Hotel was generally very nice, but please be aware that the construction was clearly done in an inexpensive manner due to how thin the walls and floors are made. Was surprised at how much sound could be heard inside the room. Also, the room air conditioning operated based on a motion sensor which was located in the entry hall. That created the problem of the A/C turning off in the middle of the night due to the motion sensor not picking up movement while in bed. Besides those two items though, the hotel was truly great and very walkable to a vast majority of destinations in the city.

They gave us the wrong room and didn’t tell us, I had to call the front desk when we got to the room. They said they overbooked and that I was “upgraded” to a suite- but there was only 1 bed. Of course there was a sofa bed, but who ever wants to sleep on that? So it would have been nice if they told me at the front desk. Clearly they do not know what the word “reserve” means. The drop off area is a cluster. There is zero parking and my husband had to drive around the block 5 times before a spot opened so we could unload- which we had to do at the hotel next door and walk to our hotel then. Aka- there is not a dedicated space to this. Just the regular road. It was just ok. I won’t stay here again because of the hassle that loading and unloading was. Self park was $26 a block away, worth it. Location was good, but zero view of anything but the interstate.

I gave it a 4 because the beds were hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. We had two separate rooms and my family reported the same thing. To be fair we didn’t say anything so I don’t know if the could have rectified it with like an egg crate or something. Everything else was great. We loved the amenities. We were able to watch the game in the lobby and stretch out. Breakfast was good. We played pool which was nice since we didn’t have to spend extra money.
