Carpetless floor in room; although person above dropped items constantly but nevertheless room was comfortable. Prompt responsiveness of front desk. Very convenient location right next to the airport. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes without any delays. Room was not very clean, lots of dust. The toilet was leaking and the bathtub didn’t properly drain water. Shower holder was very flimsy, almost like it was about to fall off the wall. The bathroom door didn’t properly close, the latch didn’t catch, so you couldn’t even lock the door. The staff were amazing, very nice and accommodating. Shuttle is super fast and convenient. The rooms though look nice and spacious. The bedding was clean. The room smelled very nice.

This location is Ideal just a short walk or shuttle ride from the airport. after being on an airplane for 4 hours the walk to this property was easy and welcome its also only a few blocks from the skybridge that gives you access to the train from their the downtown area is very accessible. breakfast was nice and a good vale for your money. the room I had was on the top floor with a lake view.

The initial room we got had a balcony, when the balcony was open, there was a terrible whistle under the entry door into the room. So loud you could hear it almost to the end of the hall. We talked to the front desk and they were able to get us another room. The windows do not open. Seattle rules... Weird. Overall pretty nice.

The beds are way too hard. Highly recommend that management sleep on these beds once a week. Killer on the back, killer on the side. Ended up sleeping on the sofa as the padding was better than the mattress on the bed. The location of the facility, however, is the best in SeaTac.

Internet was down the entire first day of my stay with no update after repeated requests. Happened to run into the technician in the elevator the next afternoon who was extremely helpful and got me up and running. They gave me a couple of breakfast vouchers for my stay which I only used 1 of.

When I arrived at the Radisson, I had had a delayed start, missed my ship embarkment, fell and injured my back, sat on highway in a downpour waiting for visibility, discovered I left one of my large suitcases at home, and although I’m old enough to handle stress, disappointment and pain, whenI stepped up to desk to check in and learnedthat my travel agent had made reservations for wrong date, I was ready to burst out in tears! The young ladies at the front desk discreetly reassured me and set out to solve the problems. They called their management because my agent was closed. They got me checked in, and even got me laundry aids so I could get a fresh start the next day! Maybe most importantly, I was back on my way to meet my ship with my dignity restored and the best night’s sleep I had in a month! a special shout out to Tova. She has a bright future ahead of her if she solves problems and provides customer service like that to all your guests!

We arrived late night to check in and arrival staff were not the most welcoming. Literally asked for name and handed a card. No explanation for where to go, check out time, or breakfast. Not our usual expectation. Room was clean and comfortable. We went down for breakfast the next morning and restaurant staff friendly. We asked front desk if a late check out was available due to our flight being moved even later and she said yes, despite upon check in being told absolutely not. A mixed bag but would stay again due to convenience to the airport, we walked to the terminal in less than 5 minutes. An easy walk even with 4 suitcases between us.

I was not able to get the room that I paid for. I paid in advance via Expedia. I showed up late. The staff at the front desk said that I was a no show because I did not get there by 2 am. When I said that I had paid in full and wanted the room for the remaining hours they said no. I was a no show and since I did not call to tell them that my flight had been delayed by many hours it was my fault. They said they would only give me a room if I paid for ANOTHER room and made a new reservation. They took the money and would not provide me with a room. The staff were following the policies and being completely inflexible. I would never stay there again or at a Radisson and I travel multiple times a year.

The desk clerk did not greet us properly when we arrived, instead giving his attention to a flight crew that arrived after us. When my wife pointed out his rudeness, he doubled down and said that it weas policy to give priority to flight crews. No apology. Unfortunately we did not have a stellar experience. We called for the shuttle service from SeaTac. The lady who answered was rude, and then left their shift without passing on we were at the airport waiting, an hour later after calling again, we got picked up. Mind you it’s past midnight by now, they did not put a note on file when I asked for a last check in. Went to room, it had not been cleaned. Wet towels on Floor, breakfast dishes on bed, trash on floor. Back to the front desk towing our luggage. Plus is that the new night shift staff upgraded our room and gave us complimentary breakfast for in AM. AM staff on the ball, nice breakfast and on time shuttle driver. Probably will not stay again.

I booked this room specifically because it is advertised as at the airport. It is not. You still have to take a shuttle. Which deposits you in a parking garage which then requires a 10 minute walk to ticketing. I had 5 expedition duffels which I could not wheel into the airport from the hotel. Giant hassle.

This hotel is right across from SeaTac's South Terminal, easy access to and from the airport -- about a 10-minute walk or a 10 to 15-minute ride on their shuttle, which leaves every quarter hour. It is very clean, quiet despite being on a busy highway, no-frills (no glasses in the bathroom for example), with a basic cafe and some fitness equipment. To be blunt, it's a place to stay overnight between flights but not a place you'd go to for any other reason. For that, it is absolutely fine.

The room would not get warm enough. The heat was preset for 75 degrees fahrenheit, and we were cold. Finally. Maintrnance brought in a space heater. The resturant looks like a boring office-no decor-,just white walls. Food ok though.

Nice convenient location for airport. Lord of airline staff stay here. Everything was good except the food in the restaurant. We ate there because we had been traveling all day and it was easy. The French fries were good, but I didn't care for the cheeseburger. Breakfast was okay, and they did offer a discounted price. We stayed here in 2022 for our last Alaskan cruise. Seems like food was better then but maybe that's just how I remember it

Property was convenient to the airport but not worth price paid. Room was not clean, specifically the bathroom. If you stay here, be sure to get a room not facing the road otherwise you will not get much sleep. The food in the restaurant was awful and service was lacking even though they were not busy. The server cared more to talk to the front desk staff rather than help the customers. Also, very expensive for the poor quality and preparation.
