Room was not clean. Door to balcony was pretty janky. Bathroom had drop ceiling tiles that were falling apart. Washed 3 spiders down the drain before I could take a shower. Bed was pretty comfy but bedroom was not cozy. Overall wouldn’t have minded the dated feel and minimum amenities if the room was actually clean.

Very interesting and charming place. Full of cool architectural history. Amenities were good. Staff very friendly. The place has a retro charm you rarely find anywhere anymore. That said, the room & facility could use a little updating as far as basic upkeep. The elevator was out of order and it seems like they were doing some work on the place so that's a positive. Just needs a little polishing but, overall, a gem. Would stay there again!

Clean place and friendly staff. Older building though, with paper thin walls. A loud wedding came back at 1am and woke up many of us. Overall good place, but we went in the shoulder season. I wouldn't pay full season prices

The location was great. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. However, the place has not been well maintained (pretty run down). The view is less than advertised in their photos. When we reported that our TV wasn't working we were told someone would be there the next morning to try to fix it ... no one showed up.

Waited for person on the phone at desk for over 10 minutes to check in, not even acknowledged. Elevator out (which we were made aware of before hand), Stairwell filthy, carpets stained, cobwebs and leaves everywhere. The room smelled weird and stale. Deck dirty and in poor repair. Deadbolt lock did not work. Spiders and dead bugs in bathroom and room. Wallpaper peeling. Definitely not an Inn, more like a run down old motel.
