Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles

The front desk was super friendly. The hotel had 3 events so the parking was tight but the shuttle bus was available which was so helpful.

Wonderful hotel and event facilities.

The only issue i have is the parking, the parking lot is a long walk up hill if lower lot is full, no shuttle was available and an event was going on the weekend i stayed

Overall, 9/10. If you're Parking at the hotel, prepare for a hike. Internet was not good. Rooms, restaurant and bar eas very nice, and affordable. Great stay!

there is a resturant on site as well as a mini starbucks open in the am. gym, pool and jacuzzi are really nice. glamorous hotel gets what you pay for.

The campus and area is very nice and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The facilities were also very clean and nice. The pools and gym were well maintained and clean. Our only problem was a large group of soccer kids there running the halls, being loud at all hours no matter the location (pool or other common areas), and just inconsiderate to others around them. We paid the more money for the room thinking we were avoiding that.

I stay here 4-5 times each year for extended business trips. The beds are comfortable. The service is great. The gym is exceptionally well equipped. Restaurant service is good and the food is above average for a quality hotel. The grounds are beautiful, and there are paved jogging trails that loop all of the government buildings across the street. WiFi is free if you sign up for a free Marriott Bonfoy membership. The only downsides are that there is no onsite laundry and the A/C can be a little finicky at night. For longer stays it would be nice to have access to a washer/dryer. For shorter stays, no big deal. I noticed on this trip that they had upgraded the thermostats so it looks like they’re working through that issue. My family flew out for the weekend at the end of my 12-day business trip. They were also impressed and comfortable.

Parking is inconvenient

Beautiful hotel and grpunds. Very clean. Only 2 issues was the TV kept turning off even with the timer off and unless you paid for valet parking it was quite a hike from the parking lot to inside the hotel. And that's nit-picking.

Quiet and clean. The bar is $$$, so avoid if possible, but otherwise the hotel is a great value

I found a universal housekeeping key in my room, change on the floor, and hair throughout the unit. Entry door frame looked like it had been broken in to before. The small refrigerator was frozen over and had a burning smell.

Parking is far from hotel. The breakfast was not worth it (old and dry, no milk selection other than whole milk, the quality and quality of the food is poor). We had to ask her multiple times for milk, coffee and water. The breakfast buffet does not supply juice. The price of the breakfast does not include the service charge. When checking out I was surprised with a bill of a service charge for the breakfast for $21 which was a mistake that they later fixed. The hotel room floors were not clean (lots of pet hair) Overall I do not recommend this hotel nor the breakfast they offer.

The water hose connected to the bathroom sink was disconnected and ruined my shoes because it sprayed everywhere. The AC didn’t work very good and the tv shut off on its own after 2 mins every time.

This hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are really nice. The only complaints I have is the parking is ridiculous and the pool area is fine I just wish there was a walk down to get into the pool instead of a ladder inbedded into the wall. Makes it harder for some people to get in and out of the pool.

Always a great stay but our rooms were a little bit cold. Temp was set at 66 degrees , so It was never quite warm enough. Overall. A beautiful stay. Very clean, very nice. We love it.

The grounds are a mix of beautifully landscaped gardens/lawns surrounded by wonderfully wooded areas. The staff is professional, friendly, and courteous. The interior is clean, quiet and impressively decorated. The one and only surprising drawback is that there was no microwave in tbe room...really?

Their parking lot was full so we had to pay for valet parking. Bar/restaraunt right at the lobby was nice with good drinks and food. Their Starbucks was closed, so they put out free coffee, but it ran out. We looked forward to flavored coffee so that was a bummer. The elevator was being repaired so we had to take the stairs. It sounds like a bad experience, but the staff was nice and accommodating. We got take out at the restaurant and it was quick and delicious. Our room was serviced promptly.

When he finally came over after quite a while, he said he wasnt sure who came first and started taking other’s orders. We had movers coming and ended up having to leave without eating and had already prepaid for our breakfast with our room. Hotel wouldn't comp since we booked through Hotels.com. For such a nice hotel, was surprised to find small crunchy towels and no extra towels. No full-length mirror in room. The bed was comfy.

The check in and check out were great. Mickey at the front desk was a joy and so professional and friendly. We felt that she was genuinely pleased to have us as guests.

When we checked into our room I noticed a chirping sound coming from the outlet right next to the bed (video can be sent). I went down to notify the front desk because I know it would have definitely prevented my wife and I from getting a good night sleep. They let me know they would send an “engineer” to look at it. When I checked back at the front desk they let me know that the engineer did not find anything and we should be ok. We went back up to the room where you could still very clearly hear the chirping and I took a video to take back down to the front desk. Upon hearing and seeing the video I was presented with 2 pairs of 3m ear plugs and told there was nothing they could do. I found this absolutely ridiculous and honestly insulting given the amount of money we were spending per night on the room and the fact this is a Marriott. After arguing with the front desk agent they eventually switched our rooms but not before making me go up to the room, fully pack all of our luggage and bring it downstairs to check into the new room. This was the most disappointing and frustrating experience I have ever had at a Marriott hotel.

The wellington bar/restaurant had the absolute worst service I've ever seen in my life. They gave our order to a different table, we told them what happened, and then they tried to serve us that table's food in exchange. When I explained that I wanted what I actually ordered, they gave us bad attitude. They messed the entire order up, on the day of my buddy's wedding at the hotel. They even took an order of 3 pancakes away (because I only ordered a side of one pancake) and brought back a single pancake then tried to serve the remaining two to the other table with the obvious imprint of the powdered sugar where they'd removed mine. Complete disaster all around.

I was satisfied the staying until checked-out. I moved my car to valet parking spot for loading easily before check-out as checked-in day. When I got the hotel, a valet guy said it was okay just short time(less than 15min) for checked-in. So I did the same way. But a valet guy made me to move my car to middle of loading site and asked me to give him car key even I told him I will be back less than 15min. But he insisted in i had to give the key him. There was written loading for 15min. I am very upset because I explained him I just checked out and left. But looks like he did not believe. Actually I did not need to move my car when I park the valet parking spot because it was 8am on Saturday. It was not busy time and there were many of empty spots in valet parking. Of course , I came back to car within 15min. I was disappointed the situation. And the checked out also made me very disappointed. When I checked out, the front dest staff.said the system was down so if I wrote my email address, she would send the receipt via email. So I wrote my email and left. Later I received a email but I might delete it because there is weird subtitle. So I thought it was spam. She supposed to write clearly Marriott sent the receipt as subtitle. I hesitated to open the attached file.

it is a nice place. no one would be disappointed there. close to the airport. they didn't have acc network on the cable though. this is acc country!

Was not told restaurant was being renovated. Had temporary dining in a conference room with a small portable bar set up. More like a conference than a dining experience or even bar atmosphere. Seemed thrown together. For room price I was not impressed. More 100 dollar a night than 200

Went there for a wedding. They have beautiful venues within the property. Nice rooms. They have a great cafe for breakfast. In the lobby behind wellington.
