Selected this place as our team hotel and it was by far the best hotel we have stayed as a team. Everything was clean and all essential kitchen items were available in the room. Another plus was the breakfast as we stayed there for 7 days and it changed daily. Great variety every morning. The hotel is only 7 minutes from the airport and has 24hr free shuttle. Located very close to a shopping center and many restaurants.

This was a very pleasant stay! Staff was friendly, breakfast bar was excellent, and facilities were first rate. Be careful, however, if you take the van to the airport. Without paying much attention, I got on the one that went to the cruise ship. Fortunately, the staff brought me to the airport immediately and I had plenty of time to catch my flight. No one's fault but my own!

Everything being brand new and the staff being very accommodating made an overall positive experience. I do not for see this hotel staying nice, though, as there were many problems in both the first room we stayed in and the next one we had to moved into. Namely, both were clean as they have only been open 2 weeks. However, the cleaning staff and previous guests are not cleaning nor taking care of serious problems. First room: no working fridge, shower handle broken, no bags, and huge ant problem. Second room, gum plastered and dried into the carpet. Everything I had reported to front desk staff was graciously received and noted to not be held against me. They courteous and kind, doing their best to make our stay as well as could be. Fees were weird and not transparent with manager almost never available. Other residents were unruly often. Do I believe the overall experience was bad, no. But, not best I have stayed in.

As a new hotel, they seem to have used a lot of research to put all the amenities and details into our room: 1. An ample towel rack system in the bathroom. 2. More than one place to hang towels or toiletry bags. 3. More than one light in the bathroom. 4. A drawer on the bathroom vanity. 5. A barn door, ADA shower enclosure, with the shower control on the far wall, so that you don't have to jump from under the shower head and get splashed with cold water! 6. The trio of baths liquids, mounted on the wall: shampoo, conditioner, body wash. 7. Under counter lights in the kitchenette and a tiny dishwasher. 8. A modern, digital thermostat. 9. Double AC and USB outlets at the desk, as well as a cubby under the desk surface and a backlight. The desk chair also had an adjustable height - - a perk for us short folk! 10. Wall outlets that were at least four feet off the ground, in multiple places of the room, for everyone who needs to plug in their tech. No more searching behin tod the bed for an outlet! 11. A key card/light system at the door, so that you have less chance of forgetting your card. 12. A lighted closet system, from The Container Store, with pull out drawers. 13. Double AC/USB outlets on the night tables. 14. Both a Gideon Bible and a Book of Mormon. 15. A couch on high legs, so that you can tuck shoes under it. 16. A nesting, space saving coffee table and footstool. 17. Parking on the back side, for those of us who want to see our vehicle at all times.

The suite was nice and clean. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. All of the amenities were great. They had a laundry room for guests, which was very nice. The gym was clean. The hotel had breakfast every morning. It was okay, nothing to write home about. The hotel was a true 5 min drive to the airport. The one negative is most of the attractions downtown are ~20-30mins from the hotel. Our goal was Everbank stadium and other attractions, which was a nice 16 mins from the hotel. One last thing, whenever you leave the property if you do not want to take that awful U-turn, take a right out of the lot and just drive the extra 5 minutes around the block to Max Leggett Parkway. All in all a great stay.
