Our room was okay but once inside hotel front desk stacks of papers, books, I took picture but they won’t paste here. The remodel is everywhere & the two ice machines did not work. Actually, it was just as well as i would not feel confident about the purity of the water, ice based on surroundings. The staff were nice but we felt we were in a construction zone & we HAD to stay there as we did not know the area & had made reservations based on your site. We could not risk losing our money. We would never stay there again & not sure what we think about Expedia now.

Front desk was not very friendly but nice had us ready when we got there. Jacuzzi had to be cleaned the jets were filthy! A couple holes in the walls in the bathroom. Bed was comfy plenty of pillows floors clean no weird smells and no bed bugs! I did see one water bug my husband killed it. No as for the sleep there was none! First night we were kept up all night long the people above us were very loud and noises ALL night long! Until 5am and settled down we had to be up at 8am. We were so tired and dragging all day the next day. The second night sure enough by 8:30 all the noise came back. I called the desk at 12:00àm asking to have them settle down. Again at 1 and 2 and at 3 I call told them I wanted a refund o can’t stay where I can not sleep. At 3 am I finally czbbdl yyyk

Hotel room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The rooms we got could of used a little updating, the halls and elevators could definitely used some updating but the only thing we were really disappointed with was some bread for toast and 2 apples out for breakfast absolutely nothing else. The evening check in guy was super.

When i travel for work, i look up hotels that offer a fitness center. This time, it had it but, not available. There were items in there and a bed. It looked like it was used for storage. Very disappointed. The pool wasn't even clean so, really didn't get any work out done

Someone was actually smoking in building and on the elevator. The pool was told to us that it was up and running and then we get down there and it’s closed. TP holder was falling out of the wall. Shower heads broken and clogged. Elevator was just plain questionable. Hoping it was black spatter paint on the wall. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else!

When we arrived at the property there were no less than 15 police cars in the parking lot and at least that many officers standing around! The gentleman behind the desk was very nice. He could not give us the room we requested because of the police activity. The elevator was in very bad condition and smelled of smoke!! The bathroom was nasty- around the bowl

The hotel was dirty. There was a cigarette butt in the elevator for two days, the bathtub had a ring of dirt around it, mortar was smeared everywhere in the bathroom, there were holes in our sheets and bedspread, they picked up our dirty towels but not the washclothes after our first night, the ironing board was bent and rickity, there was no iron in the room, the carpet was filthy in the main hallways and stairwells with large stains as well as paint droplets. The swimming pool was advertised to be open but upon arrival it was not open. Just an overall horrible stay!

Bugs, wall lice carpet beetles. It was horrifying. I have red bumps on my legs and i did t lay in sheets put another sheet on top of bedspread and didnt sleep at all due to scratching and realizing the odd shaped bugs on walls. Took pictures and looked it up.i paid for 2 nights but left after 1 night. I want my money back because i spent more money on bug spray and antibiotic and fungal creams. Called health department to inform.

This property was absolutely disgusting! The elevator smelled god awful, the 3rd floor hallway had mold on the carpet all over and smelled horrible! The room had stains all over the floor, paint on the wall and ceiling! The bed sheets had burns and were dirty and my son found a roach in his pull out bed along with crumbs. The couch mattress had mold on the bottom. Then the guy came up and didnt seem too worried about the nastiness and the condition. Even my kids were telling the gentleman about the issues. They were scared to come back to the hotel they were even crying and begging to go somewhere else. I would of left to a different hotel or even back home except that i had already paid the $113 and it was a 2hr drive back home that we didnt want to make at midnight.

I rented 3 rooms. All had been cleaned poorly. Hair in bathroom tub, floors dirty. One room flooded and said they couldn’t move them offered no discount or options. Had drug dealers and prostitution happening and were well aware of it and did nothing. Staff was rude and unhelpful!

Room had plenty of space. Need more accesible outlets. Bathroom needs shelf & hooks to put travel kit and hang clothes. Microwave was stuffed with leftover food. Worker turned off cold water to repair a leak but did not turn it back on so had very hot water in shower only one day. Staff was great. Building old and showing its age.

We called ahead of time to advise the staff that we would be late and ensured them we were coming so they would not give our room away. They did and instead of getting a "two queen bed" room, we were given a "one king bed" room. That's a tight squeeze for a family of 4. We also had to ask for a remote to the TV as it was not in the room when we arrived. We had to have the key card reprogrammed twice as we were locked out after our day. The room was clean and is in remodel mode. Not a terrible stay, just a little aggravating.

Great price and value it’s clean beds are comfortable and the air is cold only one thing this facility needs to have devices installed on forts to keep people from slamming doors it’s almost unbearable at times wakes me all the time or put signs up asking customers not to slam when closing the doors

I guess I got what I paid for if pricing is compared to other rooms. Carpets where vacuumed but in dire need of being cleaned with soap and water. Bed was ok but had cigarette a few holes.I I found it curious that we were on the third floor and no screens on the window. I am very grateful the windows opened though. I called last minute and had to get a smokers room, but I'm not a smoker and the room did smell like smoke at first. But smell was gone after couple hours.

We paid in advance and when we arrived there was a 50 dollar deposit. Later on that day i was checking my balance and they also took a 120 dollar deposit and when i ask about it, the front desk person said oh ya i over charged you. Ok so why didn't you tell me that when i was standing ther for 20 minutes while you kept runnng my card. Yes i did get it all back but still if i hadnt checked my acct would he have giving it back or made up some lie that we tore the room up. Was not happy about the situation at all.

They called to check if I was coming. I said yes. When I got there, there was a family waiting to be checked in for over 10 minutes. No one came. I had to find my own key behind the desk to get into my room…… need I say more?!

I checked in and was given a room key, i went to the room opened the door and there was already someone in the room. upon check out, I left the hotel and recieved a call from the hotel stating I had taken a pillow from the room, which i did not take. i had a small overnight bag and I had walked past the one that was accusinig me of taking it. she became argumentive and stated that there were 6 pillows in the room, I didn't count them but I know i did not take a pillow, My friend and I was talking about taking a giant picture off the wall, I stated do you think they would know if i took it,,,, we were joking.... The person at the desk must have immedicately checked the room when we left because we were not out of the parking lot when I recieved the call. I feel like she was listening to our conversation in the room and thought we was talking about taking a pillow, I was basically told I was lying about the pillow, I will not stay there again and discourage anyone else to stay there... or inventory the room and count the pillows before you stay.

There was no indication when booking this property that it is currently being renovated. The hotel was torn up and the gym/workout room was closed, which was disappointing. In addition, it is marketed as being Super 8 Fort Worth Stockyards and it is nowhere near the Stockyards. All of this misinformation should have been revealed when booking.

This property was disgusting. I think they literally did not clean it. I have pictures to prove the filth is there. I could actually scrape the filth off the wall. There was mold in and out of the bath/shower that bleach would easily take care of, if it was actually cleaned. There were stains on the carpet. And so many small things needed to be replaced or fixed. Oh and they lie about their location being in the stockyards as it is not located in or even close to the stockyards.

Unfortunately upon driving I onto the property, we saw multiple homeless and drug induced guests out front of the hotel, one cursing profanities at us as we were walking into the building. We were kindly greeted by the front desk, who zero concern about the situation happening outside. We checked in our room and quickly discovered that there was no flush handle on the toilet. Upon going back to the front desk, we were quickly moved to a different room down the hall. As two single women were were extremely uncomfortable with the situation around us. We were ere out front of the hotel waiting on our Uber, where we were solicited by three different people for drugs, money and sex within the 5 minutes we got outside. It was very uncomfortable and put us as two female travelers very uncomfortable. Please do better, we are paying customers!

The proterty and our stay was great, but we found the breakfast lacking. All that was provided were 2 cereal options and bread/toast. There weren't even artifical sweeteners for those who are diabetic. We ended up going to McDonald's each morning for breakfast and the artificial sweeteners for our coffee.

Overall was a good stay, beds are not very comfy. Breakfast was toast, cereal or muffin. Not much there to choose. Was there for the gilt show at the stock show, so just needed a place to sleep and shower and it worked for that.

I purposely booked a hotel that said it had breakfast so we could grab a light breakfast each morning before we left. The first morning I went to get coffee and breakfast and all they had was bread and apples. So I decided to just get coffee. The coffee was so watered down that I could see the bottom of the cup through the coffee. The second morning they had bread, apples and cereal so I didn’t even check the third morning. There was mold around the bath tub too.

The property itself and the room are fine, the service is good but not excellent. Unfortunately, they advertise to have Breakfast, yet there is nothing but some white bread, two kinds of cereal, some fruit and on one day I saw small muffins. The coffee was not great and ran out soon, and the orange juice was from concentrate, so it was not fresh. The lady that fix the room every morning was absolutely great, did an excellent job and kept things fresh. Thank you.

Arrived Saturday and was given a room the second floor. I walked into the bathroom to find water all over the floor. We called down to the front desk and he gave us another room. This room was also located on second floor. The toilet did not work properly. Sunday morning, we woke up to power outage. We went downstairs to grab the so-called “continental breakfast” and found cereal, no milk, a few pieces of bread and a juice dispenser. Nothing else. We won’t be staying here again.

Room was clean, but had cigarette burns in the bed comforter. Bathroom door jammed and hard to open/close without having to tackle it. Hallways smelled of smoke of hash or mary jane. Continental breakfast was juice, fruit, and toast....nothing more. Other minor maintenence issues were noted, but looked like they were in the middle of upgrading...so, thats understandable.
