Okay price and convenient location. Floor was sticky, stains on the mattress and room smelled strong of mold. Really didn’t like the key entry locks being out of order on the exterior building doors. Didn’t feed very safe. The extra flip lock on our room door was also busted and didn’t prevent the door from opening.

The photos on the website is not the room we were given. Our room was out of date, dirty, musty and had a weird smell. I had to clean the toilet seat before we were able to use it. I was not comfortable in this room at all. I would not stay here again.

Front desk staff are friendly. Rooms have thin walls/ ceilings. Firat night listened to a dog in a nearby room, barking all night. As well at the constant running hopping and stomping of child up above us. But the main thing was being bitten in bed by an ant. Then discovering there are ants climbing in the bed and all over the night stand. I have pictures and videos of this so I could show front desk. First we were told they will switch rooms.when we arrived back from dinner. We were told "THE GM SAID WE COULDNT SWITCH ROOMS" AND that front desk went into roo. And wiped down with ant spray. (Wait, you keep this on hand? Hmm maybe a known issue here?) Was told they were full. Parking lot had maybe a doz cars. Also. End entrance to parking lot was broken. Anyone could access the building without a secure card. Very disappointed with our stay. Jipped on price by paying 250 a night for a dirty, broken and insect infested stay. Too bad I cant upload the images.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. We arrived late in the evening and initially were told they didn't see our reservation and didn't have a room. We booked through hotels.com. After the front desk clerk, who was very nice, called her manager they found us a room. Upon walking into the room it was clear it hadn't been cleaned properly. Dirt on the floor, absolutely filthy desk chair, snot on the walls and the mattress pad wasn't secured on the bed like it should be. We left after 30 minutes and stayed somewhere else. The front desk clerk apologized and offered another room but we declined because of how bad the room was. After going back and forth with hotels.com according to them it was up to the hotel manager to approve a refund. Per emails with hotels.com our refund was denied several times by the manager. After finally getting the managers contact info, Pennie, she said she didn't know anything about our issue and that hotels.com paid our reservation with a virtual card so they had to issue the refund. After multiple calls Pennie finally agreed to issue a refund for 1 night because supposedly they offered to clean our room. We will never stay at this hotel again. Aside from the 2 female front desk clerks, everyone else was rude, one male front desk clerk hung up on me and the manager was more focused on proving us wrong then doing what was right.

Extremely dirty room, blood stains on the walls and on the sheets upon initial arrival, would appear to be spit stains, or some substances all over the wall. Checked out same night still can’t get a refund. They need to shut this place down. I’ve been searching for the GM‘s number so I can resolve my issues to no avail

Hotel was recently renovated but was cheaply done, new coat of paint over the old stuff, new carpet, and a few small updates. The bed was horrible, A/C would not stay on longer than 20 minutes before an error code would appear. Room still smelled like smoke. Was expecting a much nice hotel for the price we were charged considering it was marked up 4x the normal rate for being a race weekend

We checked in very late (midnight) and Miss Lucy was there to greet us with a warm and friendly smile. I mentioned we had yo check out at 5 am due to travel and she said she wished we were able to stay later for breakfast. When I went to check out- she had already made coffee so we could at least enjoy that. These extra steps are almost unheard of these days. Please thank this beautiful lady and let her know that warm coffee hit the spot!

When we arrived there was a tour bus from Texas full of retirees the hotel clerk was handing out gift bags with water and snacks. Maybe you should have left those in there rooms or every guest receive a gift bag. I received our keys and walked the stairs with our bags to the 3 rd floor. The keys didn’t work, went back down stairs to find other people waiting to check in, the only clerk working took the airport shuttle to pick other guests. After waiting 30 minutes the hotel clerk was able to reconfigure our keys. Every time we left and came back our keys needed to be reconfigured.

The employees must be treated good since they’re all so kind. As they say “treat your employees as you would like them to treat your guest”. This place was perfect for our needs. We just needed a clean place to sleep for a few hours before getting back on the road. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and it was very quiet. Breakfast runs from 6-10am. We got there at 9 and there wasn’t much left. We missed out on the eggs and meat. I guess lots of people had already eaten and the room was pretty messy.
