely draw us back for another visit!
