My kids like the pool

Couldn’t access the pool without someone from front desk and it closed at 9pm the steam room freezing and no towels at the pool you also had to walk around to the main entrance could use the doors around pool just a inconvenience

The property conditions were good. The only issues were some brown stains on one of the beds when we stripped it before checking out and the breakfast options. The best part about the experience was having a pool and jacuzzi at our disposal in October!

It was clean but older building and rooms . It advertised heated pool but the pool was not heated it was cold very disappointed

Nice place to stay and the pool is great! However, people try to bring others in to use the pool (who are not actual guests). The staff are on top of this though and will kick out those who should not be there! We ended up having the pool to ourselves!

The pool and hot tub were very nice and we ised it alot during our stay. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. But i find most are not.

We assume there is a transition going on. Pool was open, but was having work done to it, some construction cones around 1 ladder. Vending machines all unplugged/ not working.

I would stay again it's a very clean hotel loved my stay there the plus is the pool house sauna room,pool,hot tub

This hotel is still in the middle of renovations, however, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I was surprised that they offered a steam room, hot tub and decent size indoor pool. I would stay here again! It is centrally located about 18 minutes from either Atlantic City or Ocean City, NJ.

This place looks good in the pictures and that’s about it. The place is filthy. We went out to buy disinfectant and paper towels to wipe Everything down. Hair on the bathroom counter, sink , tub, and toilet. Trash and old Cheetos in the kitchen cabinets and Mold on the curtains. There are 8 usb charging ports next to the bed and not one worked. Had to use the port on the back of the tv. You could see that they sprayed cleaner on the nightstands, but they never wiped it off. We will never hear again. I’d rather sleep in my truck.

The room was dirty the bathroom was dirty the hot tub was filthy

After staying here, my house is now infested with BED BUGS! Its hard to say exactly where they came from, but this hotel is dirty and it was the only one I stayed out in the past year. Avoid this place at all costs. I'm about to spend a fortune on an exterminator.

This was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. We got there and our first room smelled of fish and something else we couldn’t identify. They moved us to a new room with a smell as well m, when I tried to open the window it smelled shut almost hitting my hand. The windowsill was filthy. The mattress for the bed had a huge stain in it, the sink had dried mucus stains, the bed smelled funny and make it worse we itched all night, early morning we got up to squeaking noises like a nice was in the room. I got up and immediately went downstairs to check out, the next morning and we had a 5 day trip planned. Found another hotel no questions, this place was absolutely horrible.

I came here every week for my clinical rotation and they were always kind and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I was happy to make this place my home away from home for the semester.

The hotel is just great, clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly.

Nothing did I like the staff very lazy and careless rooms dirty mice poop all over the place nasty wouldn’t refund for the night we had no choice but to stay ina room very unsanitary

Bugs on the bedding and room was not clean. Door was dirty and so was most of the room.

Booked a King Size bed was given a full size bed. Room near exit...the slamming of the motel exit door and ice machine was unberable. On check out I let the front desk about this issues and i was advice she will let managment know. I was charged the full amount.

Rooms are dated. Bathtubs were rusty and paint chipping. TV remote did not work, man smoking pot at front entrance. Hotels indicates they are full efficiency but there was very limited dishes and hardly no cutlery. No coffee pot in room. Ice machines were non functional on floors 2 and 3. Noisily at night with trucks pulling in to park and sleep. Overall not the best

It was ok. The refrigerator in our room made noises several times throughout the day that sounded like someone pounding in our door. Our last night there there was very loud activity in the hallways and police presence when we left in the morning. On the second morning we literally ran out of hot water in the middle of a 5 minute shower. Having said all that, the room was comfortable and nicely appointed.

Room was very outdated and the hotel had a very weird scent, the pool was not easily accessible which was inconvenient.

Great stay for the price! We were in town for a week long dance competition and traveled back and forth to AC every day. We paid half the price as Tropicana but we got a full kitchen, a spacious room and a quiet stay! The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms need serious updating. The rooms were clean but the appliances need updating, the Jacuzzi in the rooms need a facelift. They look dirty as if it won’t come out.

Had a great stay, Perfect for if you’re not picky at all, and about 15 mins to Atlantic City and 20 mins from Ocean City and close to so many shops. It was nice and quiet, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the jacuzzi was actually really nice and even fit me and my man (he’s a big dude) the bed was comfy and the AC was bussin. Only thing I’ll say is, bring your own bathing/swimming towels, the towels there are gross and even your own bedding . No utensils/cups/ plates or eating equipment at all (had to get plastic eating utensils). There’s not cable just a DVD player so bring a ROKU and connect to their WiFi or bring some DVDs for relaxing times. The furniture is a bit rough and there are no dressers or places to put your clothes away, but there is a closet and compartments under the TV. All in all, if you’re looking for something affordable, comfortable, close to the beaches, and just looking for a cheap weekend getaway and not bothered by the affordable look that may come with it this is good, I didn’t get to use the pool because it closes at 9 I wish it would stay open just a lil longer because everybody is out by then! For reference I stayed in rm 132 building 2, (smoking room with Jacuzzi) (we had a bubble party)

Check in was easy. It can be noisey.

Spacious and quiet

Generally, a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. King suite was quite large. Full kitchen with separate sitting and dining areas make this a good choice for a long term stay, especially with family. Room was overdue for renovation. Tub was in very bad shape. The drain plug was broken and reglazing on tub was wearing off. Safe was inoperative. I would have asked for another room if I wasn't just staying a night.

A double queen studio suite w/sleeper sofa reserved online via 3rd party booking. Arrived & confirmed w/ front desk attendant the room was correct, a suite for 6. He asked how many ppl in my party. I informed him only children accompanied & the booking site advertised children stay for free. The reservation was booked with my adult son’s card. He asked for the card used on the reservation to place a $200 refundable damage deposit. I gave him the card he requested. He said he couldn’t take the card, which is completely understandable, but then continued to chastise me, condescendingly stating “You should know better,” insulting me. I gave him another payment card issued to me to place the deposit & pay for the room. The room he gave us was not the correct suite as he confirms & charging a higher price for. I asked if there would be compensation do to his error & the incorrect price point. He said there was nothing that could be done. I attempted to politely suggest acceptable resolutions. He wouldn’t let me speak & continued to interrupt me & began to yell. Any time I spoke, he shouted HELLO! Pounded his fist on the desk. I was embarrassed, frightened & defensive. He threatened police & to throw us out after 10pm & a 2 hour drive. I made it clear if he did & had my children put out in the cold after advance reservation & pay b/c of negligence & error, I would civilly sue faster than he could blink. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Pool is nice. Breakfast provided. Dude sucks.

Our hotel room was not clean, the bathroom was not pleasant and the couch was stained and filthy. The customer service was terrible, the staff was rude during each encounter. We requested housekeeping service which did not happen. Because of this, we had to throw our own trash away and exchange our dirty towels for new ones. The front desk person only gave us three new towels, although we were a family of five (and she verified this information in front of me). I asked for extra towels and the staff gave me an attitude about it and still only gave me one extra towel, so we were still short one towel. It was not a pleasant experience and we will never book here again. If you like clean hotels and great customer service, please do not stay here.

The staff there was very very good and professional!

As soon as I walked in they double charged my card. Night staff was so rude and everytime you asked a question they gave you attitude

I like the way the front desk concierge handled our situation was perfect and solution based! I would definitely go back with my family!

The staff are professional and courteous. Our original plan was to stay only 1 day but stayed additional 3 days. Hotel is clean, quiet, and close to shopping, restaurants, beach, casino and boardwalk. The hotel provides continental breakfast. The room is equipped with a mini kitchen; if you choose to make your own meals. There is an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room for guests to enjoy.

Very very rude horrible service

The staff and owner are always nice and friendly. The rooms are clean. It is quiet and good value for what you pay.

Good value and great location for visiting the nearby Edwin Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. No hot items at the buffet breakfast, but with a full kitchen in our room we could cook our own breakfast. The room could use some remodeling, but, for the price, we can't complain. The staff was friendly and competent.

Conveniently located near Atlantic City, a Tesla EV charger and various retail stores, including Walmart, Sam's Club, and Wawa. I love that this property has a full kitchen, including a full-size refrigerator and a microwave.

It was close to Broadwalk Hall and the casinos

This place is awful. rooms are dirty, I literally cabt believe I paid to stay there. There is a restaurant next door that becomes a club and they take all the parking, hotel appeared to be helping people at the club with the parking, when we asked were we could park, the hotel staff said to go park behind the hotel next to a trailer and we could move the car back at 3am when club let out. Just ridiculous. I would never stay nor recommend this place to anyone. It was a busy weekend and hotels were in area had no vacancies, literally the only reason I stayed the night. So bad I would of taken the loss if not refunded.

It’s not far from Atlantic or Ocean city. Approximately 8-10 miles. Many stores are in close proximity.

The hotel is next to a Mexican restaurant / bar and we could hear the music until 2 am. The room could use some cleaning of the walls and the sofa needed to be updated. When we looked for the pan in the kitchen we found it in the dishwasher and it did not look clean. We will not be using this hotel again.

You get what you pay for. It was exactly what we needed for a quick Atlantic City weekend trip without the bill. Area was relatively quiet. Hotel common areas were clean. The rooms were outdated a bit. Could use some paint and minor preventative care. The pool area was well kept and clean. Not much left at the continental breakfast by 9am but was happy to get a cup of coffee and some toast to hold us over until check out. Conveniently located around several food establishments and only 15 min drive to the boardwalk.

Everything was clean! The room looked beautiful! Breakfast was nice, having more then cheerios, waffles were yummy! Our TV would have sound but no picture. My husband wanted to watch some college football before our day on Sat. Said something to the front desk, with in 5 min came saw the TV was defective and brought us a new one! Thank you for such a great experience! We will be back!!!

Everything was good. Except breakfast. I didnt realize this was a permanent stay for some. I would definitely suggest more breakfast options because listing a free continental breakfast is 1 reason i booked this place. A bagel and cream cheese minimum would of been nice. I would still rate a 5. However due to no breakfast i wouldnt stay more then 2 nights

The hotel was very decent for the price,I have nothing bad to say other than the breakfast was horrible, nothing but muffins toast some juice milk and coffee and cereal that's about it and some fruit, they probably could do a lot better with the breakfast other than that the place was worth every penny so it didn't hurt to go have breakfast somewhere else. Other than that it's a great place for the price I would stay again.

Was ok. Breakfast is cereal and maybe coffee. No juice, or any other option. So dont plan on being able to count on it as a meal for your travels. Rooms were clean, cleaners were friendly, front desk was fairly friendly. Probably wouldnt stay again only because for the price that says it includes Breakfast is very misleading, its literally nothing but cold cereal and coffee maybe. Juice machine is broken and doesnt look like theres much effort to fix it.

Besides the "firm" bed and the toilet that ran and flushed on its own every 10 mins all night the place was cool customer service was great. Continental breakfast with bread and cereal.

We checked in Saturday, checkin was smooth and fast. Rooms were Beautiful, pool area was Amazing. Only thing that could be better was the breakfast. Only cereal, banana ir toast. But there was a Mc donalds and burger king close by

The staff was really nice! Breakfast was very limited, toasts and croissants, cereals, and coffee and juice. Bed was not comfortable. Room was very spatious and clean. Pool and spa was great! They have washing machines and dryers for 2.50$ a load. Must bring your own pots and pans. They had limited dishes,1 cup and 2 glasses and some utensils. No coffee machine in the room. Overall, we had a nice stay!

Nice place, good service. Bathroom need some improvement. Basic breakfeast is fine, but the coffee is terrible. Could be a good idea to add a kurig machine at reception to offer another choice.

This was a perfectly lovely place to stay just outside of Atlantic City for one night to see a show. The room furnishings are a bit tired, but the bed was plenty comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was absurd. Just toast and mini croissants and muffins, no waffle machine, no hard boiled eggs, so that was not really worth mentioning. The pool looked perfectly fine although I didn’t get a chance to swim. I was in room 20 one and there was a weird banging/rattling noise, periodically throughout my stay, which was a little unnerving, I thought it was somebody banging on my door at first, but realized it was not. Honestly, I thought this was too expensive for what it was and it’s location, but I did book a day before, so I’m sure that had something to do with it.

The property was a short drive to the casinos which i really loved. You could tell this was an updated older property, they had some nice touches. The only downside was some places that needed paint, like the tub and the breakfast was pretty pitiful..... the only protein available was peanut butter in a jar. I really surprised to not even see boiled eggs or yogurt cups.... other wise it was a good. And def a great deal.
