Very disappointed in this hotel. We specifically book the hotel because it advertised electric car charging. Both stations were not functional and the person at the front desk said they have never worked. If you are going to put it on your website it should work

Arrived at the hotel at 8 PM after attending a wedding and there was absolutely no place to even park There was only one handicap parking spot and it was taken, and I have a disability Didn’t even stay at the hotel because I was so pissed off that there was no parking

Breakfast was bland and cold at 7am. Wasnt staying stocked very well. Parking was very limited and was told to park in another hotels lot because its owned by the same people. Room was clean but a/c didnt work very well unless thermostat was dropped to 65 but still did cycle very well. Smelled like carpets needed to be deep cleaned and filters need to be changed. Our room was musty smelling. They changed our bath towels everyday.

Property is in mint condition. Room was very clean and comfortable. But front desk was not staffed later in evening or in the morning. I don't know how long a 9pm arrival had to wait to check in - at least a half hour. Other routine visits and calls to the front desk also went unanswered. There were two EV charging stations available, but neither was ready to be used - would be a real issue for a customer hoping to recharge. Staff seemed unconcerned. The breakfast was good, but the only employee struggled to keep up - ran out of hot foot and juice during the morning rush.

Hotel staff were really nice. The rooms were very spacious and the amenities were great. However, I did have an issue with bed bugs in my assigned room. The shower door in the room also would not remain closed. As soon as I noticed the bug issue I went downstairs and requested a room change. I was swiftly moved to a new room and the woman helping me apologized for the issue. The new room was clean and the shower door actually stayed closed. Parking at the hotel was a bit scarce but not an issue for me. There were some issues with the wifi in the morning but it wasn't an inconvenience to me.

We did a one night staycation and really enjoyed this hotel. Everything from the lobby to the room and bathroom were immaculately clean and modern. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The pool was an added bonus with hours from 9am-10pm so plenty of time to enjoy. Breakfast was hot and plenty of choices. Strawberry waffles were a hit! All of the staff were super sweet from the front desk to housekeeeping. We had a fantastic time and look forward to visiting again!

We went at 8:40 and most things were almost gone. The area behind the nightstand was very dirty , the lamp USB plug was broken. The carpet all the way down the hall from the elevator to our room on the second floor was very work and very dirty. A lot of dirt or mud were tracked in. Our hallway smelled like weed

Bathroom was full of hair from previous guest. The chair in the room extremely uncomfortable. Staff was not able to accommodate a better chair suitable for sitting and watching tv with some sort of back support.

Bed was super comfortable! Shower had good pressure only wish there was shelf to put soap and shampoo on. Only issue was the hallway noise. Sounded like someone was ramming a metal trash can up against the walls down the hallway.

Did not like the bed - this is a personal thing, but it felt pretty soft in the center. Quiet street, but surprisingly good location for restaurants. 10 minute drive to Derby Dinner Playhouse. Parking is a little sparse.

When I arrived and saw my room, I was very pleased. However, just after I shut off the lights to go to bed, I heard a sizzling/cracking sound. I realized that the lights and TV were flickering on and off briefly and making the sizzling sound. I finally called the front desk, who said she had just been in the adjacent room turning everything off because of a leaky A/C unit that was making the same sounds as my room. She offered to get me into another room, which I accepted, but I was nervous about what that whole situation meant and what it could lead to (water and electricity do NOT go well together). The staff member handled the situation well - I have no complaints there. But, I was downgraded to a different type of room and at that point, I just wanted to get some sleep. I'm surprised nobody from the hotel reached out to apologize for the situation and/or offer me a discount on the room. It's kind of a hassle to pack all your stuff up and move in the middle of the night. There were also other signs of shoddy workmanship, so I don't think I would opt to stay here again. Too bad - it's a nice hotel with nice rooms.

Hotel is very nice, clean, and NEW. However, our check-in clerk was very cold and unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome at all. I know folks can have bad days but, the front desk is the first impression and she was clearly not a "people" person. She could use some customer service training. The internet access is terrible here, my MacBook would not allow me to access the internet due to the "unsecure" connection, the firewall would not allow access. First time this has happened EVER ! Probably will not stay here again, normally stay at the Drury Inn and we will be going back.

Very quiet clean room, good size, all updated in the last 10 years, clean modern bath/shower, roller doors, quarts top, and thank you for the soft water, very good hvac… accurate quiet & wall control, very comfortable bed, on the firm side. My pet peave… no blanket. The bad, bad, bad TV had a sleep timer but every time it was turned on, it scanned in channels like an antenna TV. A channel guide would pop up usually when you hit the guide button but no way of selecting any of those channels. While scanning was going, no channel available. 10 minutes later, you could choose with the channel up/down most local digital channels, but very infuriating to have to wait for a scan on every start up. Breakfast was not good. Good waffles but otherwise pretty bad. Microwaved sausages, eggs, dry potatoes and the poorest biscuits and gravy(no sausage whatsoever). The space was very nice and roomy but even the coffee was mediocre. It was a good value but they need to do something about the TV system and improve the breakfast.

The staff went above and beyond. My wife and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and took av weekend trip. I asked if there was anything they could do, like a note in the room or acknowledgment at the front desk. We’ll, they did acknowledge us at the front desk when we checked in, which was nice. But when we got to the room we find much more. A dozen red roses with led candles and chocolates. Towel at in the bed and bathroom. We were completely surprised and delighted. It was so sweet and much more than I asked for. Well done staff!

When I called the front desk, I was told that not all rooms are equipped with them. I checked my booking, and it clearly stated that my room would have a hairdryer. Absolutely horrible. We arrived around 12:30 am to check in and did not receive a room until 7am! That is ridiculous. We had ti wait in that lobby for 6 hours till we finally found ab employee and they were able to get a room. We did not receive a single apology and no explanation. We drove 8 hours and had been up for 30 hours before we got a room. Called every number we could, talked to customer service and there was nothing anyone could do because no other hotel had availability. No sincerity was given. I would not recommend this hotel what so ever.

Stayed 2 nights. It was a nice hotel, clean and updated. We did have to switch rooms because the breaker for bathroom went bad which led to no electricity. The staff was very accommodating. Free breakfast was typical low budget food but there are tons of restaurant options within a mile. There are also shopping malls and groceries nearby. Very convenient location and definitely would stay there or other hotel in area for future Louisville trips.

This is a new hotel is clean. location is good close to I-65 Restaurants and is roughly 15 min from SDF Louisville Airport, Is actually located In Clarksville Free Breakfast until 09:00 AM The hotel is located ah short drive from the State Line between Indiana and Kentucky by the way better do all your shopping in Indiana more like a local secret. Parking is not that big but there is always space to park right next door. Not an issue. Yes I will recommend it.

Great stay, very clean place, with friendly staff and free parking. I will definitely stay here again. Room was very spacious. I would recommend that if you are picky about your pillows to bring your own. You can be in downtown Louisville in 5 minutes.

We liked the property, as it was very clean and the bed was nice. We were disappointed in the breakfast because it was not well stocked. Even at 8 they didnt have any muffins or pastries left. The waffle batter tasted odd, but the coffee was pretty good.

Very little parking available, and what was available was a good walk making it difficult to carry in bags. Hot water was barely warm and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Took twice as long trying to get the soap off and cold the entire time due to the water temperature. Breakfast was free so considering that, it wasn't bad, kept running out of everything, only had 1 person trying to do everything, felt bad for her.
