Not a clean place. Bath towels size of hand towels. Was charged more than advertised and when I inquired about it, was told “there’s nothing I can do”. There is no coffee service in the lobby, as advertised (ends promptly at 9:30am) and no coffee maker in room, as advertised. Elevator appears very unsafe and had duct tape holding down the floor.

Negative: The cost of the property was high considering what I got. The room was dated, the hallway felt old. The "free breakfast" had nothing I was interested in (only small muffins and coffee with commercial creamers). I've gotten much better breakfasts at hotels that cost less. Positive: Staff was friendly and professional. I was able to go for walks outside the building with a feeling of general safety. Free Wi-fi was good. Parking was free and convenient. Location was not far from shopping.

Extended stay is a SAD place, outdated, and Nothing like the pictures you see!!! Everything is Old. Old kitchenette, No dishes or utensils. Terrible Shower, no water coming out of the shower head. All together, an unpleasant experience!!!

Older hotel, the floors were all filthy in need of a good cleaning and vacuuming. There was little to no amenities. No ice machine either. Staff were really nice but the hotel could have potential if the lack of cleaning and amenities weren't there. Beds were new and very comfortable.

The rooms need extermination for bugs. The bathtubs are disgusting not my first stay either. They need to use a mild abrasive cleaner like Soft Scrub for the tub area. Whoever is inspecting the rooms for Cleanliness is not doing a thorough job. The amount of money being charged to stay in a half cleaned room is not right. Bugs were crawling on the floor in the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen area. This is not acceptable.

Enjoyed my stay, clean and quiet. Just needs front doors to be handicap accessible. It was hard bringing luggage in having to hold open all doors with another person.

The smoke alarm was hanging by wires from the ceiling and didn't have back batteries installed. The tv was streaked and filthy, the tub could use a scrub and the tub/shower lever was frozen in place. The elevator made high-pitched screeches.

This property was horrible. Not only did my 1 room have roaches and a broken toilet, my sick mom and son were given a moldy muffin. They both actually bit into them. The microwave have some sort of electrical issue and would sizzle and pop when we tried to warm our food. I hated this place so bad, I left early. I am calling corporate for this horrible experience. To add insult to injury, there was an envelope left to tip housecleaning. Our bathroom was horrible, the refrigerator was disgusting and the very bad smells were enough to cause concern.

Very unclean, floor was not vacuumed, had a misty smell once i entered . There was nonremote control for the Tv. The wifi kept going out the lights wouldnt turn off so when I pulled the plug out the outlet sparked. Very disappointed in this place will not stay here again.

They say you get what you pay for but for extended stay I expected a lot more. The bathroom was disgusting. The counter needed to be replaced. The tub needed to be replaced. It was just unacceptable.

As usual with a hotel like this, you try to shower in standing water up to your ankles. HVAC unit was so noisy it had to be turned off to sleep. I will never stay there nor will I stay at Extended Stay America ever again.

Nothing special around the facility, however my shower leaked, the AC didn't work very well at all the bathroom was missing a towel holder bar, the room wreaked of cigarettes, and this is just nit picky but there was no LAN Internet connection. Other than that the stay was friendly and helpful and the room in general was ok I've stayed at worse places

I made a reservation for my son and his friend. The listing says check in age is 18. He arrived to the hotel earlier than his friend and they didn't allow him to check in until his friend who's over 21 was there. So he had to wait around with no car for a few hours. The room smelled terrible so he got a candle for when he was in his room. They ended up keeping his $150 deposit for this stating he wasn't allowed a candle. I've never been told that at any check in and I've been to many hotels. And while I understand there may be a charge for it. $150 for an 18 year to pay out of pocket, seems a bit excessive for having a candle in a stinky room.

So to begin they have 2 locations about 400feet away from each other so we went to the wrong location to start. I called to ask for early check to which I was told the maids are still cleaning try showing up at 2 maybe you can get in. When we got there the room smelled like celery seeds and was dimly lit and just worn down. The staff was barely noticeable every time I went to front desk there was a sign saying they will be back. The place was a big disappointment, felt like it was a section 8 hotel. We ended up leaving after 2 hours.They also put a $150 hold on my credit card, I don’t think the whole room was worth $150 bucks. Never will I stay there

Went to go stay here- I’m 18 which online the hotel states is the legal minimum age to check in. This was 10 at night and they refused to offer me service as I was not 21. I had to go find another hotel and pay triple the price to find a room. Ridiculous.

When we arrived we were told there would be a $150 fee for incidentals which was not listed on the site when we booked. We only had cash on us and we were told they did not take cash. Since my bank is not in New Jersey we had to drive 40 minutes away to where we found a location where my bank was to deposit money and then drive 40 minutes back to check in. Im thankful i didnt have to drive 4 hours back home. This was very inconvenient and should be listed when booking.

Breakfast is spartan, so an overnighter who is a bigger eater may wish for more/better. (Extended Stay guests will, of course, be able to supply their own meals to their liking.) The gust services were good however I didn’t like the smell when I first got there in the lobby. And overall it was pretty good. I wish there was more of variety in breakfast and I also wish there were more rooms available with double beds.
