Best Western Sheridan Center

It was clean, and easy to get around. There is a bar and resaurant right in the hotel. We were able to eat and get a drink and watch the football game. There was only one waitress and she had to take all the orders, clean off the tables and make the drinks. Service was great but we had to wait for her to get to us. They need to get her some help to bus tables and it would have been perfect. The pool was nice and warm. They need to update the website to the fact that rhey do NOT have a hot tub anymore.

This is an old property, but has been well maintained for the most part. It was disappointing that the pool was closed, and we were never notified. It was clear it had been closed for a period of time.

Unusual property in that it has four buildings, with one building on the opposite side to the main street, and the parking is even more fragmented. The main signage is on one side of that street while the lobby is on the other. Also, no elevator for the second floor.The rooms themselves are nice.

The room was clean but only able to use the outside exit. Hallway was full of beds and mattresses, etc. Therefore, impossible to get to ice machine in hallway. Advertise restaurant but both just happened to be closed.

The lobby is across a busy road from the rooms. There is no defined crosswalk or traffic signals. Skybridge requires more steps. No elevator. The breakfast is better than average.

The location is great and the skywalk was very helpful. The staff wasn't overly friendly buy they were there if needed. Having a free shuttle was helpful, although we ended up not needing it. The breakfast was good with great selections, however, since we came in late and were very busy during our 4 night stay we only were up early enough once to take advantage of it since it is only offered from 7-9 am. I'd beg of you to extend that until 10 for us vacationers who deal with jet lag. Service to our room was only if we asked for something and I did have extra linen delivered once, but it was just hung on the outside of the door. I would have appreciated a one time freshening up with dirty linen picked up. The room was comfortable and quiet, although dated and a little dark and the black out curtains didn't move easily. We were directly above the pool which looked nice but we didn't have time to use it.

Pool is right outside room windows and extremely loud. I was also charged more than what Expedia said I would be paying. Parking is awkward as the road is divided by a median and half the hotel is on one side of the street and the other is on the other.

Very nice people, very reliable and necessary shuttle service. Rooms are dated and noisy but clean and neat.

Onsite bar/ restaurant was a great amenitie. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Hot breakfast was great. Pool was very dirty.

Well kept property. Not the easiest street to cross, skywalk was pretty hot walk. Would stay again.

Our room was dirty and there was no blanket on the bed, no soaps, no bath mat, only a couple of towels. Overall it was disgusting, we spent one night and checked out the next morning, we had booked it for 3 nights.

Comfortable bed and clean. The hot breakfast was very good. Will stay here again.

Beds were comfortable. Carpet was dirty and stained, said conditioning unit was in disarray, bathtub and vanity sink had very slow drain.

Very pleasant staff. Rooms are pretty outdated. Area is quaint and you can walk to most places easily. Cleanliness could be improved. Rooms were not very quiet. Pool was very nice!

Bedding was very old. Rooms were dark with old furniture. There were bed bugs I booked four rooms I in one room and my grandson in another were both bitten by bed bugs. During our stay the grooms were not cleaned and towels were not replaced

Great family room with bunk beds and 2 queens. The room was outdated a ton. Bathtub/shower gross with floor mat to cover up the stains. Broken towel hanger, mold/yellow stains everywhere. We were there for 8 hrs of sleep and that was it. So let it be. But if had to stay longer id find new hotel.

The room was clean but there was standing water in the grout of the bathroom flooring. We thought perhaps it was just because It was recently cleaned, but throughout our stay, the water remained. We believe it was from a sweating toilet also in the bathroom the shower was in fact terrible. The water did not spray beyond the tub drain and the water pressure was lackluster. We put food in the fridge, which was a nice convenience but got up the next day and everything was frozen essentially ruining a few of our items when we checked in we had to go search for an attendant for the desk, but we did arrive late in the evening around 9 PM. The walls were paper thin. We were woken up multiple times a night from a group of students staying there and a crying baby. In the morning we heard three different rooms’ alarm clocks.

Run down, dirty.

The property doesn't appear as in the picture, the property needs lots of repairs and updates. Also,l some of the rooms are literally abutting the side walk/street, and you could hear all the street noise in the rooms. The breakfast was well done, organized, and of good quality.

Room is rundown. Not enough lighting in the room. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great.

This property is in dire need of a refurbishment/remodel. It is very outdated and the room did not have a clean look. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Sheets and towels looked clean but were worn and old. We stayed for 2 nights. They did not come to make beds or change towels on second day. I had to contact the front desk for fresh towels and I was told to come down and get some. Carpet did not look clean. Pool area had trash laying around. There were not any clean towels in the pool area.

The room was fine but the bathroom was really old, as was the counter.

Staff were so good. It is dog friendly. The rooms are so dated but clean. This is definitely a 2 star. Needs an update. It feels a little dull

Shower head was laughably short I had to shower on my knees it came out the wall at shoulder height

within walking distance to downtown. Nice comfortable bed. I had two rooms. The shower/tub floor was chipped and peeling in one room. Nice breakfast provided.

There was no elevators for customer to carry their luggage to rooms on other floors than first floor. Noisy. Could hear other occupants of other rooms.

Overall the room and property was great, clean and quiet. However, we paid extra for a room with a balcony and the view wasn’t worth it, just houses and the street below - not worth the 20 extra.There was also a wasps nest and we didn’t want to sit out with the wasps flying around. Also, the door to the balcony had a key card scanner to let us back into the room, that didn’t work and we would have locked ourselves out of the room if we hadn’t checked. There was also no microwave in our room so we had to go down the hall to heat up our food, that being said there were also three microwaves to use but only one worked.

Was surprised there wasn’t daily room service.

Property would not accept my temporary WY drivers license, so I was unable to check in or even receive a refund. I had the temporary and my voided old hard copy, and they would not accept, even though the paper copy is the legal ID until hard copy is received in mail.

Nobody was at the front desk, and I waited 25 minutes to check in. I don’t blame the staff, the girl that checked me in was very apologetic, she was folding towels while I waited. I blame the management/ownership for being cheap and underpaying/overworking employees.

This was by far the worst experience for a Best Western guest. The lady at check in was very rude and didn't offer water or explain any services they offered, but she spoke nicer to other guests that walked right after us and offered all services available to guests. She must have had a very bad day or something. I know it was because we were people of color and she very much disrespected us. She charged us a 150.00 deposit fee and also 67.00 for a service dog to stay and also requested for the paperwork, which in WY is not required and not to be questioned about. As we got to our room, we noticed the broken toilet. We let her know about it but she refused to do anything about it but were told that we will be able to move to a different room until the following night. So we decided to be moved to a different hotel but she refused to give a refund. As Hotels.com being our third party reservation, called the Best Western the whole story was twisted, she told them that we were offered to stay in another room, which was untrue. So the 3rd party wouldn't let is switch hotel because the attendant told hotels.com that we were already offered a different room. We ended up staying because a refund wasn't going to happen! It took us about an hour and half to get into our new room. So if you are native don't bother to stay there, don't even look that way. I've emailed a message to the manager but heard nothing back so far. Never again will we stay at this outdated Best Western again.

Room had food in the refrigerator. No housekeeping service. Didn’t deliver towels and waited an hour to get some sent over.

From check in to check out, staff were friendly and went the extra mile. Even after check out, they followed up on a left item and arranged to get it to us. Truly special service!

Staff are always kind and for the price its great! The rooms are clean and breakfast thats served is very good compared to other hotels definitely a comfortable and clean stay.

We were charged twice. Hoping this is being taken care of. Won't know until I see if my card is refunded.

Great location. Easy to walk to restaurants.

Location is between 2 major streets. Noisy at night with loud motorcycles. The road behind the hotel is under construction and lots of detours

In the heart of Sheridan with a skybridge over the downtown, definitely a must stay hotel for the full experience. Staff was great and very accommodating.

The location is our favorite, you can walk to everything downtown. Staff is always nice, it is an older property but clean.

Nice hotel on the edge of Downtown Sheridan. Nothing fancy, but rooms are clean and quiet, and you can walk to everything downtown.

This hotel is older for sure, but clean, well kept and convenient. The breakfast was over the top!!

Everything good, but the breakfast was kind of a mess in terms of the numbers of people. Some food items were running out and the staff was running like crazy to try to keep up. I think the number of guests outran the food capabilities.

It was an ok place, really more like a motel than a hotel. Property was spread out to a couple of blocks. Not a whole lot of parking and a little odd to get access. Very close distance to downtown Sheridan. Breakfast hours really limited.

One of the best hotel breakfasts that you'll find. The property is a little older- but well kept and clean. Staff was super friendly. Great experience!

The area the pool was in was a bit humid, but to be expected. If you’re a light sleeper, ask not to be near the ice machine. Was not an issue for me, but I could see it being an issue for some. The restaurant/bar on site was uncomfortably warm, we refused to eat there is was so warm with no fans for air circulation. Happily we found something to eat elsewhere. Would stay there again though.
