No ice machines on floors. No they aren't broken, there are none. Parking is non-existent. Free parking on street about a block from hotel. Have some cash handy for the homeless. OR you can pay Hilton $61 valet EACH night. Nope, free parking not included with your $223 a night room. So you end up paying almost $300 a night for a lackluster stay.

The draw is the JFK Memorial (historical aspect) and walkability to restaurants. I did not like the ice situation. There should be ice machines on every floor. Also, had a few issues with cleaning. When we told them we were getting dressed to come back later they never did (and no I did not have a sign on my door). Had to ask and it still wasn't cleaned. Asked again and they cleaned it. In other words, they were going to pass me by if they could not clean when it was convenient for them. Finally the charge for breakfast is excessive. We have money but don't like burning it so we did not even try. Finally, what happened to your happy hour you used to have? To stay competitive in the future, you better reconsider the elimination of these perks compared to other nearby hotels. I have stayed there many times before but this time I would just say it was just 'OK'.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. However, the elevators were a bit outdated and gave off a creepy vibe. The hotel was fully booked with lots of people due to a cheer competition taking place during our visit, causing delays in the elevator service. Several times we had to take the service elevator. Additionally, we found it inconvenient that the floors did not have ice makers, requiring us to request ice from the front desk.

It might have just been the room I was put in, but the AC was blowing air, but it was NOT cold, it was so humid and sticky. The bathroom smelled like mildew, like it had not been cleaned with any cleaning products. We were very disappointed with our stay at the Fort Worth Hilton. We chose Hilton for its strong reputation but encountered several issues that made our experience frustrating. Parking was only available via valet, which was not made clear during booking. Additionally, our rental car was damaged while in valet care, and the hotel had no camera footage to investigate. We had to file a claim and were given inconsistent information about the process, which has been stressful to deal with from out of the country. The room did not match what was advertised—it lacked expected modern features, and housekeeping was poor (only the beds were made, with trash and the bathroom left untouched). We were also disappointed to learn there was no pool, something we would have expected at a hotel of this level. While staff were friendly, communication was inconsistent, and we often received conflicting information. Overall, this was not the quality of stay we’ve come to expect from Hilton. I would not return to this location.

We stayed for six nights, housekeeping showed up on the second day and 30 minutes before we checked out. We had to change rooms because the tub took 20 minutes to drain after taking a shower. The location was great, but the housekeeping was terrible.

We stayed on 14th floor and it was so warm. The room air conditioner did not work, we had fan on high and never got below 74, we slept on top of covers, but it was just miserable. This is a HILTON, in TEXAS, no excuse for that. We talked to others on elevator who said their rooms were warm as well. The shower head came out of the wall and the bathroom was miniscule and outdated. The inside of the hotel def needs updating (scuffed wood, beat up elevators etc) - we ended up leaving early..very disappointing.

Rooms smelled terrible, even on the top floor with a premium room. Ballroom and meeting areas were nice, though. The hotel needs a major renovation. As earned by other reviewers, the AC did not work as claimed. It read 70 but felt like 80. I would not return until/unless renovated.

This facility is gross! Our hallway smelled like sewage, our toilet kept running and the bathrooms are disgusting! Looks like they are “cleaned” with a quick spray. Mold and dust everywhere! The only good thing about this hotel is location and valet service was great.

There is a mildewing/cleaning chemical smell in lobby and corridors and room. Clothes hanged in closet and in drawers, even unused clothes smell mildew when we got home. We needed to ask for coffee, cream , laundry bags, water, etc... everything that we need. They give it without problem. But, finding out right at the time of your need, make a call, and wait for it was frustrating. The front desk line is ALWAYS busy. We have to go down from 6 th floor and get our items.

Staff was excellent, although the hotel itself needs a little updating. The rooms are so dark as to be cave-like even with all of the lights on and curtains opened. The lampshades were all cracked and slightly dirty, but the bedding was fresh and the bathroom was updated with nice tile and fixtures although dark. The location was great.

I don't understand why this is considered a four-star hotel, it is not. It was overpriced, dated and not especially clean. We stayed one night, in the middle of the week. Let me add that we are not particular, and I rarely leave bad reviews. It smelled pretty good for an older hotel, but we would not stay here again. It simply was not worth the extra money.

Not the best conditions. When we got to our room, the TV was stripped of its power cord. We also noticed that the electric thermostat would not go above 62(in winter mind you). When we finally got in touch with the front desk(it rang for about 7mins. before anyone answered), they said they would send a technician right away. We waited 1 hr, no one came. We decided to head to dinner and give them more time to fix the issues. 3 hrs later, no one has been to our room. We call again and are told the same thing. No one comes until the next morning, 6am. I will think twice before i return. Wasn’t the best experience for the money we paid.

I was very disappointed when I arrived that I tried calling room service 6 times and it rang busy & then again the next morning. The front desk couldn’t help either and I ended up ordering Uber eats both times. Also, requested extra pillows and a blanket for the pull out couch and were told none were available. If you are going offer a pull out then the proper bed linens should be available.

I brought my son and family for Easter. There was an employee who was very rude/ argumentative and it was in front of my child when I was trying to ask about fees associated with parking because I was given mid-information. The hotel is nice, but that started my Easter weekend off horribly.

The room was very nice. When we walked into the hotel it had an odd smell. It smelled old, which the hotel itself is old but revamped. The bar was great and Joe the bartender was terrific. There are no ice machines on the floor. You have to go downstairs to get ice. The service was great. Requested extra towels and a blanket and it arrived within minutes. The bed was comfortable. We did not get to try breakfast but are planning a morning trip to try breakfast.

Stay was decent , phones do not work in room. Had trouble getting extra pillows and covers for the sofa bed which I added in my requests . Then we had to ask 3 times for an extra blanket . Tried to order on room breakfast , it was hard to do because their lines are static and they messed up the order and the food was horrible . And the hotel smells very old and the w trance has a sewerage smell

Everything was good, nice facilities, clean room with excellent view, great breakfast, everybody was nice and polite, until night came, and gotta ask something to the bartender, his answer was very rude and he was probably intoxicated, obviously couldn’t get any help from him, sad ending for a really nice stay on this hotel.
