The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy! The pool and jacuzzi were unusable 1/2 of our visit. That was a big disappointment! The fitness room was ok as far as cardio, but lacking in weights. Best of all was the closeness to our family that lives in Middleton.

Breakfast was great! The lady who was bringing everything out was exceptional!!! Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Really the only downfalls were that the pool was freezing, so it was not enjoyable and the ice machine was disgusting!!!!

This a very clean and well kept hotel. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is above average with fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, waffles and the usual continental fare of toast, yogurts and cereal that are kept well stocked. The bedroom has a microwave and fridge. There are plenty of channels on tv for All tastes. The bathroom is large with lots of towels and hair/skin soaps and conditioner. The Costco is right next door for anything you could need. I would highly recommend.

When I checked in the clerk wanted me to ship my cc on multiple terminals even though my card app notified me it went through on the first swipe. She said she couldn’t give me a room unless I swiped again. After I asked her to call the manager she was able to give me a room. There was used dental floss on the floor of the room and long black hair in the sink and tub. The tub wouldn’t drain. I asked if maintenance could fix the tub and they said it would be taken care of in the morning. It was never fixed while I was there.

This property is ok. Rooms unfortunately aren't sound proof. Our toilet was filthy (took pics but don't have the option to post). The front desk staff @ check in didn't speak much English so when asked if there was a Kohl's close by he instead stated our room number. Breakfast was cold and unappetizing. At checkout when I asked for a receipt showing there were no room charges, because they put a $25 hold on my CC, the staff member insisted they didn't need to give me a receipt because of reserving through Expedia. The property overall is placed in a great area with plenty of parking/food options close by and the grounds are well maintained.

I would give this property a higher rating except for one thing. No towel racks! House Keeping is only every three days, and there’s no way to hang up your bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. I simply do not understand why they would do that.

I stayed in a king suite, which was perfect for me. The bedroom was farthest from the hallway and had a door between the sitting area and bedroom. The room was so quiet I didn’t even know there were any other guests at the hotel! The bed was comfortable, no complaints. I would definitely stay here again!

Check in was quick & easy, room was well appointed and very clean. We realized later in the afternoon after checking out that we’d left some medication in the fridge but one call to the guest office and they assured us they had found it and would hold it for us. I was able to get back the next day and we were all good! That never happens btw! So that alone was enough to make me a repeat customer 💕

The staff who checked us in were great, cleaning staff were great, but we were in an accessible room and the bathroom really needs some help. The shower doesn't drain so the second person taking a shower is in 6 inches of water, the shower curtain could use a cleaning or a new one (probably because of the water it sits in). Other than that, for the price, the location, the hotel works, will definitely stay there again.

Good location for Madison, Spring Green, Baraboo area. Very close to costco, shopping and dining. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms, comfy beds (bring your own pillows). Nice breakfast. Would stay again.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly. It was located in a Business Park. The downside for me was that I used a car service to get to the hotel in the late evening and didn’t plan for a meal. The hotel didn’t have any evening dining options and the hotel wasn’t really located in an area within late evening walking distance to get food. I should have checked into it or planned better before I arrived at the hotel.

Solid property with clean facilities. Stayed 2 nights during autumn in October. I only ever saw 2 staff members at any given time, but they were efficient and rooms were adequately stocked. Spacious King rooms, with effective AC/heating. I could see myself staying here for 4 nights easily. Hot breakfast is very basic with options like scrambled eggs, potatoes or sausage and an assortment of bagel/toast options a few cereals and coffees. Bfast hours are reasonable and not hard to make.

We thought the person who checked us in was amazing. The morning guy was on his phone and not at all engaged, but we were able to check out quickly. The room was big and comfortable with everything we needed. Pool was nice but the hot tub had some solid material (looked like moss/algae) so we didn't use that. Breakfast had everything you needed, eggs, one day sausage & the next day hash browns, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt peanut butter, plenty of choices of breads and muffins, cereal, etc. We'd stay again.

It was our second stay and the experience was as great as the first except for the breakfast options. Burritos and sausages were served most days and I thought to mention that many people do not eat pork and it would be nice to revert back to having scrambled eggs every day as it was the case when we visited a year and a half ago. Both our stays were at least one week.
