There were 3 hotels sharing the same parking lots. It looked like there was construction in the lot that took up a lot of space. Makes you feel like you can’t go out at night in case u don’t have a space when you return

It was horrible. As soon as you walk inside it wreaked of cigarette smell. The lobby was a complete mess, the elevator was out of order, had to take the stairs, hallways smelled like urine, could not open door with card and when they were able open it , it was not a king room and the bed linen looked dirty. Went back to the service desk to ask about the king room that we were supposed to get , at least to see if it looked any better , and it didn’t , carpet was filthy too. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We could not stay there. We were supposed to be there 3 days and they didn’t refund us any night though we did not stay there.

Absolutely terrible don’t stay here, I seen two roaches in my room, no ice machines in service. No Iron Was available in the room, went to the front desk to ask for one and was told that they didn’t have an extra one to give me. The closet had a big cut out as if they were having plumbing Issues and they were trying to get to the tub water fixtures, the water in the tub did not drain out. You can hear all the noise from the hallway every door slam, every single time the elevator door opened, people talking in the hallway. It could be also that there was a 2 inch gap in between the door and the floor. MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD! & A huge pool with no water in it. I must say the staff was very Pleasant.

Do not go here!! Cannot understand the staff at the desk (when there's someone there). Housekeeping never showed up (we were there 4 nights). On the third night I asked at the desk if we were supposed to receive housekeeping, and the guy said something like, "you want clean?" Again, couldn't really understand. When they finally cleaned the room, we were almost out of toilet paper ( we had asked the guy at the desk for some when we wanted it cleaned). They did not give us any. The shower was filthy and the shower head was very low. Difficult to shower under it. Hole in the wall beneath the towel rack. Breakfast wasn't bad, but there was a guy in there cussing like a sailor one day. Not sure what his problem was. "Fitness" room has nothing but boxes in it. Pool is out of order (might want to mention these things on the website). Very noisy at night upstairs. Not sure what's going on up there. Remnants of pizza on the floor in hallway. Smell of pot. Flooring lifted up in the hallway. AC made a fairly loud noise, but it did keep the room nice and cold. Bed was fairly comfortable, but only 3 pillows (king bed). Very thin blanket.

property is currently under renovation, not even a sign on building with name of the hotel . front desk staff suggested that room be checked before signing in . front desk was able to find accomodations elsewhere

This place should rightfully be condemned. It presents a hazard to the public. We had a few issues: 1. We didn't get the room we booked. 2. We waited for over an hour to be checked in while problems with other guests were being sorted out. 3. Our service dog's status was challenged. We showed the dog's credential and offered to have police visit and sort it out. 4. NONE of the room amenities were working: TV, Microwave, refrigerator. 5. The window to the outside was broken! see picture attached. 6. The pass through door to the connecting room could not be locked. I rigged an alarm to break the lamp should an intrusion occur. See picture. 7. A drunken celebration from hell with LOUD music went on most of the night in several rooms. The front desk refused to address the issue. 8. We were awakened to a woman screaming with verbal threats of violence from an adjacent room. 9. The POOL resembled a giant urinal with algae growing in it. 10. PARKING was almost non existent. Car carrying trucks took an abnormal amount of space. 11. The place was in disrepair like you could not believe for example, the commode was not attached to the floor. I DEMAND you investigate and remove this PIG-STY from your service! FURTHER I DEMAND A FULL REFUND OF MY PAYMENT... I WILL be filing a credit card claim within three days if no action is taken. Items 1, 4, 5 and 6 above will be the basis for my claim. This place is a public nuisance. Thanks for caring!

Property was not a Quality Suite stand yet. It was still in renovation stage. Rooms did not have amendments like fridge and micro wave, tv not programed, missing light bulls, no phone or trash cans. No sighs up showing to even be a Quality Suite Hotel.

Quick over night stay for funeral in the morning. Hotel was convenient but parking lot is sketchy at night. Keep your eyes open at all times!

Many cockroaches on the bathroom, nasty.

Saw three roaches within 5 minutes of stepping in the room. Disgusting and filthy property.

It was horrible! It was extremely dirty! When I went to check in I was told there were no rooms available. Then, I was put in an already used room that was extremely dirty. The beds were dirty and not made, dirty towel on the bathroom floor etc. The next room, was extremely filthy, bed, couch, bathroom the room period. Everything was old example the bar soap in the bathroom.

None of the outlets in the room works, the light bulbs went out and the towels are nasty, stained with brown colors and are wet, stained with blood. The bath tub is not clean too. The hallway is smelly and so is the lobby. Staff was not present at the time of check out have to wait for 10-15 mins before getting helped. The floor was chipped and sticky as well.

This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had, the room was dirty I had to clean it myself, asked the front desk for a new clean room was told there were no more room available that’s why I was given a handicap room, asked for extra towels was told I couldn’t have any extra towels, there were nets everywhere, and don’t get me started on the free breakfast. There were fruit flies everywhere all in the lobby and even a few in my room. Only reason why I stayed is because it was late when I got there and I already prepaid for the room. It was more of a shady motel than anything. I have stayed at quality inn before and never had this extra. The toilet did not completely flush, and the sink kept clogging. Oh also the shampoo and body lotion they give you was opened and used. The front desk worker BP did the best he could but the stay was horrible if I could give it something lower then one star I would because this was the worse.

This property is trifling. The pictures are false advertising the hotel looks nothing like what is advertised on Expedia or the website. You can see dirt and filth everywhere, and that nasty pool area that is used for storage of old pullout couches with algae over an inch thick. The front desk worker knows nothing and you can barely understand him. Safety is an issue here. We left during the night I just could not lay in that bed with that dirty headboard lamp shade looking like it’s from my grandma house in the 80’s. The health department should be called.

Nothing here met my needs it was FILTHY here and run down!! It is not ran well at all. The photos were completely false advertisements. We had to switch rooms 3 time until we got a room tbuhat was less than decent but ok enough to sleep in after we cleaned our own rooms the shower had mold in it the fold out couch also had mold on it. The head board and floors were sticky and filthy. I have taken sooo many picture i wish i could upload them here for you to see for yourself. I would NOT recommend this place or stay here ever again this is genuinely the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. It was so much wrong with it i didn't even say all that happened in this review because it would take to long to type.

The air was on at 66, but the room still felt hot. Couldn’t stay the whole night because of the AC not working properly.

The bathroom doors don’t close. The door was tight! You have to push it so hard! It was also noisy! I reported it the next day and they said it was a certain room ! There is no phone to call front desk!

The only thing was the room doesn’t have a curtain blocking the outside light.

Staff very nice. Lobby nice. Room had a leaky faucet dripping. Curtain blinds broken. I had to jury rig something to keep closed. Cause light from parking lot very bright and on the first floor. Not sure if this is the trend but no phone in room to call front desk.

Property average, I had to close the drapes with hangers that wouldn't close

The manager was really helpful. There was no hot water so he put me in a room at the neighboring hotel. Sucks that the water was out but they definitely made up for the loss.

Full disclosure. I booked this hotel through Expedia, once I got to the property, I could not stay there! Upon entering the lobby to check in I could smell stale cigarettes! Then I met the most useless Desk Clerk. First, i could hardly understand him. Then I tried to explain a mixup with two bookings, which he let me know 'it was my fault '. In the midst of this I asked him to contact his Manager. Only to be told he didn't have his/her number! I decided to check the room before checking in, as the lobby and area was sketchy! Lets just say, it wasn't like picture! So I decided not to subject my family to that! In the end Mr. Front Desk man charged me twice for the reservation. I stayed elsewhere.

Upon arrival the parking lot was small & was shared with 2 other hotels so parking wasn’t ideal. The service was terrible. We were not greeted by the person working behind the counter. He was on his cell phone when we walked up to the counter. & prompted us to wait. Then immediately asked for my ID. No welcome or anything. He tells me the room i reserved is not available??? Which I had been charged for when I reserved it. (I checked my account & had screenshots to prove it) So we had to take a double bed room. We get our key & he doesn’t direct us, or inform us about free breakfast or anything. Just handed over the key. Room was filthy. Stains on floor, bed, walls. I’m just glad we only were staying 1 night. Never will be back !

Desk clerk was very helpful

I came to check in at 11pm it was little late because of bad weather even though I have reservations in the beginning they told me no room and they told me to wait and given me wingate hotel which is behind Quality shuites it was terrible experience.

The property was fine, but I was overcharged by $250 they were not nice until I put my bank on the phone it has caused a terrible problem with my account. Domino affect……

I waited at front desk to check in for over 30 minutes no one was there.

We reserved two rooms with two queen beds. When we arrived, they said they only had one room with one king bed and no sleeper sofa. The person at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. Had to find other lodging.

Ike at the front desk that wears the sandals has terrible customer service. I was put in a room that reeked of unbathed dogs (although there is a no pet policy), the sofa was stained and dirty, the smoke detector went off every 15 seconds, the curtains had brown stains and the floor was disgusting. After reporting this to Ike at the front desk, he immediately became defensive and stated that he had no other rooms to transfer me to as he was booked up. Suddenly, after I asked for a refund the room directly next to us became available. Not to mention the door was visibly damaged and you could see into the room although the door was completely shut. He also tried gaslighting me into believing that I never paid a $60 deposit for the room even when he gave me a receipt and called me to confirm that I knew there would be a $50 deposit (yes the price changed when I arrived to the hotel). There was even a couple there who expressed having stains on their sheets and Ike was ruder to them. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! Never in life will I stay here again. I would not even be caught dead here.

Overall, the room itself was good for what I paid per day. Rough area and some of the other tenants were wild, but that was just one night. Other than that, respectable stay for price and time spent in hotel.

Smell weed every night, the floor is nasty, noisy outside, the key does not work all the time

I saw the bad reviews and took a chance on booking for one night and honestly some are the bad reviews are right and some are just eh. I'm just gonna lay it out the parking lot area can be kinda like sketch people hanging outside in the parking lot or being loud or kids playing but I went in checked in front desk clerk took a while to give me my card to my room (I booked online and in person pay the deposit)but I was patient. The inside is nice when u first walk in big open area space better than the outside which I was surprised on the outside looks worn down but the inside was nice until u step food in the hallway. I did notice some of the floors were like bent, needs replacing but the room itself wasn't bad the room I was in. It just feels like ur in a suite big old big, coffee maker with the coffee for it and they give u sugar and cream for it and a straw, big open space, dining area, chair, the bathroom big old RGB mirror and the shower ON THE WALL THEY OFFER SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, AND LOTION ON THE SHOWER WALL which is like I never seen that before and then on the bathroom sink they give u the little lotion, soap, and conditioner/shampoo as well. As far as the room being cleaned it was clean and no stains or anything the floors could have been swept better and the blinds fully close but needs replacing it was torn just a lil bit. I would recommend others to give it a try it's not bad at first i thought so the outside may fool you or even checking in but it's not bad bad.

Check in was quick and easy. There’s a $50 hold on your room for incidentals which they allow you to pay credit or cash. Most hotels do not give you the option to use cash. The room was large, very clean. The bathroom sink drain was broke but I was staying one night and it wasn’t work calling maintenance or switching rooms. I will inform them at checkout. The breakfast in the other hand wasn’t the best, but atleast they offered you something. By the time I went to see what they had, about 6:30am the coffee was already cold. I opted for the bagel and cream cheese but the toaster didn’t really work. It warmed the bagel but did not toast it. I still give this hotel a five star because the room was very clean and comfortable and you can’t beat that for the price they offered.

The floor was quite dirty because when I wiped the drops of water off the bathroom floor the towel was dirty and when I wiped off my feet after getting dressed, my feet were dirty along with the towel. In the morning there was no one at the breakfast bar and the only coffee pot was empty. When I checked out, there wasn’t anyone there and there was a note at the desk that said to call a number for any assistance!

No smoking inside the building but staff and guest smoked outside at the enterance. Ran out of some breakfast food before 8:30. Breakfast was to end at 9:00

Unfortunately we visited the hotel during extreme renovations, phones lines were down practically the entire time. Amenities were basically none, besides the “breakfast” coffee - no cream or milk available only sugar. The rest I won’t even go into details. Room was okay, the place needs renovations desperately in the room. Bathroom wall bubbling, toilet was dirty, sheets were not appealing. Overall definitely a 1 star hotel. This is absolutely the worse hotel stay that I have ever experienced. We arrived late in the evening to stay overnight a couple of days to attend my nephew's wedding. There was literally no one manning the front desk. We had to wait several minutes before a person arrived. She was efficient but failed to say, "Welcome" or give us any other information about the hotel. We did notice, even at that late hour, that there was no water in the pool, which we had planned to use because it is summer time and the temperatures frequently peak above 90 degrees. The flooring, which appeared to be fairly new, was cheap and uneven, and very slippery in the hallways and especially so in the room. There was no telephone in the room and the furniture was chipped. We could not get an additional set of towels for the two nights that we stayed. The room attendant literally told my wife that no towels were available. The coup de grace, however, was the allegedly free breakfast. When we got to breakfast around 7:20 am Friday morning, the coffee was like mud. There were coffee stains on the counter and the floor, with no sign of someone who was managing the breakfast. The selection was meager, eggs, sausage and bagels. We refused to eat the gruel that had been set out and went to a local diner about five minutes away, where the breakfast was excellent. I intend to write to management to ask for a full refund. Quality Inn has no business subjecting guest to these conditions.
