Stayed 2 nights

This was my go to hotel until this last stay. The guy that checked me in (when he finally came back up front) wasn’t really rude but not what I would describe as a people person. I remembered him from my check out from the stay before and thinking he wasn’t very friendly. The manager lady was super nice! As was the valet driver. I think valet helped me more than anyone. But the lotion, shampoo and conditioner in the room were all empty. I got sick the first night and sent my son downstairs for a bottle of water. The person at the front desk took it and said he would have it delivered to our room but it never showed up. The price of overnight parking for customers is just outrageous!!! That’s enough reason to find another hotel! $60 per night plus tips. I wish I could have gotten cheaper parking in place of the free alcohol. But it’s an amazing location and a very large room.

Stayed 3 nights

Started out with wonderful check in . Room clean. BUT toilet needed flushed 2-3 times before going down & stood in 3" of water while showering (yes reported the first, second and third day. ) Breakfast and Bar staff and food EXCELLANT ! At check out we were given a strangers receipt and my roommate was charged 2 times. It took days of calls to numerous people and #'s. Hours of telling the same story. over and over. Finally reached a lady who took care of things within a few minutes!
