Loved property! Everything is very nice clean, love the middle patio. Love the section in back for the pets, and love that hotel is pet friendly. Great experience, highly reccomend.

This is a new hotel opened just this year 2024. Spotless. Smells like new vinyl flooring. Not having carpet is a great feature, but you will feel at home and take your shoes off. It's clean. Has a comfy pillow top bed. It looks just like the pictures. Has an outdoor secure garden/patio area with BBQs. Quiet area. Washers and dryers available. I would absolutely stay here again. It is one of the nicest hotels I have been in a while. Good job on the design and decor.

We came to Cleveland for a dance competition and did not get done till 11pm. I received a phone call from management with instructions on how to get our room keys bc front desk would be closed. And as directed room keys were in the correct locker. I will highly recommend everyone here and we will be back again.

The property was very cool with all of the self service automation after hours. The rooms were also incredibly spacious. All for a great rate.

New, spacious, clean, safe and quiet. The area in the center had grill areas and a fire pit .

Clean, large, convenient. Secure. The indoor courtyard made it quite loud at times from people gathering and talking. Even normal speak was amplified. It did get quiet closer to 11 pm or so, so no real issue for us. Bring a white noise maker to drown out noise and you’ll be fine.

My family's reaction to the appearance and appliances that were available in the suite we had were memorable. This made our stay in Cleveland even better. I really liked the after-hour options and getting our welcome letter in the lockbox. The gym room was also a nice touch as I used in the early morning.

Beautiful new complex, cool courtyard space and pet friendly! Was a big apartment, couldn’t be happier!

This was our first time ever staying at a StayAPt and we will definitely be staying again. It was very clean! As I am a clean freak when it comes to hotels and the rooms were very nice and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The laundry was amazing on site.

The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. I felt very safe as I was traveling alone. It was obvious it was a new facility. It is within a short distance of several good restaurants and shopping and close to the interstate. Room had everything you would need including a kitchen with full appliances. I will definitely stay there again.

Highly recommend super friendly staff and the location is good. It’s literally next to a lot of shopping centers and food places. The apt was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Oh and don’t worry about making a Starbucks run they have complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Very stuffy smell. The sink leaked and we had to put the trash can under it. The outlet where the coffee pot was did not work. Beds were comfortable but overall the room just smelled very musty.

No one was available this morning at 4:30 AM when I was ready to check out. I left my “key” in my room on the counter as you enter. When I arrived, the waste basket in the bathroom was 3/4 full. I did deposit somethings in the waste basket under the kitchen sink. When the room is cleaned for the next guest, please be sure both waste baskets are emptied.

Staff was friendly abd accommodating. We arrived late and they put key in a lockbox. Clean facilities. Kitchen very nice, gas coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the stay

What a great stay! I booked this stay by accident and I’m so happy we did. Soooooo clean. I can’t emphasize how clean it was enough. The staff does an incredible job keeping up with the property. Very family friends and you feel like home. It’s a small apartment with a full kitchen. Very impressed

Very clean, comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen and had extra towels. We would gladly return. Only negative was the amount of beetles and bugs that were in the walkways and the elevators. No roaches....just beetles.

Nice roomy and clean place to stay. It was a suite with kitchen and plenty of room for 5 of us plus the dog. We weren't there long - just a halfway stop on a long drive, but it was everything we wanted and needed.

Very clean, comfortable, and well priced. My only suggestion is request and apt in the 3rd floor because you can hear people walking in apartments above you.

Having a full kitchen is a huge plus! The separate sitting area was great.

Very nice property. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Everything was well kept and clean. Carts for taking in items were very conveniently located right inside. The apt was a very nicely designed use of space. Was so nice having a separate area for lounging and then also having the Kitchen. Well stocked with everything that would’ve been needed. The only suggestions I could make would be paper towels in the kitchen, but that is something that you might could ask for. Also I would have liked to have some sort of drawer storage in the bedroom or the bathroom. I would definitely stay again.

This is a great hotel at a good price. The suite was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The full kitchen and bathroom was awesome. The courtyard was beautiful. It was quiet. I definitely will be back.

Loved everything about the property except the living area couch and chair. They were like sitting on concrete… no cushioning!

Noisy in courtyard until 11:30 on our last night. No drawers or dresser for clothing. Sofa had some type of biting bugs, shower/tub slippery when stepped into. All reported to management who were great.

Sofa bed was damaged causing discomfort when extended. The frame was bent meaning the sleeping surface was uneven.

We were in town for a funeral. The staff was sympathetic to our situation and extremely polite. Check in/out was quick and customer service was wonderful. The hotel itself was beyond our expectations. The courtyard in the center was extremely clean and offered a great place for us to gather at night and let the kids run around. Our rooms were very pleasing and comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room to move around and the kitchen area was a nice addition. We will definitely be staying again!

I am hooked. From now on, this will be my first preference Hotel to stay at. It made me feel like I was at home and not at a hotel. It was very clean and had plenty stores nearby to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend this hotel located in Cleveland,Tn. The clerks were exceptional nice who worked with you to make your stay comfortable. Eddie was very nice. He had to assist me, after closing hours, to help me enter my room. He was pleasant and had lots of patience.

Great check in experience. I was arriving later in the evening, so the gentleman at the front desk called me to see what timeframe I would be arriving. The room was nice, very clean and fresh. I really liked the courtyard design of the building. The location was great. Overall a great stay, and you will be my first option when I come to Cleveland again.

The kitchen space was wonderful. The space was wonderful. It's the nicest long stay hotel I have stayed at. The customer service is kinda bad the guy does too many jobs so he is super short but you can tell he is over worked he does everything. The lady cinda on Sunday had a lot better attitude was happier and welcoming even though we was checking out. After first when you are going to room it looks very basic and cheap when you think about a hotel. But when you think of it as an apartment then it's very nice. They only have room service once a week so if you want more towels you need to bring them between 9am-11am for more towels and blankets or anything the hotel provides. I read the reviews before staying and was worried about the beds . I slept really well on the beds I loved them but I like a firmer bed. I also try to only stay at the Hamptons and love everything about there hotels. But if you are super picky about your sheets bring your own! The blankets are super thin like you would find at a cheap motel so you maybe want to bring one of them also. The building is brand new from the ground up. Lots of people not from this town think it's been remodeled and renamed . I am from this town and I watched the construction on this be built. I moved away for work. Unfortunately I stayed here due to a death in my family. I would recommend this place. As long as you have the mind set that it's geared towards an apartment and not like a Hamptons or Holiday. No cash at all hotel!

I booked this room for 3 nights and it was wonderful. It was clean and quiet. I traveled a lot the last month and slept best in this location. It really is like a mini apartment and has a target across the street for shopping. It was safe and comfortable and having a kitchen was a huge bonus for us.

Very clean and easy to navigate around Cleveland from there. I would stay again and highly recommend especially for families.

The suite was everything that we needed. The comfort of an apartment. It was modern, clean, quite, good location. Staff was great as well. You are right across the road from several shops and food stores. We were in town for a wedding an loved our stay.

This is a fairly new hotel. The room was comfortable and of a nice size. It felt like home away from home. The location is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other retail stores. I would stay here if I'm ever in Cleveland again.

The hallway around the room made the area look unused. No storage in the room to accommodate an extended stay. No food/vending choices. This is why i checked out of my 10-day reservation after 1 day.

We liked the apartment style room. Being able to cook diner rather than always having to buy out is a much better option for us.
