Beachfront on the Bay- penthouse on the sand

We had the best time at this little slice of heaven! Will rent again!

The property is exactly as pictured. It’s well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The view is amazing and Chris was a wonderful host. He responded to questions quickly and was able to accommodate early-check in. My family of four had a wonderful time!

This property is perfect from its location to the amenities it provided for our stay. We were a group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) and the layout was perfect allowing everyone to have their own space. The ample amount of natural light also created a very airy and homey feeling we all greatly appreciated. The house exceeded all areas of cleanliness in the linens, furniture, and the rooms themselves. The hosts were another amazing part to this property working with us and being very responsive to our questions and concerns. The surrounding neighbors are very kind as well and will help make you feel at home. The only thing we would give a heads up about is that the garage space will be tight if you are traveling with a minivan or similar sized car, so definitely keep that in mind. Overall we are looking forward to a time when we can come back to this property, it really helped to make a first time trip extra special.

Beautiful location and penthouse. Absolutely perfect for our trip. Everything provided allowed us to enjoy the trip more than we expected, including beach toys. Easy communication with Host.
