Kids enjoyed smaller warm pool. We had food delivered for super but several places to eat close by and breakfast was fairly good. Eggs mix but strawberry waffles kids loved and buscuits and gravy and sausage good. Normal variety muffins toast cereal and yogurt and fruit. Coffee was good. We just stayed night.

Nice place to stay for the night on our way across Kansas. Property was clean, the kids were able to swim, and the breakfast was good. The price is reasonable too.

Overall condition of hotel is poor and dirty. Got put in a handicap room which wasn’t requested, no carpet and floor was dirty. Heater couldn’t be adjusted so hot we slept with air conditioner on.

Close to the interstate highway. The room has mold on the wall behind the toilet. After informing the front desk, the staff cleaned the mold, but the room continued to smell musty. It wasn't agood experience. Orbitz said i couldn't get a .refund

The hotel was very noisy. You could hear others TVs from the rooms. The clientele was banging doors and very loud. You could hear noise from upstairs as well as in the hallway and between the rooms through the walls. The TV service went out around 11. We’re still not sure if that was intentional or not.

Room photos are not reflective of actual rooms. “Suite” was a tiny cramped space, no larger than normal rooms, just with a couch shoved inside. Also all of the little soaps in are room were open when we checked in, which was odd.

The place badly needed updating! The room was extremely small. The toilet was short, and not secured to the floor. The seat was also loose. The water pressure in the sink was bad and the ice maker did not work.

Hotel was clean and service was super friendly. The bed wss not comfortable. It was very hard (which is a personal preference) and the pillows were tiny. Floors and walls are thin. The person in the room above us would walk for hours on end on a floor that's not insulated or made sound proof. I didn't reach out to staff because I didn't think they could do anything about that.

We stayed for a quick night while passing through. It was clean enough and the breakfast was decent. It was somewhat comfortable, both my husband and I woke up with sore backs, but the pillows weren't the kind that flatten immediately. The biggest negative is that you could hear everything. Our upstairs neighbor was up at 5:30 and we could definitely hear their shower. Every door, every person walking down the hall, everything could be heard.

I booked two ground floor rooms, called the property a month in advance to confirm this request and was assured that I was put in two ground floor rooms. Upon arrival I was moved to the third floor and told that they gave the rooms I requested instead to a tour group that arrived because they wanted to stay together. Terrible customer service.

Reserved a double queen, they were “sold out” when we got there. They only had a king. kids had to sleep on a small couch (pullout part was broken). Overall bad experience.

The online description said it was pet friendly and we have a service dog but when we went to check in the clerk wanted to charge us. The room wasn't very clean and there was what appeared to be dried urine that ran from the toilet to the shower. The whole night there was noises, the whole place felt really unsettling, the parking lot had broken beer bottles and trash all over and the breakfast was only served from 6 to 9am. The clerk wouldn't put us in the connected Sleep Inn as it wasn't designated for pets but that is discriminatory as our poodle isn't necessarily just a pet he is a service animal as well. In the morning the only thing the GM said is that she would make sure they didn't charge us a pet fee??? There really should have been a discount.

We stayed at this location 6-days ago. My wife was told she could access the gym at 6 am upon check in. When we came back, the desk told her that the gym wasn’t available until 7 am. There’s no sign and we got conflicting information so that was frustrating. Especially when you’re traveling and on a tight schedule. When I checked in on the 22nd I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting on someone to finally come to the counter. Finally I rang the bell that was on the counter, and the two individuals behind the partition made an expletive comment as they finally came around the counter to service me. When I checked out the following morning, I waited at the counter along with another gentleman for someone to check us out. There were two hotel employees sitting on the bench directly outside of the doors in view of the desk. The other gentleman rang the bell and someone came from behind the partition, who couldn’t help us. The two female employees sitting outside finally came in to service us. Nothing like getting that smoke break in. All in all, the fold out beds mattress is paper thin, and hotel staff service and professionalism needs improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants & shopping. I happened to check in at a very busy time but the staff was extremely nice. The room was clean & quiet. The bathroom needs to be updated or at least a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast was just so so.

Very noisy area from a 2nd floor room facing South toward the highway on a Thursday evening. Lots of truck noise between 6 pm and 9:30 pm. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. Had difficulty moving a wheelchair around the foot of the beds.

There are less expensive places to stay in Hays but we picked this one to take advantage of the breakfast offering. I was in the dining room at 6:15 and they were out of the protein (eggs). There was only pastry rolls and toast. I checked back every 15 minutes up until the time we had to leave and the breakfast bar still was not refreshed. I mentioned it to the clerk but was only given a perfunctory "sorry". We stay in Hays fairly often on our way to Colorado Springs and will definately not use Comfort Inns again. Mark

Breakfast is basic. If we would have had time we would have eaten out. There were a lot of flies in the breakfast area. Rooms were clean but the bathroom needs to be upgraded. The coating on the tub was peeling off.
