This was such a great place to stay! The pool was really fun for my kids and breakfast had many hot and cold items. The staff were helpful and friendly. I liked that it had a gym with weights and a treadmill but the display on the treadmill only half worked so that was disappointing. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool was closed, which obviously can’t be helped but the kids were disappointed. My bigger problem was that there were dirty towels in the bathroom behind the door. The hotel was nice otherwise though.

The staff was extremely friendly and our room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing as well. My son swam in the pool for almost 3 hours. It's nice they have a baby pool section (1 ft deep). I'm sad we didn't get to try the breakfast. But will have to next time we stay!

No elevator. Didn’t have the room I had already paid for available. Pool and hot tub not working. Hadn’t worked in a few weeks. No hot water. We cancelled this room and I am still waiting for my refund

Clean room. Staff were excellent and checked us in quickly. Pool was great but the hot tub was seriously hot lol. Family friendly and very nice. Over all definitely will be staying again!!

The property was older but well maintained, roomy and comfortable including the bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The only thing that wasn’t convenient was no elevator to 2nd floor and lots of luggage to get up. So that was the only reason for not doing 5 stars.

This place is disgusting! The furniture is not enough good enough for the goodwill, the bed is like sleeping on concrete, and there is mold and mildew growing in the bathtub and there was hair in it. That’s just gross! I wouldn’t sit on the furniture and I couldn’t even take a shower! Never staying there again and would recommend others stay away.

Bath tub and toilet were dirty, lobby smelled like smoke. Housekeeping walked in my room at 9:45am without knocking at all and I was standing in my room topless while ironing my shirt. All around the worst hotel experience I have had!

the staff was great, especially the manager that checked me in. the hotel itself is atrocious, honestly embarrassing to be open to the public and represent cheyenne in any way. the hallways were musty and reek. the rooms were mediocre and not very clean. the tv didn’t work what so ever. i wouldn’t pay $20 to stay there again.

Room was far from clean. Sink/shower had plenty of pressure and hot water, but the drains do not drain quick enough, so you end up standing in nasty water, same for sink, by the time you are done washing hands/face, you are dipping your hands in nasty standing water. Very gross on both fronts. Parking felt safe/comfortable. Room was unable to keep a consistent temp. Walked in upon arrival and it was so hot it was unbearable.

Beds and bathroom were clean but the rug wasn’t vacuumed nicely. Lots of dust on the edges and crumbs on the floor. Floor also had big stains. I did like that they had bunk beds. Breakfast was pretty terrible, very little options and eggs were very watery and burnt. Toast was dried out.

We had a long day of driving and my wife pretty much jumped into bed early. After a few minutes she was greeted by a bedbug on her arm. When we inspected the bed we found four bedbugs. After some negotiations they bumped another guest reservation and gave us that room. The ordeal took an hour. When we got home we had to vacuum all our bags and I'm still not sure some of these bugs are not in our vehicle or my backpack. If we have to treat for bugs it will be added frustration. The manager declined to refund us for one nights stay through hotels.com. The stated reason? They found no bugs. Please see attached.

The room was not ready when we checked in at 5 pm. But the biggest perk for us, was that this location has just replaced all of the mattresses this weekend. So we got to sleep on brand new comfortable beds.

Right on W. Lincoln way which is west of the downtown, old historic part of town, with several other hotels . Everything worked, nice staff. Some don't like the railroad tracks across the highway but I never heard any noise.

The hotel was very clean, and the pool was nice. The only thing we didn't like was how loud the AC was when it kicked on, as well as the noise of trucks pulling in by Home Depot. Those sounds, combined with a thunderstorm with hail, woke both my son and I up at 2 a.m. We could never go back to sleep, and checked out before breakfast was ever served.

Easy check in wish I could remember her name. Super nice even though we requested first floor when booking due to medical issues she had no problem switching us. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast continental was okay, the attendant was nice and kept the tables, counters, & supplies stocked & clean. They did not have cream cheese for the bagels which was odd?? But the hot foods were great.

Never called us got there and they told us maid quit and no rooms were cleaned so they canceled us out and told us to go to another hotel and 11:30 at night, we were never contacted by them to let us know this ahead of time. Terrible experience and she said she would cancel us out, but still haven’t gotten a refund credit yet.😡👎👎👎

We had an inexperienced clerk and had to change rooms. Be aware that there is an elevator only in the Tower. If you have a 2nd floor room in the main part of the hotel you will need to carry your bags up the stairs. The clerk was not yet familiar enough with the hotel to know that the room he gave us could not be accessed using the elevator, which we needed. The second room was not what we ordered (1 King) but 2 queens was probably a bigger room. Directions to get where we needed to be were somewhat vague, also, and the layout of the hotel is a little confusing. Room was clean and comfortable, though, with extra chairs which we appreciated.

The two ladies at the front desk where outstanding! I was actually trying to check in an hour or so early, and these two were coming off a completely sold out night before, I believe that they were a person short too, but they always kept me informed, even as I was continuously reminding them that I was in absolutely no hurry and could definitely tell they were the ones who were the most aggravated that things weren't going as fast as they wanted for my benefit! Outstanding service, extremely professional, extremely proficient and couldn't have been more gracious,, I go from Florida to Montana, at least once and sometimes twice a year, and 75% of the time, I'll stay in Cheyenne. Well I've just found a favorite! And make no mistake, it's solely because of your staff. Mike L

They gave me a room that was already occupied; I walked in on other guests in their room. The floor in the room and bathroom didn’t seem super clean. I had three bottles of conditioner but no shampoo; the person at the front desk looked for some but couldn’t find any; she could have offered to speak to housekeeping and solve the problem, but she didn’t, so I had to do that. And the property is really close to the train tracks, so it was hard to sleep. Breakfast room was clean, breakfast was fine with normal options for continental breakfast. Pool was nice and clean.

Although the room was comfortable, the whole property could use a total refresh. This hotel is on the outskirts of town but a short drive to town, such as it is. There is an Outback Steakhouse in the same parking lot which is convenient.

Is across from train tracks, but surprisingly very quiet. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The only really not good thing was the elevators were broken. It was just a mild inconvenience for my family , but would be very difficult to impossible for some. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
