Stayed 4 nights

There was lukewarm water in the shower for our entire stay. We also were in the wing that was right above the events room and there was very loud music playing until well after 11pm. When I went down to ask about it I was told that they were just finishing up but it went on for another hour or so. It was so loud it rattled our room.
