First - the name is misleading - this is not a hotel within the airport as the name sort of implies. It's very NEAR the airport but not on the airport grounds. The main two problems we had with this place was they don't have an elevator for the folks on the second level and the property looks like it hasn't been remodeled since the 70s. The steps feel like they are going to collapse underneath you. The desk person was sort of friendly but kept cracking what she thought were jokes but were more cutting/insulting than funny. We didn't pay a lot for this place so we didn't have very high expectations. There are probably better choices in this area.

Came for Summerfest. Staff was very friendly. The donuts were amazing! Felt safe! Plenty of security cameras. Had anything you would need, fridge, microwave, shower, and a decent bed.

The rooms were clean and in okay shape but looking for amenities this is not the place. They have coffee and donuts for breakfast we expect a little more for breakfast. If you are looking for a pool there is not one. If you are looking for a reasonable hotel with not a lot of amenities this is the place.

Got this booking at the last minute as our other booking fell through when we arrived into Milwaukee,so we were glad to find a room during Summerfest! The property was clean,staff were helpful and there was a complimentary airport shuttle bus which was super convenient.

This property is suppose to be non smoking but when we arrived the building reeked like cigarette smoke. Our room was filthy. The headboards were covered in dust, looked like it hadn’t been dusted in months. The lamps were broken. Our pillows were dirty and didn’t have pillow cases on them. The bathroom mirror had white splatter on it and the shower had hair hanging off the handle. The floor felt like it was caving in. The blanket on one of the beds had a cigarette burn. The a/c was covered in dust and black/brown substance. We complained the following day and they said the room was in that conditioned because we checked in late after 12:30am. That’s no excuse for a dirty room. They did end up giving us a new room which was way cleaner and better than the original room. But I would still not recommend this property.

Soo dirty, I didn't want to touch anything. Stains all over the carpet and chairs. My room had something wet on the floor and plastic wrappers, a used bar of soap, peanuts and a pencil in the crack of the desk chair seat. It was filthy! So disgusting that I asked to change room and was given one marginally better. will never stay there again. Yes, it is cheap but not worth it!

The room we stayed in was run down. Lots of broken things and cigarette burns. It was a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke. There were several sketchy people wandering around the grounds/building. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We had no real issues but there were some things that made me uncomfortable.

I heard a lot of horror stories so I was prepared for anything. Nothing that bad about these rooms! The beds were comfortable and clean, the bedside lamps and outlets worked, and the A/C worked great, so no need to bring your own bedding, a power bank, or travel fans. The rooms also include a mini fridge and a microwave, which was nice. Bring your own tissues and toilet paper if you're staying here. There aren't any tissues and the toilet paper is super thin one-ply. I brought both from home, so I was comfortable! I also brought some shower wipes and dry shampoo to avoid using the shower. They've got old school tubs and their anti-slip grip is wearing off pretty badly.

The property is dirty and worn and needs to be renovated. The breakfast is misleading as they had only had old stale donuts and coffee (no fresh creamer was available) The free internet did not work in 4 rooms so we had to change to a room that had internet that worked. The cheap towels were adequate and the bed was not lumpy, and we did get free transportation to the airport. The staff was friendly but many could only speak limited english so they tried not to interact with guests which was a little strange. The front desk told us not to use expedia because they charge a $30 commission.

it was great.Jonny (Donny?) at the front desk was great. everything was clean the new and nothing was damaged. this was an unexpected stay after we canceled our other hotel for a safety concern asked to leave. wow. they were gracious here at this hotel letting us check in a bit early without even explaining my circumstances as to why. we plan on staying in hotels close to events to avoid parking fees and traffic so we plan on staying at this hotel again for the next couple of weekends. all of it was because of the hospitality, the cleanliness of the hotel, space, comfortable bed and pillows, the towels were great and we didn't run out of hot water in 5 minutes like the other hotel. one important thing is the lighting in the bathroom. so many hotels don't have this and you can't see what you're doing to get ready. there's lamps all over the room usually that nobody uses but nothing in the bathrooms yet this hotel has figured it out. congratulations and I appreciate this more than anything. I only complaint is the coffee, it was way too strong even for me who bruise it with three times as much coffee grounds. something was off a bit 😆 it doesn't matter because there are so many good places for breakfast right near the hotel I don't really care about a continental breakfast or coffee. we're running a bit late on checkout, we were graciously given another half hour without anyone checking up on us. cant add any photos, theres something wrong with the web page. roomy, comfy. thx!

Not bad for the price. The rooms were clean but the stairs and hall floors didn't seem to be getting vacuumed regularly. The "grab and go" breakfast was donuts. The coffee was one of those automatic machines so it was avaliable all day and night. Staff was friendly.

Just because there was a Harley motorcycle event in town, the price was more than double the normal amount. The only reason we stayed there was because it was the lowest price I could find in the area we needed for a reunion dinner. It was clean for the most part & the beds were comfortable. The only issue I had was they only had donuts for breakfast & there was no juice or milk for the kids to drink with their donuts. Other than that I loved my stay!
