Sonesta Simply Suites Fort Worth

The woman working at the desk was friendly and very helpful. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken, but she was so apologetic for the inconvenience.

Property was under construction so it was pretty messy.

The elevators were out of service, so we had to use. There's period we had to change rooms because the room we were in smell of dog urine I will say though, that the staff was very accommodating through the whole process. And all our needs were met while we were there..

Staff was really pleasant and accommodating, specially the woman who checked us in, Shaniqua. She regularly checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking throughout both days that I stayed here with my son. The property itself was a bit of a mix between modern and dated, as were the amenities. But everything was clean, functioned as it should, and provided what we needed. On site laundry was free and so convenient. The front desk also offered some detergent for purchase so I didn’t need to go out of my way. The area itself has a bit of a homeless community surrounding it, but overall still felt very safe. They don’t offer breakfast at this Sonesta, but there’s a few food items for purchase at the front, a lot of common restaurants just a couple of minutes down the street, and places to shop for your basic cooking necessities. I was here for my son’s football tournament and everything was at our disposal. I would definitely recommend this place, the price is great for what you get.

Love the property, elevator down the whole stay. Over all love the hotel.

Room was very clean as well as property very quiet not many people staying here elevator wasn’t working but everything else trumped that I’d definitely come back for an extended stay Esme in the front office was great and very kind !

Rooms are re done, the staff are great, gym, laundry and parking was great. I Deff will be staying there again.

Large spacious room with a nice comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Great shower. Would stay here again. Our original booking of a suite with 2 queen beds was sold out so they upgraded us to 2 individual rooms which was a sweet bonus.

Despite the fact that the inside looks a little bit old, the hotel is always clean with a good smell in all hallways. Not noisy, such a good place to live when you don’t want spend much money elsewhere.

Horrible experience room was infested with roaches.

Badly maintained property, dirty bathrom, broken towel handle, no soap or shampoo, the bedding is dirty, noise at night, they told us the coffee is available turns out taste very bad, phone is broken I had to go downstairs every time I need something I end up just deal with what I got, elevator is discussing, honestly beside the nice people working in the front desk I wouldn’t put my feet is such filthy hotel. And no house keeping during my 3 nights nobody came to refresh the room or change the towels… 0/10

This is definitely not 3 stars. It needs major renovations and face lift. The tub was dirty as well as the linens. Didn't look like it got cleaned often.

Absolutely worst disgusting rooms you’ll ever stay in with the most disrespectful employees! Save your money! The first room we got into had dog accidents everywhere and spent like straight dog poop and pee, the rooms are not cleaned, there’s mold everywhere and the bathroom was absolutely terrible!!! Can not believe this place is still open!!

Hotel was clean and nice to stay in. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. My only notes is that it’s not super updated. The shower doesn’t have a fan in it and the room it self is in an older style. But it was great for the price definitely would say again.

We had a good stay with them. The staff is very nice and the room was comfortable for us. The only slight downside I would say there was, was the bed is a little harder than I like.

Needed a working television. Two people only one chair.

Had an amazing stay from the moment we checked in Krystall was amazing. The hotel was in a great location as far as close to points if interest in and around Ft. Worth/ Dallas area. Room was quiet,beds were comfortable ,it is a little outdated, kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention by the cleaning crew. We stayed 3 nights and would stay there again when we come back to the area.

It met my needs perfectly even though the furnishings were old and worn and the whole place is in serious need of an update. (They are doing phase one of a two-phase update now. Due to that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite at no charge.) My room had four maintenance issues, ALL of which were taken care of within six hours of my request (including a new shower head, a lamp that wouldn’t plug in because of a bent plug, the phone wasn’t working &…I can’t recall the last item). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for my needs. It’s certainly not the quality of furnishings I’m used to; but the bed and couch, though old and “iffy” at first feel, worked fine on my first stay, so today I booked again for my return trip this month. It’s a bit of a risk, but you can’t beat the price. For me, it’s a good value, and I trust the manager to work with me if I have any serious problem.

Only things i can say good about the place is the free use of laundry machines and dryers, theres what looks like an updated looking workout room. the channels on the tv are pretty good. tv could be a little bigger from its 32" size. no issues with the kitchen, but the microwave bulbs were burned out. fridge is a good size for a single person. the desk is a nice all in one long work desk/dresser/storage area. The room was okay. seems like it was updated to 2000's level. there's still a phone internet line outlet in the room so that tells you this place is from the 90s. there are no usb ports in the room like updated hotels are. bring a power brick. room seems like it could use more light fixtures, feels a little dark at night. all the pots, pans and dishes were missing from my room, even tho there is a place card in the room welcoming me to cook with the "included" dishes and pans. i needed to document the bathroom state of the bathroom at check in. the mirror has a big crack in the corner, there rust on the light fixture, chips in the countertop, the toliet will not flush anything other than liquid, the vent fan is missing the cover. make sure to have money on a card any card here. they do not and absolutely will not take any cash, money order, check. any transaction has to be on their little card reader. i asked if someone could come and change out the linen. no one ever came. like whoever i asked maybe just written it down but, it was never an official request.

Room smelled like someone has a pet cat before us. With the liter box. Cat hair all over the furniture. No coffee no sugar no creamer. Had a pot tho. Would t stay here again. The bed wasn’t a queen it was a full. Even tho I got the queen suite bedroom. Bed was also hard as a rock.

I found the person that waited on us at night to be pretty rude. The girl in the morning was very nice though. The rooms aren't properly stocked. Place is relatively clean though.

Needed to work from room, only one chair in a room for 4. We were told they were doing a favor letting us have two. Internet very spotty. Have to wait till 8:30 or later til coffee is in lobby. Had to use whole body to slam against door to open every time. Very noisy especially rooms above.

Check In was fast and easy and staff was very friendly and welcoming. They checked on me a few times over the weekend to ask if i needed anything. I found the room to be excellent and clean with great atmosphere. Wish I had arrived here alot sooner for my business statys and will only stay here in the future!

I said at the desk for a half hour waiting for someone to check me in nobody came. So I left and while I was eating, the hotel called me and told me that they cannot accommodate me due to an “emergency. They didn’t try to accommodate me. They didn’t even apologize literally the worst experience by far.. thank God I had trip insurance through Expedia because this hotel would’ve screwed me over

The service at the front desk was EXCELLENT! My toilet was clogged and the girl (I’m sorry I forgot her name) she offered to switch our rooms and I said I was to to tired and she offered to help us move our stuff! She went above and beyond! We didn’t switch but the whole staff went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the tvs were old and very dark you could barely see the picture and one of the tvs I couldn’t hook up my roku. I ended up having to watch my phone.

Required a $100 deposit that is not returned for up to a week . Not appreciated!

Lies about room availability. Drove from tampa to fort worth to be told they didn't have a room for me. Never got a call or anything from them.

Didnt state at time of booking that there would be an additional deposit, which seems scammish in my opinion.

Stayed here for a week while on vacation. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel grounds and common areas were nice and clean. The room itself was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks

After calling to check in and being charged for our room, we found out upon arrival they canceled our room and had no availability.

Ppl hanging aound the entry doors and parking lot at all hours my husband wouldnt let me walk around alone ..but our room was great we really appreciated the many amenities way better then other extended stays weve been in before they have a freaking dishwasher and dishes you dont have to buy dishes at the desk like other E.S hotels we would definitely return and plan to.

Very uncomfortable bed!!! Smaller rooms than advertised and there were several vehicle break inns while we were there! Luckily our car wasn't one of them but the car next to us was one night! A lot of riff raff hanging around the parking lot and surrounding area!!!

Cheap spot but very comfortable. The location is a little suspect but I’m not scared of folks. I live in Houston. Very comfortable stay.

This is a simple and basic hotel. Conveniently collected to major roads. It is well maintained and staffs are friendly.

Edit- certainly not complaining bc I loved this place. But. - If paying at hotel, please know there are many types of credit/debit cards that they don’t take. I had to have someone drive an hour to come use their card for me (and change reservation into their name). .- I had an amazing stay though! Staff were awesome! Especially Esmeralda and Krystal. Very attentive. Esmeralda’s went above and beyond to find some needed items. She did it right away! You DO have to ask for some items that should already be in the room. But they ended up getting the dishes and cookware for me so no biggy. *** To address anyone complaining about the company booking them for a room and then they were told that all rooms were full, once they got there. It is the 3rd party companies doing that…. Not Sonesta. I was there when people were coming in and complaining about there not being available rooms after they had already booked a room. But they booked with Expedia/Hotels.com and such. The staff felt terrible about it but there was nothing they could do. Expedia/Hotels.com and like companies were at fault. Sonesta was great! Oh and there was a homeless guy trying to hang out at the bbq pit/smoke area. It was a little uncomfortable when he started asking me over and over again about wanting to go to the store for me and asking for stuff. Luckily it was only a couple of minutes and here comes staff (Shaniqua) asking him so politely to please leave since he was not a guest there. Grateful!!

This is a very generic hotel. No daily cleaning unless asked. We left dirty towels out the door and they where picked up, but no new towels left in the room. We had to go to the front desk to ask fir new towels. We stayed 3 nights and asked in the morning for new towels to be left in the room , but still had to get our own towels. No coffee in the lobby, had to ask for a coffee maker for our room. But then also had to go to front desk for coffee to make it ourselves.

From pictures we thought they had breakfast which was not available. Also there weren’t any USB or C ports available. Luckily we brought our plugs. There weren’t any utensils or plates in the room. You may have to ask for them. We had brought plastic utensils with is

My wife informed me that while sleeping in the room she complained about the smelling scent of cigarette smoke in the room and please checked into trying to provide Free Breakfast at your Hotel. I wasn’t informed about the free breakfast until the day we checked in for our reservation. But your staff member were friendly and helpful

We enjoyed the friendliness of the evening desk clerk. When we went to the day clerk to ask for fresh linen, we were informed that they were locked away and only housekeeping could get to them. The daytime clerk was more interested in her phone than assisting guests. It was nice that the TV remote was missing but maintenance had brand new ones available. There was a $100 pet deposit ?? even though we did not bring nor have any. There weren't even any vending areas on the property. Luggage cart had a flat tire and the doors stick. Made it difficult to enter our room, being disabled.

Our room had obviously been smoked in. It was very bad, we had to open the windows for hours and it barely dissipated. There were no extra blankets for our daughter. Even though the reservation was for 3. The front desk didn’t have any either. The whole place just smelled and because it was an extended stay which was NOT posted on the website there was no breakfast.

There Wi-Fi has poor connection they have a little store that doesn’t have any inventory.

No one was at the front desk. They were outside smoking and drinking. No remote in the living area, no batteries in the bedroom remote. Floor was sticky, couch had stains, no dish soap, phones did not work when i tried to call for service. No food or drinks were in the shopping area fridges were completely empty. On the site it states the breakfast was provided in the morning and there was not breakfast.
