Check in was quick and easy. No cost for parking which is nice considering the way hotels are gouging right now. The hotel is only a year old everything is brand new and well-kept. Unfortunately there were some things that were a drawbacks. But 10:00 at night the people above us were making a huge amount of noise so we tried to call the front desk who never answered after 5 minutes of letting the phone ring. We try it again using an outside line and still no one answered. When we went down to the front desk at another time it took 5 minutes of yelling for someone to come before the young kid came out from behind a closed door. It makes me concerned for the security of this property. The beds were not comfortable and we did not get a good night's sleep. The air conditioner was loud and couldn't keep a even temperature, but if you turned it off the room got hot and stuffy. It's sad that it takes $250 to get a decent room in the area and there are still drawbacks.

I travel to speak at various energy healing conferences. So this was definitely a business trip. It was a pretty clean place until I used some of the silverware and dishes. The storage bowl smelled of microwave popcorn when I took it out and it made me believe that maybe the dishes aren't quite clean.

I liked the room and the location and how clean it was. That was all negated by the fact that it was very hot out so I needed the AC on and it was right at the foot of the bed. The lowest setting was still very noisy so I wore ear plugs. that wasn't enough and I kept waking up from the noise. At 1am I couldn't sleep so I shut if off and slept with just a sheet on me but was too warm. Didn't sleep most of the night and at 5am the person above me stomped around for an hour like they were exercising. The only thing that matters to me is a good sleep and a shower to get me going in the morning. If that matters to anyone that needs the heater or AC on I wouldn't stay there. Weird too. It's only a few years old.

We had an excellent stay here. The room was well-thought out and well-equipped, particularly the kitchen. Triple-glazing meant we could hear nothing from the freeway next to the hotel. The hotel is fairly new and it shows in the decor. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and three hot dishes, plus waffles. Staff were extremely helpful. It is a short drive to local restaurants. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

The front desk employee was very flustered and kept repeating all the stress was going to cause her a heart attac, and that she had reported the check in time discrepancy to management with no action.

Room was in good condition. Studio suite was not the suite I expected. I prefer the full suite but I didn’t know the difference. Night staff doesn’t seem to be knowledgeable and doesn’t answer questions fully. Morning staff doesn’t seem to be attentive enough. Morning staff was easily willing to talk to other guests while working with me at the front counter. I don’t like to be interrupted by others while at the front counter. Not my preferred destination anymore.

We stayed in this hotel because my son had an early kick off soccer game and this hotel post their breakfast start at 6 pm daily. But in fact, it start at 7am. Moreover, we paid for a room with king size bed and sofa bed and the room only had a regular sofa. The staffs took long time to address this issue. First, the staff(Assad) said that he is the only one person worked in the evening. When we could not find the sofa bed and no bedding at all around 9am. Asad said we need to waiting for the night auditor revolved this problem. Night auditor give us bedding and told me that she could opened the sofa bed to us in our room at 10:03pm. We went together to our room (#504) and finally she found out this only the sofa but not the bed. She said she could check the room available when she back to the front desk. She called us around 10:30pm and said she could changing another room for us. But my wife and son already slept after the whole days activities. I ended up crawling in the small sofa for the rest of the night. This hotel has no housekeeping work in the evening And only has one staff works. We want our money refund and please do not sell this hotel in Expedia. Or it would ruin your reputation.
