When I reserved the hotel room, I requested a one room suite for 3 people. I was surprised there were not linens or blankets for the 2nd (pull out) bed. I called the front desk several times with no answer. We had to physically go to the desk and call out for someone to help. Breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced & I’ve traveled for work all over the country staying at hotels. The first day we went down at 7am and there was a handful of small muffins, a few bananas, off brand lucky charms, & off brand Cocoa Puffs. The fridge had juice, a few yogurts, cool milk, & cream cheese. We were told if we were to go later it would be more stocked. The 2nd morning we went at 8:45am and it was worse. The front desk gal said it was almost closing time so she wasn’t surprised there’s nothing there but 2 chocolate chip muffins, 1 banana, & 1 yogurt. Several people came after us. I asked if there were bagels for the toaster and she said they were probably frozen but she’d get a few. I stood and waited while she texted someone and leisurely got a couple bagels for me and another guest. She then had to go back and find some cream cheese. The coffee was out and she couldn’t be bothered with it. Besides the disappointing breakfast, the door to our room was difficult to open and I had to get my key re-made 3 times in 2 days. The housekeeper had to help me twice (she felt so bad I kept getting locked out). The housekeepers were very sweet and helpful.

This hotel is not as-advertised. The hotel is in need of significant upgrades - the finishes, carpet, and fixtures are old. The carpet is heavily worn. The HVAC was also up-dated with a split system in the living area. This creates a problem because the air doesn't circulate into the bedroom and the bathroom, which lack connected vents. The food service was not sufficient for our needs and we had to go off-site to the Hilton Garden Inn next door to get food. We also scheduled a shuttle for the morning of our departure, but the front desk clerk wrote it down for the wrong date, so we didn't receive shuttle service and had to take an Uber. We contacted the hotel to request a reimbursement (as did Hotels.com) and did not receive a response. The hotel is also isolated. You can drive to a shopping center, but you cannot walk anywhere once there.

I booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle. When I called they told me it was not working. I spent $30 for an uber. I would’ve booked something closer had I known. It was available the next day. The front desk was very nice and friendly. I also tried to look for vending machine, there wasn’t one even though the sign said vending. & At 1am I we were all woken up by the fire alarm. Needless to say I had a horrible night sleep. I understand some of this is out of their control but I won’t be staying again.
