Plenty of room, 3 floors, and a furnished sun deck. The hot tub was unexpected since it wasn't pictured, but we enjoyed it! Everything was up-to-date and attractive. The little thoughtful extras really added to our enjoyment: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, games, lots of coffee, tea, etc. Really a lovely house. Oh, and comfortable beds!

We had a great stay in Seaside Heights. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had lots of great amenities. The yard & hot tub were a nice touch. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group to spread out when needed. Communication with the owners was easy. They connected with us quickly every time we reached out. The only thing missing was some larger pots & pans for us to use to cook for our group of 10.

Such a beautiful and comfortable home for our whole family to stay together in. The beds were so comfortable after a long day visiting NYC. We enjoyed lots of family time while using the hot tub and patios where we could all visit together. We even had a family competion with the pin ball machine. The location was excellent and so close to the boardwalk and beach. We can't wait until we can come and visit the Jersey Shore again and will definitely hope to stay at The Bay Breeze again.

I have stayed at Seaside before with large groups but this was our most ambitious with a group of 5 adults and 5 kids. Not only did this place accommodate everyone comfortably it was loaded with areas from the ground up to entertain all! They also provided 8 beach passes and parking pass for one car. Making it super convenient to get kids and older folks to and from beach/boardwalk. My only complaint was that this place needed a deep clean. I’m not saying bathrooms or kitchen were dirty but windows, walls, coffee pot and fridge in need of some extra attention. Paint in hallways was really rough like a bunch of animals slammed every suitcase they had into them. So it felt like a rental a bit more than places I’ve stayed in the past. Won’t ruin your trip by any means but little bit of love after this season will be needed. The garage was loaded with beach items which also was great so didn’t have to bring chairs, wagon, umbrellas, etc. Outdoor shower and hot tub made for wonderful close to the day. Overall would highly recommend.

This house is amazing!!!! It looks exactly like the pics and the host are ready to get in contact with. The house is a couple blocks from the beach and comes with beach passes and a parking pass. They also have beach chairs, a wagon and umbrella to use on the beach. I loved that they even had k-cups and tea bags. Definitely recommend staying at this house and if I go back to the shore I would definitely stay again.

Huge TV, ample seating in the living room and dining area. great kitchen, and the bedrooms were great ! the Hot Tub was great ! Right near the bay and only a 10 minute walk to the beach ! the owners and manager checked in on the app to make sure all was good during the stay, and all was great ! this is the nicest house / property i have rented in the 13 years i have been doing so !

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate Christmas with extended family. There were 8 of us - 3 couples and two teens. The layout of the house, game room and hot tub were a big hit! The open living area and large couch was perfect for family game nights and hanging out. The host was excellent.

Everything about our weekend stay was wonderful. The homeowners were easy to work with and responsive. The house was amazing. So much room and very clean. Plenty of supplies and towels, kitchen supplies, and a lovely hot tub. The walk to the beach is an easy one. I wish we had stayed longer. I would recommend the house to friends and family. I would love to stay again!

Our family had such a great time staying at Kelli & George's Seaside home. The house was well appointed, modern, clean and had all the amenities you would need while traveling. We had more than enough room for our family of five and the kids lived in the upstairs game room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes you would need (though you should still plan to bring basics like oil, salt, pepper, etc.) The beds were incredibly comfy (we didn't want to get up!) as were the rest of the furniture throughout the home. One of the requirements that our family had was a hot tub and the one Kelli and George have on property did not disappoint. It was under cover, large enough for us all to comfortably hang out and there was also an outdoor TV. The neighbors in the back were close but we made sure to keep the noise levels down. We would return again without question. Our hosts were great and Kelli was super responsive to all of our messages. FIVE STAR getaway!

Fantastic brand new spotlessly clean house. Very well designed and appointed with everything we needed, in a great location to view the sunset from the roof deck. Video games, pinball, and Foosball (two tables) to entertain the kids and nostalgic adults, and a hot tub with a smart TV in front of it if you didn't feel like going to the beach

We had a wonderful time staying here! Everything was an easy walk away, but we also had parking passes to accommodate kids and older adults. The house was spotless and had amazing amenities. The host was very responsive when small issues or questions arose. We hope to be back to enjoy another family vacation here!

We enjoyed our stay so much this weekend. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. I loved having some coffee, tea and basics provided. The parking pass and beach passes were great!! The girls enjoyed the hot tub. We would highly recommend and would come stay again.

This property was absolutely amazing. We had 8 adults and three kids and the house was pristine. George responded quickly everytime i texted. He was the most accommodating host i have ever had which was so appreciated! The kitchen table fit us all comfortably and we had so much fun with the foosball table and karaoke machine! Could not have asked for a better house for our summer vacation! 1000% recommend staying here you will not be disappointed! Thank you George and Kelli!

We loved this house! Cheery and pretty exterior, safe and secure to get in and out, beautiful inside, very up to date, modern and clean. These owners clearly take a lot of care with their house. Bedrooms were perfect for our group, with multiple beds in 2 of the rooms. Kids could hang out in their own 'family room' upstairs while parents were in family room on main floor. Kids loved the hot tub! Easy walk to the beach, and short drive over the bridge to Toms River where more was open this time of year. This also means the view is bay, bridge, and parking lot. Owners are friendly and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Large house with alot of room for bigger families.We enjoyed the spacious living room, game area/loft and rooftop deck. Kids enjoyed the hot tub! Bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable! Bathrooms on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors are perfect! George was a great host and quick to respond to our questions!

The house was BEAUTIFUL and plenty of room! The hot tub was an added bonus at night to wind down and relax . I felt safe in the area and there was plenty of parking (garage, driveway & across the street). Every little beach themed detail in the house was so cute. I was able to get ready here for my wedding with some guests and we were able to do our bride and groom first look on the upstairs balcony and the game room came in handy for the guys to use and hangout in. I would 1000% recommend staying in this rental and would love to again! Thank you to the hosts for detailed information and perfect communication on everything we needed to know . A once in a lifetime experience truly was perfect! Thank you!

We have been going down to Seaside Heights in the summer for years and this is by far the BEST we have rented. The house is clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. It’s located just off of the bridge on the bay side— a short walk to the fishing piers and just a few blocks away from the ocean side. Plenty to do for the kids— the boardwalk, crabbing, swimming, go-cart, mini-golf and a water park. Inside the house there is a rooftop balcony where you can just sit and enjoy the sunset over the bay. All rooms are spacious and clean. The kids’ favorite is the game room on the top floor—- they even slept on the sofa while there’s an empty bedroom downstairs! The communication with the hosts is easy and pleasant. It’s a true vacation when you stay here.

Such a beautiful and comfortable home for our whole family to stay together in. The beds were so comfortable after a long day visiting NYC. We enjoyed lots of family time while using the hot tub and patios where we could all visit together. We even had a family competion with the pin ball machine. The location was excellent and so close to the boardwalk and beach. We can't wait until we can come and visit the Jersey Shore again and will definitely hope to stay at The Bay Breeze again.

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the Bay Breeze for two families, ages 1-38, at the end of the summer. Bryana was so quick and responsive to our questions. The home was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop is perfect for watching the gorgeous sunset over the bay and we could also catch a glimpse of the Wednesday night fireworks as we looked back toward the beach. The 12-15 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach is very doable despite the bay location being much closer to the bridge/highway (itself a nice perk for day trips by car). We loved this house! Cheery and pretty exterior, safe and secure to get in and out, beautiful inside, very up to date, modern and clean. These owners clearly take a lot of care with their house. Bedrooms were perfect for our group, with multiple beds in 2 of the rooms. Kids could hang out in their own 'family room' upstairs while parents were in family room on main floor. Kids loved the hot tub! Easy walk to the beach, and short drive over the bridge to Toms River where more was open this time of year. This also means the view is bay, bridge, and parking lot. Owners are friendly and very responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

We have been going down to Seaside Heights in the summer for years and this is by far the BEST we have rented. The house is clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. It’s located just off of the bridge on the bay side— a short walk to the fishing piers and just a few blocks away from the ocean side. Plenty to do for the kids— the boardwalk, crabbing, swimming, go-cart, mini-golf and a water park. Inside the house there is a rooftop balcony where you can just sit and enjoy the sunset over the bay. All rooms are spacious and clean. The kids’ favorite is the game room on the top floor—- they even slept on the sofa while there’s an empty bedroom downstairs! The communication with the hosts is easy and pleasant. It’s a true vacation when you stay here.

We had a great stay in Seaside Heights. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had lots of great amenities. The yard & hot tub were a nice touch. There was plenty of room for everyone in our group to spread out when needed. Communication with the owners was easy. They connected with us quickly every time we reached out. The only thing missing was some larger pots & pans for us to use to cook for our group of 10.

This property was absolutely amazing. We had 8 adults and three kids and the house was pristine. George responded quickly everytime i texted. He was the most accommodating host i have ever had which was so appreciated! The kitchen table fit us all comfortably and we had so much fun with the foosball table and karaoke machine! Could not have asked for a better house for our summer vacation! 1000% recommend staying here you will not be disappointed! Thank you George and Kelli!

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate Christmas with extended family. There were 8 of us - 3 couples and two teens. The layout of the house, game room and hot tub were a big hit! The open living area and large couch was perfect for family game nights and hanging out. The host was excellent.

Our family had such a great time staying at Kelli & George's Seaside home. The house was well appointed, modern, clean and had all the amenities you would need while traveling. We had more than enough room for our family of five and the kids lived in the upstairs game room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes you would need (though you should still plan to bring basics like oil, salt, pepper, etc.) The beds were incredibly comfy (we didn't want to get up!) as were the rest of the furniture throughout the home. One of the requirements that our family had was a hot tub and the one Kelli and George have on property did not disappoint. It was under cover, large enough for us all to comfortably hang out and there was also an outdoor TV. The neighbors in the back were close but we made sure to keep the noise levels down. We would return again without question. Our hosts were great and Kelli was super responsive to all of our messages. FIVE STAR getaway!

I have stayed at Seaside before with large groups but this was our most ambitious with a group of 5 adults and 5 kids. Not only did this place accommodate everyone comfortably it was loaded with areas from the ground up to entertain all! They also provided 8 beach passes and parking pass for one car. Making it super convenient to get kids and older folks to and from beach/boardwalk. My only complaint was that this place needed a deep clean. I’m not saying bathrooms or kitchen were dirty but windows, walls, coffee pot and fridge in need of some extra attention. Paint in hallways was really rough like a bunch of animals slammed every suitcase they had into them. So it felt like a rental a bit more than places I’ve stayed in the past. Won’t ruin your trip by any means but little bit of love after this season will be needed. The garage was loaded with beach items which also was great so didn’t have to bring chairs, wagon, umbrellas, etc. Outdoor shower and hot tub made for wonderful close to the day. Overall would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect ! The house is spotless and beautiful with great finishes and amenities. Huge TV, ample seating in the living room and dining area. great kitchen, and the bedrooms were great ! the Hot Tub was great ! Right near the bay and only a 10 minute walk to the beach ! the owners and manager checked in on the app to make sure all was good during the stay, and all was great ! this is the nicest house / property i have rented in the 13 years i have been doing so !

Fantastic brand new spotlessly clean house. Very well designed and appointed with everything we needed, in a great location to view the sunset from the roof deck. Video games, pinball, and Foosball (two tables) to entertain the kids and nostalgic adults, and a hot tub with a smart TV in front of it if you didn't feel like going to the beach

Plenty of room, 3 floors, and a furnished sun deck. The hot tub was unexpected since it wasn't pictured, but we enjoyed it! Everything was up-to-date and attractive. The little thoughtful extras really added to our enjoyment: beach towels, chairs, umbrella, games, lots of coffee, tea, etc. Really a lovely house. Oh, and comfortable beds!

We enjoyed our stay so much this weekend. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. I loved having some coffee, tea and basics provided. The parking pass and beach passes were great!! The girls enjoyed the hot tub. We would highly recommend and would come stay again.

This house is amazing!!!! It looks exactly like the pics and the host are ready to get in contact with. The house is a couple blocks from the beach and comes with beach passes and a parking pass. They also have beach chairs, a wagon and umbrella to use on the beach. I loved that they even had k-cups and tea bags. Definitely recommend staying at this house and if I go back to the shore I would definitely stay again.

Everything about our weekend stay was wonderful. The homeowners were easy to work with and responsive. The house was amazing. So much room and very clean. Our family had such a great time staying at Kelli & George's Seaside home. The house was well appointed, modern, clean and had all the amenities you would need while traveling. We had more than enough room for our family of five and the kids lived in the upstairs game room. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots/pans/dishes you would need (though you should still plan to bring basics like oil, salt, pepper, etc.) The beds were incredibly comfy (we didn't want to get up!) as were the rest of the furniture throughout the home. One of the requirements that our family had was a hot tub and the one Kelli and George have on property did not disappoint. It was under cover, large enough for us all to comfortably hang out and there was also an outdoor TV. The neighbors in the back were close but we made sure to keep the noise levels down. We would return again without question. Our hosts were great and Kelli was super responsive to all of our messages. FIVE STAR getaway!

Fantastic brand new spotlessly clean house. Very well designed and appointed with everything we needed, in a great location to view the sunset from the roof deck. Video games, pinball, and Foosball (two tables) to entertain the kids and nostalgic adults, and a hot tub with a smart TV in front of it if you didn't feel like going to the beach

Such a beautiful and comfortable home for our whole family to stay together in. The beds were so comfortable after a long day visiting NYC. We enjoyed lots of family time while using the hot tub and patios where we could all visit together. We even had a family competion with the pin ball machine. The location was excellent and so close to the boardwalk and beach. We can't wait until we can come and visit the Jersey Shore again and will definitely hope to stay at The Bay Breeze again.

I have stayed at Seaside before with large groups but this was our most ambitious with a group of 5 adults and 5 kids. Not only did this place accommodate everyone comfortably it was loaded with areas from the ground up to entertain all! They also provided 8 beach passes and parking pass for one car. Making it super convenient to get kids and older folks to and from beach/boardwalk. My only complaint was that this place needed a deep clean. I’m not saying bathrooms or kitchen were dirty but windows, walls, coffee pot and fridge in need of some extra attention. Paint in hallways was really rough like a bunch of animals slammed every suitcase they had into them. So it felt like a rental a bit more than places I’ve stayed in the past. Won’t ruin your trip by any means but little bit of love after this season will be needed. The garage was loaded with beach items which also was great so didn’t have to bring chairs, wagon, umbrellas, etc. Outdoor shower and hot tub made for wonderful close to the day. Overall would highly recommend.
