The neglect in the area shows that the pool has been out of use for a long time. We selected the hotel because the advertisement said it had a pool, but when we arrived at the hotel we discovered that the pool was closed. We were disappointed as the pool was closed. The store was always empty. The cleaning lady was vacuuming the hallways at 10:30 pm, interrupting our sleep. The building needs maintenance. The bathroom in our room had a broken wall. Overall, the facilities were poorly maintained. The breakfast service was poor, no fruit, yogurt and the breakfast was the same every day. Breakfast was running out and the hotel staff wasn't on hand to replenish what was left; we had to go to the front desk to ask for more breakfast.

I liked that the property had a pool, however, due to an issue with pool chemicals, it was closed. Although it is next to a Cracker Barrel, it is out of the way to most other dining options.

So, with La Quinta they are pet friendly. I love this as I bring my dog but unfortunately a lot of guests do not pick up their dog mess but neither does the hotel. There was an abundance of dog feces everywhere. Also. The website said they provided electric car charging and they do not. This is misleading.

I booked this last minute. It stayed airport shuttle and going by its namesake believe it would suit my needs. It didn’t have shuttle so spent and $35 in uber fees. Then it was in horrible condition and wasn’t very clean. The bed made an awful noise every time you moved. I was so tired I got a couple hours of sleep and checked out extra early. I would never recommend this place. Also I didn’t have time to use the pool which I guess it was a good thing because even though pool is listed, in the middle of summer it was covered.

We stayed for three nights. We got in late the first night. The place seemed like it could use some maintenance, but ok. Got up next morning and the soap and shampoo bottles provided seemed to only be partially full like they had already been used. Left for the day and returned. The room was not serviced. Only the towels were replaced. The next morning, we had to use the same old soap bottles. We left and returned again late. The room was not touched. No new towels either. I went to the front desk and asked for new towels. He said he didn’t have any and had no way to get any new towels. He basically said, ‘I don’t know what to tell you.’ He said he wasn’t in charge of the towels. He made no effort in trying to resolve the issue. I had to wait until the next morning to get new towels from the front desk. The breakfast was average. I was there about 30 minutes before closing and most of the hot food was gone with no signs of replacement.

The hotel staff were pleasant. It is very dog friendly, but unfortunately they don't appear to make much effort to keep the floors clean. The check in was no problem. It has easy accessibility from the interstate. There was only one person on duty in the later evening and unfortunately he could not attend to our requests. We needed to change rooms due to unpleasant odors and that was granted. The second room had piles of dirt on the floor by the refrigerator. We requested a broom to sweep it, but after someone was called to bring one it never came. We mopped it up ourselves. There was only one washcloth it was stained and tearing. Before checkout, there was no hot water in the shower. The tub floor felt like it was going to cave in. The hallways were dirty (mud, fur). The grounds were not well kept and it needed more green space for the dogs. Breakfast was mediocre and the length of time for breakfast was shorter than most hotels. Overall, we would not stay there again.

The night time check-in was fine. The next morning in our waste basket by the tv there were cockroaches inside a small empty potato chip bag - gross !! (They did offer to upgrade from my 3rd floor and they acted like they already knew about the bugs *sus*) But, I no longer wanted to stay there, I just felt like "if one room has them, they all do" and I cancelled the hotel and got a refund. Such a bummer, took a little over an hour to do, disappointed because we had to pack up everything once more and find somewhere else...and I had to check EVERY BAG to be SURE none of those suckers came with us! Geez. I will not be back.

Far past the time, it needs major remodeling. The bathtub was rusted, hot water was sporadic and the pet friendly room we were assigned reached of urine. Wyndham should reconsider having their name associated with this location. We are fans of newer LaQuintas but will not be staying at this location again. Not recommended.

The room was dirty. There was still food in the fridge from the previous guests. Which means cleanliness was questionable. Bugs were getting in somehow. I stayed simply because I had a 5am wake-up and had to rest but, never again at this location.

We've stayed here for years and it's just gone downhill. There is mold growing around the bathtub, the tub drains really slow, the shower temperature is too hot, things are broken in the room, it smells like smoke, and someone was feeding a feral cat by the front door. What used to be a $100 hotel has turned into a $50 hotel charging $100.

This was ok, but I've decided I'm probably not staying at la Quinta anymore. They have very high beds. Not good for older people with bad knees/back. I had to literally climb up into it. It was scary cause I was afraid I'd roll out! I prefer a normal height bed.

Cockroaches in the bathroom. Dripping bathtub faucet. Room was next to a utility closet with electric panels that gave off a loud humming sound 24/7. Desk said there was nothing they could do about it. Did not sleep well the night we were there because of the noise from the panels coming through the wall.

The hotel itself is pretty dated. Our room had a bath/shower combo. It had an incline on the left of the tub that would constantly cause you to go off balance while showering and there were no grip bars for safety. I'm not sure that the hotel is ADA compliant in that regard. The air conditioner wasn't very efficient, and our room was very humid. Check-in /out was an easy process.

It’s ok. The ac worked off and on, mostly off. The pillows smelled funky, like old drool. Bed was ok. Sheets and pillow cases were threadbare, stains on bed coverlet and one of the towels. Breakfast was ok. I was expecting a nicer situation since the last 4 LaQuintas we stayed in were very nice.

The elevator was a little shaky. The third floor smelled like old food and cleaner (not sure about the others since I didn’t stay on those floors). The lobby was like a sauna. The pool wasn’t open. There was a crack in our ceiling above the shower head. The beds sounded like you were sleeping on top of filing cabinets. And the rooms are overall very small for four people, so I wouldn’t call them “suites”. I would not stay here again.

Was given a room that was already occupied, front dest admitted they over booked and were not sure if they had a room for us. (room was booked months in advance). They did eventually give us a room, but admitted someone else would be out of luck. One elevator was out of order and the other one did not sound safe. The room was clean, so kudos to housekeeping, but the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. Only booked this hotel because of an early flight and close to airport.

When i arrived, i checked in and they gave me my room. I go to my room to find someone already in there. They gave MY Room away to some other person. And the guy at the counter was like we may not have no other rooms available. I’ve contacted them to get a refund or a partial refund for the inconvenience and they denied it.

Second time here and still the same problem. We had to keep asking for towels each day and when we got back to the hotel, the towels still not there. We had to keep going to the desk and get them ourselves. Trash not even taken out each day. My grown Children also had rooms and had the same problem. They decided to go back home. So we checked out and got a room across the street for another 2 nights. Best decision ever.

Room had holes in the furniture. Housekeeping let themselves into our room with no knock or call out. We even had the do not disturb card on the door. Denied doing so to the desk person. Gave one tiny tube of shampoo, 1 tiny bar of soap. Pretty disappointing overall experience for a Wyndham property who charged $146.99 for 1 night. Hotel is not in great shape and breakfast was only available til 9 am on a SUNDAY!

The room that was first given to us was not clean. Trash in the room, bed was rumbled, used soap still on the side of sink. The front office worker wasn’t at the desk. I had to call out, hello a few times before she finally came down the hallway. She was more concerned about the time I had to wait on her than the dirty room.

So upon check in Friday 11pm night we where given our room keys and head up to room 210, only to open the door and scare the crap out of 2 people that where sound asleep in the room. so we head back down to the desk and spend 45 minutes waiting for them to find us a room. get to the room 415 and one one key works, head back down to get it rescanned. go down have breakfast Saturday morning then up to the room only to have 2 keys that do not work. back down stairs have them rescanned again. get back to the room saturday night and you guessed it the room keys will not work and the room hasn't been cleaned so we have no towels clean. Sunday morning same thing breakfast and room keys will not work, get back in Sunday night room still hasn't been cleaned or towels replaced so back down stairs we go only to get back to the room and the dam keys will not work AGAIN. This is the 4 year we have stayed here and never had an issues at all but this year was terrible and we will find another place to stay next year for this annual trip. Only 1 elevator was working, only 2 ice makers in the whole place that worked. Done with it!!!!

The hotel clerk was horrible. He had a terrible attitude upon check in. The bathroom had a horrible moldy smell. The free breakfast was laps terrible. We were the first one there at 6AM and I had to microwave the eggs and sausage because they were at room temperature. I will never stay there again
