Dirty floor in the room, socks from previous guest hanging on the shower, no towel racks (both broken off and not replaced, no bags in the dog yard, only 3 tiny pillows in the room for 3 guests, AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. Pool closed, gym closed - being used as storage for boxes for a renovation. …which this hotel desperately needs. Maybe it will be better afterwards .

We didn’t what to expect but we were more than pleasantly surprise by this hotel, location was great, front desk service was excellent, fun little personal touches in lobby and outside, pool/hot tub were clean and so nice, the bed was so comfy, definitely stay here again

The staff that we interacted with were very friendly. The hotel is getting ready for renovations which did not bother us, but what was disappointing was that 2/3 of the amenities that we wanted were unavailable. We chose this hotel because they had breakfast, a pool, and a fitness center. The pool was closed for cleaning which was not mentioned anywhere on their website or at the front desk, which disappointed my kids. The fitness center was unusable due to being full of boxes for the renovation, which frustrated my husband. Breakfast was adequate, and the room was spacious and clean enough. We feel that we should not have paid full price for a hotel that had 2 major amenities unusable. Probably would not recommend due to that reason.

We arrived late, but the staff was kind enough to let us enjoy the pool and hot tub, a perk most hotels wouldn’t allow. It felt wonderful to relax in the hot tub after a long day. The hotel has also been recently updated and renovated, which made the stay even better. I truly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be coming back.

Rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are nice. We picked this hotel to relax for Thanksgiving because they had a hot tub and pool . The hot tub only worked the first night and the pool was disgusting. It had dirt, hair and cigarette butts in it. Did look like it had been cleaned in a very long time! We were very disappointed

The pool was so filthy we could not swim after a long day traveling. Lobby and hallways were filled with huge boxes that limited access to breakfast area. It was a nightmare and most of the staff were incompetent (exception for night host who checked us in). Morning desk host was rude when I asked for receipt and gave me another customer’s document with mine on the back of the same page. This is clearly a management failure.

Property is under remodel with no consideration to guests during. I paid extra for pool and exercise room. Did not need to shut that down just because you are remodeling guest rooms. Take these amenities off your advertising during remodeling.

After a long drive we arrived late at night at the property and we were very disappointed because the hotel was remodeling and had boxes all over the place. We found the room was not clean and looked very old. The towels were disgusting and the bathroom sink has mold. We told the front desk lady about it before we left and only got one " I'm sorry". We called Expedia and they told us the hotel refused to reimbursed our money. Totally unfair.

Hotel wad beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. However, all was well till I washed my face and the hand towel had someone’s makeup on both sides of towel. Took to office. Later I took a shower. Getting wanted a towel. This too had big area of dark make up. This time I was disgusted and took office.she towel, photographed it to show to manager. Not happy with Spark. This morning I was expecting a nice breakfast like I had night previous at Hampton Inn. No. Your breakfast was no better than a cheap motel. Beautiful artwork and design, but lacking in customer service.

The toilet paper roll was empty and no extra rolls in bathroom. The body mirror was super dirty with baby handprints on the lower half. There were no towels in bathroom. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. The pull out couch mattress was the worst I’ve ever seen. Nothing but springs. The floor wasn’t swept. Popcorn spilled all in corner. Ice cream splattered all throughout but mainly in front of fridge. Dirty handprints on walls. We reserved for on way home from our trip. Got in late so we didn’t have time to find something else. Room was cute and roomy. Just was not cleaned at all.

We checked in and dropped off our bags and went to dinner. Came back to hotel to find our key did not work and someone else was in our room. Knocked on door and asked them if we could get our bags they said they didn't have our bags. Went to front desk and informed them. Front desk assured me they did not give my room away. Long story short police had to be called to figure out what was going on. 4 hours later we were put in another room and did not sleep because did not feel safe. No discount or refund offered for our trouble.
