The hotel does not have its own parking lot. You have to use valet or South Park at the world trade center. It's the same building but very confusing. The parking elevator door is closed on my husband, knocking him down and all the Hotel could do is say they will inform the World Trade Center people. Also, the coffee maker in the room did not work properly and we did not get maid service. There are only a few places to eat nearby and the hotel coffee shop closes at 5:00. Overall, not a good experience.

Overall had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and decently sized for a basic king bed room. One of the highlights was the pool area. I didn’t have too high of expectations but it was cute and also had a convenient pool side bar! I would definitely recommend this and stay here again when I’m in town!

Nothing in walking distance as far as food or shopping. Have daily shuttle but not reliable as far as availability. Have to order food from bar and limited choices. Had free bottled water. Rooms were quiet and clean. Nice view and pool. Staff was Friendly and helpful due to limitations they tried to accommodate.

I reserved 7 rooms for my family for the night before our cruise. You advertised that you had a shuttle to the cruise port in Long Beach. That’s why we picked your hotel. We called to reserve the shuttle & found out you don’t go to the Royal Caribbean port, only Carnival. You should specify that in your ad! That’s deceiving & it was very inconvenient for me to have to find someone at the last minute to take 21 people to the port. Other than that, everything was great.

The carpet in the hallway on the 11th floor has waves in it, making it hard to roll luggage across and also easy to trip on. While the sheets and towels were clean, the room was not. Crumbs in all the drawers, finger prints everywhere. The lock to the balcony was broken, there was no light on the balcony and nasty spots on the balcony roof that looked like old food and the table was broken ( the top falls off ). The staff at the restaurant in the hotel was inconvenienced by me not wanting the $32 egg and cereal buffet and made her distaste for taking my order very apparent. After this interaction I sure didn’t want to “stray from the standard” and complain as the staffs response was the farthest thing from inviting/helpful… what a day 1 of my $500.00 stay! Front desk staff was awesome, I would say the best part of the stay was them and we only interacted for maybe 10 minutes total ( they were 5 star while the remainder of the staff were closer to a 1 star) No information was ever provided on the shuttle service that was parked out front and we saw throughout town as we walked back and forth. Overall we paid quite a bit of money for a lack of cleanliness and service. This is a first for me from at a Hilton property! My husband is a serious Hilton fan and always looks for one when we travel, after this stay we will likely look elsewhere!

For a remodeled hotel it’s dirty. Water leaked through roofs and bad patch jobs. The tub in our room was nasty cracks in the walls very dirty pool. And I got locked out of my room and a cleaning person opened it with her card without verification that it was my room

It’s a pretty nice hotel. Typical Hilton. But it’s one of those places that charges you for everything while you’re there. Parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast etc. Not a fan of that. Already paid hundreds of dollars per night for the room. You can’t let me park my car or have WiFi for free???check in was 4 but I couldn’t get into my room til 515 cause it wasn’t “inspected” Plus very small pool. Only 3 feet deep but that was great for my kids. They had fun playing with the pool toys and cornhole in the pool area. Got a double queen with a balcony but the balcony was 3x3x3 triangle. Just enough room for 1 chair. But nice place inside, pool table and games. Food was good.

I enjoyed the free shuttle- this made it very convenient to get back and forth the convention centre and dinner! Our room was very loud- road noise was quite more than I anticipated and the balcony that we paid more for was hardly a balcony. With one chair we were unable to both fit out there to enjoy the fresh air. The furniture in the room was dirty (couch) stained and really needs an upgrade. The bed was a king had a huge hump in the middle and you sink in where you sleep making it quite uncomfortable. A new bed is needed!

The Hilton was good, but not the best. My husband and I paid around $215. The toilet would only flush sometimes. The temperature in the room would not go lower than 65 but the room kept feeling really warm. We tried keeping the air conditioning temperature down but it was still a hot night. When we purchased the hotel, it said there would be a balcony and the photo made it seem a lot bigger than what it actually was, the chair barely fit out there. The bed was okay and the room was spacious. Overall 3 stars

Absolutely horrible. Checked in and did not give me my room until 4 hours later making us late to our Christmas Party, the lobby was PACKED full of people waiting for rooms, no hot water to shower at 7pm to get ready for the Christmas party and the elevators do not work. Trapped for excesses amount of time on the south side elevator furthers from the entry way. Just HORRIBLE

I called ahead and spoke with a hotel representative and asked if a late check in would be possible. They informed me that it would not be a problem and they would make a note of it. When I arrived at the hotel the person working the front desk told was rude at told me that I was a no show and there was no longer a reservation for me. I tried to explain to him that I had called ahead and made arrangements but he did not seem to care. After he told me to basically get lost I ended up having to sleep in my car. I will never spend a dollar at a Hilton hotel again.

The hotel itself was nice, clean, and quiet. No ocean view even on a high floor, but I was mostly there to crash at night and I slept very well on their beds. They did not have enough parking so I had to valet which was an additional charge. My first morning there their security had to chase a homeless person out of the lobby just as I was leaving the lobby. I was only working 5 minutes from the hotel but chose to drive rather than be out there with a now very angry person. As I rounded the corner to leave I noticed them smoking meth out in the open on the corner. Two hours later I received a Citizen notice that a homeless person had assaulted someone with a hammer at the same intersection as the hotel. So no, the neighborhood doesn’t seem very safe. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but I’m glad my kid wasn’t with me and that I had a car.

Hotel was beautiful as Hilton does. Bathroom needed maintenance on the shower. Service at breakfast was slow, I ate my buffet breakfast before any drinks arrived. No liquid soap in the bathroom, but did have shampoo and conditioner.

My friends were bragging about the free coffee and breakfast they were receiving at there hotel as well as free parking, we tried to order steak dinner and was told they were out of steaks. order wet burrito the egg were cooked like rubber. espresso bar was great cheesecake was good security guards were all professional and quick to help. my room was great and clean

Beautiful property, superior service, delicious food at the on-site restaurant, and great cocktails. The room was clean and quiet, spacious and comfortable. The mattress, pillows and bedding - perfection! Slept like a log! The bathroom in our room could use an updated toilet and shower, but it was clean and spacious as well.

The staff was friendly during our stay. Our bathroom smelled a bit like musky sewer water. We travelled with an infant and a toddler and arrived in the middle of the night. We didn’t expect parking to be in such a sketchy garage down the street. We just didn’t feel safe at all while unloading and getting the kids out of the car to head to the hotel.
