Rooms are adequate. Bathroom and beds are well worn. Our room was next to the elevator and they are quite noisy 24/7.

At checked in we were told by a male who was extremely rude. We had to pay an additional fee each day for breakfast and parking. When we booked those were to be covered. He smarted off and said I can cancel the entire reservation and you can go somewhere else. This we around 4:00 on 9/8/26. I asked him where did he think we were going to another room in town without way overpaying at that late of a notice. The bathroom was old and in need of fixing. Tub was all scraped up and metal showing. We will not be staying there again. Hallways were very warm and had an order. I do think the pool area was a good value.

I have been staying at this hotel for nearly 20 years when I am in Nashville. Affordable and a lot of music history on display. My only criticism is that the only seating in the room was a desk chair. A chair and perhaps an ottoman would be nice.
