I think this Hotel has a lot of potential, however it lacks a lot of amenities and the wifi speed is lacking. The bed wasn't luxury and did not have a mattress topper. The television was small, and i was very disappointed that the room had the space for a fridge and a microwave but it didnt include one or the other. They let me know the pool and gym were not accessible and the whole hotel is currently being renovated. I think they should renovate the whole thing and then open back to travelers. The front desk staff didnt where any type of uniform, it presented poorly from the beginning. The one thing I'd say is its next to a buffet. Which is ok, if you're into that restaurant type.

I pick this hotel because it said they have laundry facilities but they don’t do I have to leave before my second nights but overal it’s a good hotel, the staff was excellent.

You get what you pay for--$60/night in the SF area is CHEAP. The place looks dismal from the outside, but the room was very clean and decently appointed. Staff kind. Hot water....well, the water was warm enough to shower, but wouldn't pull flavor from a teabag. Cable TV limited. The courtyard was parched--nothing like the Internet photo--but who needs a courtyard when you're in town to visit your 91-year-old mother. Would I stay there again, Yes, for the price.

Room was filthy. Felt like bugs everywhere. Carpet moldy. They have no hot water for shower. Felt very uncomfortable. Most of the rooms have Asian prostitution. Definitely portrayed as a fancy hotel and it’s definitely run down. Wouldn’t recommend for families or anyone.

We had a 1 towel in our room, the shower curtain rod was rusted, the door hinges were also rusted, tv was blurry and the carpet was stained and looked dirty. The photos were deceiving but I will say the lobby did look like the photos. We only stayed the night.

Due to the Chinese restaurant attached to the motel, it consistently smelled like spoiled sea food outside the hotel. The room doors did not seal at the bottom and had constant bugs in the room. They keep the doors to the courtyard locked unless housekeeping unlocks them, and it’s so inconvenient to walk the whole building to get to the front desk. There is not a manager on site, so they have to text her and not make a physical phone call to solve a problem. The staff however was nice and did their very best given the resources they seemed to have.

This place sucks!! It is dirty, smelly, gross. I found little black dropping on the bed. I slept one night and checked out the next morning and they are trying to charge for two more nights. I also have a rash on my shoulder maybe from bed bugs...ugh...

Stains on the carpet, black mold in the shower ceiling, sink clogged with cigarette ashes, bugs crawling on the walls. Most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. This was so unhealthy and dirty.

Would not recommend. Upon arriving at the hotel, the surrounding area and exterior looked a bit sketchy, but we decided to give it a chance. That turned out to be a mistake. The first room we were given had bed sheets with hairs and stains, and the toilet seat had visible poop marks. We requested a new room, which was only slightly better. The floors looked like they hadn’t been properly vacuumed, and we found more hair left in the tub. The final straw was that the shower only had cold water, even after letting it run for a while. Sadly, this stay was so bad that we ended up canceling after just one night.

The location is quite convenient. The room does not look like the above gorgeous picture. My room does not have the window with a view. There is only 1 working, very dim light bulb out of all 6 of the lights by the beds.

Very close to the airport. The windows are large single pane, the cold air and noise flows right through. Planes are loud and nearby truck activity is also loud.

It was okay a little beat up and a little loud from the airport but felt safe. It's fine for what we used it for, had an early flight and wanted to be close to the airport. It was 5 minutes to ParkSFO where we parked our car so convenient. Would stay here again for another flight but wouldn't recommend if you are staying visiting the area.

The property is nothing as it looks on the pictures. The sink was clog the pillows look dirty, the tub was leaking and the TV was not working at all. Additionally, it says it’s a non smoking and the room smell like cigarettes smoke. We ended up spending the night elsewhere because we felt uncomfortable being there.

It was a very convenient place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. TV had only 4 channels, 3 ESPN and Showtime. No news channels or regular channels. That was disappointing. Other than that, I would stay there again.

It was the worst experience that I have had at a hotel. There was a hot water issue where you had to let the water run for 20 minutes to be able to take a hot shower. My key card did not work when I tried to get in my room. Hotel had no staff after 10 pm so I couldn’t get in my room. Had to check in to another hotel at 11: pm. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The lady checking us in was super nice. We called her and told her out TV was not working. She immediately gave us a different room (upgrade). Day 2 our A/C stopped working and we called. The gentleman immediately came and fixed it for us. Day 3 our room key stopped working. I went to the front desk and there was no one there. I rang the bell, still no one. I waited and still no one. I called the hotel # and let it ring at least 10-15 times. Still no one. Another customer walked up and we both stood there. In rang the bell AGAIN this time a little more aggressively and still no one. I called again and let it ring about 20 x. Still no one.. I called one last time and sat my phone on the counter and just let it ring. Finally after about 3 - 4 minutes of constant ringing some young guys stumbled to the counter. You could tell that I woke him up. If you can't do your job and stay awake, maybe Customer service is not for you. (Side note - it was only 4pm)

Waited 45 minutes at 815 for an employee to return from “lunch”. Upon walking up to the other door, the sign read “due to short staff, reservations check-ins after 11pm will be cancelled and non/refundable”. Boarded up windows upon arrival, multiple people waiting for an employee who never showed up. Would give this place zero stars if possible. While the price is 1/2 of what the 2 closets properties are, it’s apparent there’s a reason why.

Horrible experience booking this hotel to stay. Show up to check in the hotel at 11:30pm all the doors were lock and no attendance there at the property, and no phone numbers to call there were other guests there waiting to be check in. All of us were lock out. We waited for 1/2 an hour and no attendance there at the property at all. Advise any travelers not to book this hotel or you maybe lock out and not able to check in.

Despite the fact I had talked to somebody to set up a late arrival , i found nobody there and the hotel was closed. The contact number was not picking up, nor could I leave a message. Pretty bad experience The next morning I went back to the hotel and talked to the manager. She profusely apologized ,stating her grave shift staff member just was not there. She promised to not charge my credit card since I had payed up front.

This place is terrible. Our key card would work on and off. One time when my husband was trying to get in the room, the key card wasn't working. They have security who walks up and down during the day. Really he spends all day talking to the people that stay there. He opened the door for my husband. Made us wonder if he just opens doors at any time. The final straw was when we came to the hotel around 11:30 pm. Our key card wasn't working. There was no one working the front desk. The after hours number, no one answers or returns calls. I'm still waiting for a call back and it's been almost 2 weeks. I take medication and use an oxygen. I couldn't access either because we couldn't get into our room. This is detrimental to my health. We had to pay and stay in another hotel.

Check in took too long. Front desk clerk did not look professional at all, she actually sick (cold/flu, maybe) was coughing the whole time while checking me in. She wasn't wearing a mask at that. Got to my room, and the tv wasn't working. Tried calling the front desk but the phone wasn't properly working also. So I walked to the front to let the clerk know so she switched me to another room. Got to the new room and the tv was working, thank goodness because after a long drive, all you really wanna do is relax and watch tv. The bed was horrible, i literally felt every spring on my body. By this time it was past midnight already. I just wanted to rest. This might be the last time I check in here, to be honest, unless this place gets a major makeover

Our flight got in a little later than expected and when we arrived at the hotel, we found the lobby closed. No warning, just a sign on the door telling us our reservation would be cancelled. I was stranded on the streets at 11:00 at night with two young children and had to walk across the street to the Marriott (which, like a normal hotel, had its lobby open). Whatever you do, avoid this place!

Location to SFO was ideal. The hotel itself has business hours for check in (until 10pm). A bit dark & dirty. Fine for a one night stay if you are leaving early the next morning.

There is a lot of space in and around property. Plenty of parking is available, and a good Chinese rrestaurant is located within complex as well as a Dunkin Donuts close by for late night or morning snacks. Complex is a bit run down and could use some fresh paint and updates. Bit staff is nice and the rooms are large. Overall a great choice that is economical with a great location.

I’m going to be honest. The morning to afternoon staff Cris is very nice doing her job., the lobby is not bad but needs some care, next door is a Chinese buffet that is always busy and food ain’t bad. There’s a maintenance man that does all the work by himself he’s a very nice person I’m not mentioning everybody here that I talk to when I’m free but they treat me good the outher side near the canal there’s a big pot hole you have to be careful of, that side has a very bad smell but hey you’re here just to clean up and rest right because that’s what I do I have a job I go to every day to make ends meet. It’s a place to stay and your near the airport price ain’t bad here.

Property pictures do match the actual condition of property. Rooms are small. A Laptop is bigger than the TV given in the room. The water does not get hot. The room was terribly dirty when we arrived. When asked for more towels they never arrived. The hotel is attached to a restaurant that had rats crawling by the dumpster outside.
