At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, a Hilton Hotel, guests highlight the stylish, modern feel, convenient location by Fashion Square, and generally friendly staff, while recurring critiques cite inconsistent housekeeping, occasionally slow or unresponsive service, and disruptive noise or overpowering lobby fragrance.

Many enjoy the rooftop pool and well-equipped gym, though drink prices and parking can feel high or inconvenient. Dining feedback is mixed: Luna and Pronto get praise, but limited hours, slow or inaccurate room service, and scarce coffee options appear in several reviews. Overall, expect a chic, well-located stay with strong amenities, but be prepared for occasional inconsistencies.

Sadly, the gentleman that checked us in yawned and seemed totally disinterested. The room I booked thru hotels.com’was not available’, a Mountainview….we were given a room overlooking a parking garage roof.upon calling the front desk, going back down to the lobby to wait, amid a lot of sidestepping and odd excuses, the correct room was presented, after we had tow it while it was inspected.not sure what the inspection was all about as there were wads of hair and dust bunnies under the nightstand, toothpaste on the bathroom floor, and other debris so clearly it had not been vacuumed or mopped. Yuk!

Among the worst hotel experience in recent times. Super un-clean room with massive hair left in the shower from the previous guests, no shower gel in the shower, the bottle of shampoo not working, the bathroom sink clogged and a snobby front desk attitude. I thought coming to this brand new hotel would have a different experience, but turns out this place did not provide that experience at all for me.

Had to change rooms 2 different times minimum due to rooms being dirty. One with food and dirt crumbs all over the floor, bed and room couch also and fresh white stains unknown origin. The second room was filled with cigarette smoke. Security came to look and verified my claim. House keeping didn’t come until, day 3 of a 4 night 5 day stay. Made the bed but did not change linen either time they cleaned room. Manager did adjust room cost because I did have to move from the king suit with balcony and Mountain View that I booked to just a king room city view. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. Would not book this hotel again. Definitely not worth the cost.

While the atmosphere was pleasant, my stay was not. The WiFi and AC did not work. Upon arrival, the room reserved was unavailable and we had to wait for another. We, then, were moved a second time due to AC and electrical problems. Though the manager was pleasant, the service beyond that point was terrible. She removed the amenity fees as a courtesy, at least we were told. The AC went out in the new room, and I was over it. The room was not cleaned all three nights and four days we were there. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, they attempted to finally come clean the room and kick us out prior to checkout time. After informing the front desk that the stay was terrible at checkout, they mentioned amenity fees, which I will be monitoring my card for. Will never be staying at this resort again.

Placed in room with broken air conditioner. Had engineer work on system and waited three hours. Second call to front desk without resolution. Moved late to an upgraded room with air off and temperature at 82 degrees which took three hours to cool down in a city with a high temp of 108 degrees. Room finally cooled down at 12:30 am comfortable enough to sleep. Did not get to enjoy properly. Discussed with manager who did not feel the experience was there fault and wouldn’t compensate or give another night. Very disappointed and will not return to property and will tell friends and family about the very poor customer service and attitude.

Hilton has recently taken over this property and they have some work to do to get it into top operating condition. I booked the location because it was in a convenient location. It was priced at the upper range and so my expectations are high. I did note at the time that "service" had been dinged by other travelers and unfortunately, this is the case. The biggest problem is their breakfast cafe downstairs where 4 out of 5 days they goofed my breakfast order. Housekeeping is also a bit sloppy and there was a Q-Tip sitting in the hallway for 2 days that the cleaning team just left behind. Strange: very easy to spot. So, while the location and facilities are great, Hilton has some work to do to tighten up the service on site. In the meantime, the room rates are high for the level of service provided. Knowing Hilton, they will get this fixed. It's just very disappointing to stay at a property that fails to deliver service.

Overall, nice/new hotel. The service was ok - it seems like many of the people working there seem rather inexperienced (lots of training going on, so that's good). It was almost impossible to get a bottled water - in a GLASS. Maybe consider replacing all the plastic... The golf carts are key! The location is somewhat awkward so the golf carts really make a difference. I would def stay again.

Terrible experience. Check in was at 4:00 and we didn't get our room until after 5:00 pm. I reserved a premium suite with Mountain View and was given a different room as an "upgrade" which was right at the pool/bar area, where the music was super loud at night and my kids couldn't sleep. When I called the front desk to ask to turned down the music they said they couldn't do that and that the music would stop at 2:00 am when the bar closes. Also, the room was not very clean. There was dust on all surfaces and the bathrooms smelled bad. We won't be back.

I would have loved to have given this an amazing review but unfortunately when I checked out, I left a dress in a garment bag in the closet and never saw it again. This was not a small item, nor something that could easily be missed by staff. I checked out on Sunday morning and realized I forgot it on Monday. I called explained the situation and gave them my room number and they just transferred me to security. Security didn't answer so I left a voicemail. I waited 24 hours and security never called back (we are in Tuesday now) so I called back and spoke to the front desk again. This time they contacted security on a walkie talkie to see if housekeeping logged it and took it to security. They replied that the do not have anything. They also contacted the housekeeping staff and they said they do not have it either. I was patched over to the manager where I left a message but have not received a call back. I am at a loss for words and do not trust this hotel. I mean I lost a dress but what if I had forgotten something ALOT more expensive. I do not think I trust the staff enough to stay at that hotel again. There is suppose to be protocol in place when guests leave something and it is logged and turned into security. It appears that this procedure was not followed Also rated on Google someone said they would reach out to me… it’s been a few days no one has reached out nor has anyone called me back

The worst check in and front desk customer service EVER!!!! A week prior, I called the property and I was told I can call the day of arrival for an early check in since we were landing early. We arrive in PHX (coming from Seattle) at 1030am, called the Property and no answer. I tried to call multiple times until 2pm and still no answer. We started to think, this is awful service!! We finally decided to go there to see if we’re able to check in. A white male checked us is (i did not get his name but it was about 2pm on 5/25/25!) He told us that our room is still not ready — but he still gave us our room keys anyway— which was also odd. He did not even introduce us to the property, directions, etc. I was trying to tell him that we had been calling us all morning and no answer and he cuts me off saying they were busy. Mind you, I called the property while my husband was finishing the check in and phone does not ring at all. Everyday we were there, we would call concierge and housekeeping from our room and NO ANSWER. I call the Property from my cellphone and still no answer! And absolutely absurd!! until we checked out on 5/29/25, a differently lady was at check in she was a white female very friendly (unlike the previous ones) and I realized she had picked up the propertys phone. I thought, wow thats weird, now the phone is on. So i decided to call the Property from my cellphone and what do you know… she picks up. Phone not being on for 5 days is pretty damn wild.

The hotel was gorgeous but they need to tone down the Hilton air freshener in the lobby. It was so strong, we couldn't hang out without getting congested and sneezing. The music was also blaring before 6AM, so those few adjustments would make it much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, when we mentioned it to the front desk gal, she told us she had nothing to do with it. Also, not much for food options on-site (might be better once the new Wolf opens) so good thing Old Town is walkable.
