Elevator didnt work. Was not offered help to carry bags to second floor. We managed. Alarm went off in the night, twice and for a long time. There might have been construction on third floor. We could hear noise through the celiling, disturbing sleep. Nice rooms, very clean. Nice counter and bar staff. Shuttle service to airport was great.

Lovely modern Hotel with very clean rooms. Good shuttle service. We stayed here a total of 3 nights. 2 nights for a start, then we went off for a 5 night motorcycle adventure, and we asked to leave our suitcases here, but OMG they said NO we couldn’t leave our suitcases there! We’d already picked up the bike and was ready to go! Panic! I had to catch an Uber back down to the Motorbike rental place and leave luggage there. And then an Uber back. Pain in the butt and cost me extra $US30. I now know, not too “assume” anything. When we came back for the 3rd night, we wanted to do washing, and the only machine on site required an app etc which was a bit of pain. Nice coffee in the lobby, nice indoor pool, parking costs $US12 + tax.

Had an interesting start to staying here when a guest outside said don't stay here as the fire alarm keeps going off. There was a wait to check-in, as there was a lot gojng on. The lifts weren't working when we arrived. Also, the fire alarm then went off about 10mins after we got to the room. The lifts were working when we returned later that evening and didn't have an issue with the fire alarms after then. Stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel was clean and modern. The rooms seemed big. The blinds worked well in keeping the room dark, unlike some hotels. A few minor grips.... the inability to share content from your phone to the TV was lacking or at least I couldn't get it to work. Also why have teabags if you only have a coffee pod machine. Not sure if the intention is you have coffee flavoured tea. The sliding door on the shower had a tendency to want to slowly open. The shower head wasn't completely fixed to the wall and the shampoo in the shower was empty when I arrived and was never filled. Would definitely consider staying here again. I'm sure many of the minor issues we had will be overcome over time.

Upon inspecting the bed sheets I found hair on both beds. When I informed the front desk I was told there was one housekeeper who does not inspect the rooms when cleaning to make sure everything is ok. I was moved to another room. Although nothing was on the beds this time there was pieces of stray hair in the shower. I’m not certain on the cleanliness of the rooms/hotel even though it appears to be clean.

This is the perfect definition of looks can be deceiving. There was hair everywhere all over the shower all over the pillows. The hotel was not properly cleaned at all the floor needed to be swept and mopped. I literally had to walk around and shoes the whole time just disgusting, you can sell this property was built in a rush, just for them to make the money back that they put into it, which was obviously not enough , I would never stay at one of these properties again the best one is the one in Miramar, Florida

This is our first time sraying here after years of waiting for its opening. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. Being a large convention hotel, we expected at least an above average experience. The hotel room was quite minimalistic. There were only 2 towels, 1 regular coffee k-cup, poor water pressure in the shower and the cheapest tv remote you cantbuy. Also, no EV charging stations. It appears that the owners ran out of money when getting the hotel open. Too bad. We ptobably won't stay here again because the Cambria hotel has better towels, water pressure and EV charging.

In room 115 My water pressure was extremely low, the cap handle to the shower feel off, under the night stand a piece of wood fell out from under. The tv would have moments of having no signal also the light above the night stand keep going on and off by itself. Other than those minor fixes it was a great place to stay. Thanks.

Staff was exceptional and incredibly polite! The rooms were very clean. The only issue was tv coverage was terrible and no ability to add a tv streaming service was available on the tvs. Recommend updating to smart tvs to give patrons ability to relax in evening without watching copious amounts of commercials or directtv disconnecting every few minutes

The staff was amazing, especially Peter. We were able to get a very early check-in which was fantastic since our flight landed at 6:50am. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was great as well! The room was nice and had decent features/accommodations. If I’m getting really picky, it would have been nice if the shower had more water pressure and there were options for drinking water besides sink water or something from the lobby. Overall, it was a great stay :)

Excellent location, clean, nice rooms, and great staff. Parking is ample and free. Breakfast for us was not covered so we did not eat there so cannot say much about that but you can order breakfast which by looking at the menu looked better than usual. What else do you need in a hotel :)

This hotel is a newer hotel. The front desk staff was friendly upon check-in but they did not allow early check-in on our stay. The room was nice but the toilet handle was properly secure. I was told upon check-in and when booking the hotel had free breakfast. However, there was staff working the breakfast area asking guest to pay after getting their breakfast. They did offer vouchers for some guest. This was not posted nor told to guest before entering the breakfast area. It would have been nice if this was posted before guest went into the area.

I’ll say that the hotel itself was nice, comfortable, and clean. No complaints about the hotel. Where the. Complaint comes in is 1) 10.95 a night to self park, in an unsecured parking lot. One night we came in and the lot was full and I had to park in back of the building in RV/Bus parking. This was unacceptable but it’s what I had. 2) the so called elevated breakfast was 15.00 a person and was nothing more than what other hotels include with stay. 3) The so called hotel store was poorly stocked for the 4 nights we were there.These three things alone is reason enough for me to not give a recommendation for this property. There are other Properties that offer more for around the same cost.
