5 star hotel, great location and loved Catch31 bar and restaurant! Only drawback was only 2 out of 3 elevators were in operation, made it difficult during check-in hours but otherwise not an issue. Rooftop infinity pool and SkyBar were pretty incredible for happy hour and nightclub, even had an acoustic guitar show one night.

Beautiful property steps away from beach and restaurant on site. Breakfast service seemed a little slow and unorganized one mor ing but may have been an isolated incident. Not allowed to grab and go at the breakfast buffet was disappointing on the day of departure as we left at 6am. Parking was convenient but pricey.

The location is ideal and the dining options are excellent. However, I will not book this hotel again unless I have a first floor room. At check out, my husband and I waited for more than 45 minutes for an elevator so we ended up walking down 10 flights of stairs with all of our luggage.

Property was clean, only big problem for me was the elevator. Only 3 to start and 2 out of the three weren’t working, lead to wait times to get to my room which was on the 14th floor. Had to climb the stairs multiple times to avoid 30 minute wait time to get to my room.

Perfect stay for a spontaneous beach overnight. Friendly staff, our room overlooked the stage and we loved being able to watch the performances from our room, gorgeous views. Loved a morning dip in the rooftop pool and hot tub. Parking was easy.

They only negative is the elevator situation. Really really really difficult to get an elevator. The hotel staff the elevator going up from the lobby and utilize the service elevator….but getting down - stairs are the only option. Steps down are okay most of the time, but terrible when checking out with luggage.

There we only 2 elevators in operation for the entire weekend. The wait for an elevator to check out on Sunday was horrific. For a hotel that is supposed to be or that caliber this was unacceptable. Will definitely find other options than the Hilton on next stay.

The rooms were spotless and wonderfully quiet, and waking up to a spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic was unforgettable. The room is outdated, the tub had a permanent dirt mark, i had to have the shower curtain changed because of mold and my towels had holes in it. Told the manager. We went to the indoir pool and the wster was cold.

Overall the hotel is kept clean but updating is needed. We had an ocean front corner room which made the views nice. Although I was disappointed we were on a lower floor which I did not understand since the hotel wasn't fully booked when we checked in. For the money you pay be sure to request a higher floor the views will be much nicer.The cleaning staff did a great job and when requested for additional items they were prompt to bring them. The roof top pool was fabulously we were happy we were able to enjoy it, considering it was September.

I was expecting more from a Hilton. Although we did get a room with a balcony as promised, the balcony looked over the largest AC fans I’ve ever seen. It was so loud there was no way we’d go out on the balcony. The safe was broken, the light next to the bed didn’t work, And the light on the desk was also broken. The only good thing I could say it’s a very comfortable bed and I like their other comments about our room well, not the first. We also arrived early and were told we would get a text when the room is ready. We waited and waited. They never text, so we went back to the front desk in the room had been ready. They were just too busy to let us know. Cutting some of our vacation time down.

The room was well-appointed and very comfortable. The layout was also very nice. The view was absolutely amazing. I had a corner oceanfront room and it was worth the cost, in my opinion for that view. Room has a nice size balcony. The thermostat did not work. It showed that it was set to 70 but the temperature never went below 74 - and it was cooler outside than in the room. The room safe was shut upon arrival so I wasn’t able to use it. The shower head also leaked and it constantly dripped, quite loudly. The staff also could have been more mindful of disturbing guests before 8am. I arrived at 1:30am and was a little annoyed that I was woken up around 7am due to staff in the hallways slamming doors, loudly cleaning and vacuuming, which was really surprising at that time of the morning.

Nice hotel and great restaurant, but the fact that the music on the rooftop is so loud from 10p - 2a that it shook the room detracted from the stay because you couldn’t get a good night sleep. Elevator was also down extending wait times over and above the wait times during busy hours.

Great view, great location. I booked an oceanfront King, I paid about $300 for my room. The downside is the room connects to the room next door and the doors are paper thin. I could hear the ladies talking in the room next door from my bed. I’m a light sleeper, I did not appreciate this at all. The lady at the front desk was average, not very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, met my needs. Liked the mini fridge.

The ait conditioner was loud. The balcon was unusable due to the fact that giant airco's were making it too loud to enjoy it. There were so so many children, also at the pool. There is no oversight, so people bring there own music and just ignore evryone else. The place needs a big renovation, looks nice from far away but close up its very worn out. Hate shower curtains!!

We highly recommend staying here! All the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel, our room and the rooftop pool/Sky bar were all very clean. We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant because we wanted to spend as much time as possible exploring the boardwalk, shops and beach in the short time we were there. Next time for sure!!

It was our 25th anniversary and on 3 separate occasions, reservations, 2 weeks before check-in and checkin I ordered roses for my wife. Never got them. Saturday night for a nice dinner in the restaurant at 10pm they BLASTED rap style music my wife and I couldn’t talk. This place was top notched but not anymore. I’ll stay next time up at the Cavalier

I have been to this Hilton on numerous occasions and it has always been fantastic. This time not so much. First night was awakened to a woman screaming and crying in the front of her door. Tried to call the front desk. Finally after 10 minutes and 5 calls later someone answered the phone this all happened at 5:30am. Fast forward to 8:30am her father was knocking on her door LOUDLY. I will say James from the front desk did call me later in the morning and apologized for the craziness. 3 days later I was checking out and the valet went to get my car once I got my car I was about to drive off when my hand touched something strange in the steering wheel. The leather on the steering wheel had been torn as if it had be caught on something. It wasn’t that way when I got out of it the night before. The valet who brought my car to me was very helpful, he got his supervisor who seemed to be annoyed that I was even bringing it up, said I could fill out and that he would get security. After waiting 15 minutes I had to go no security to be found. I am very disappointed with this stay I know the staff has no control over how people act but should it have taken 10 minutes and 5 calls to get someone to answer at the front desk? Still haven’t heard from management regarding my steering wheel.

Great staff and service. There was an issue with the AC in our room. Matt at the front desk, went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Also, our concierge Rachel was very nice and professional... She told us about a coupon card for discounts at select restaurants and stores! I highly suggest you stop by and say hi!

The property seems tired. The lobby was without air conditioning and very uncomfortable. While I recognize that checkin is at 4, it sure seemed like the policy doesn't really accommodate early arrivals as we didn't get our room until after 3. As rooms are cleaned, is it not possible to assign a room to waiting guests?? Our bathroom also was not clean with residue on the toilet, The hotel is beautifully situated on the ocean and we had a corner room, but we were underwhelmed. The biggest problem was the very loud music playing in the park next door which seemed an attraction to the hotel's restaurant and bar at ground level. It was loud rock music that really disrupted our desire for an early night. The front desk indicated when we called that city ordinance allows such music until 11 which didn't feel very insightful about finding a way to maximize profit and enjoyment of its restaurant/bar with its hotel guests. Nice location but we won't stay at this Hilton again.

We loved the roof top pool. We were on side of building facing Neptune park but our view was excellent. Although not ocean "front", frankly we liked our view better to have both ocean, boardwalk and city. Staff are all very nice and helpful. The daily jet flyovers were incredible!!

The outdoor pool area was very nice and clean. I also loved the bar next to the pool. The water in the pool was warm and clean. I loved that the beach was right in back of the hotel. The Catch 21 restaurant was excellent.

I Recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. What began as a minor plumbing issue turned into a frustrating ordeal that required follow-up just to receive a response. We had a non functioning toilet all night .For the inconvenience, I was offered a breakfast voucher for two guests. However, when I went to the front desk to claim it the following evening, I was told it couldn’t be located and that someone would bring it up to my room once found. That never happened. To make matters worse, the next night we were kept awake by extremely loud music coming from the rooftop lounge. The bass was so strong it rumbled throughout our room, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk and was told the rooftop club operates from Thursday through Sunday until 2 a.m.—something that was never mentioned in the hotel’s description. We had two rooms booked on the top floor, which made the noise even more unbearable. As a result, we had no choice but to cut our stay short and check out a day early. Even breakfast was a letdown. The eggs tasted artificial, the fruit was clearly from a can, and overall, the quality was very poor. I expected far better from a hotel at this price point. Between the lack of communication, unfulfilled promises, sleepless nights, and subpar amenities, I would not recommend this property and will not be returning.

We were really impressed when we first arrived at the hotel. The lobby is extremely nice and the staff helped us unload and take our luggage up to our room. The valet parking was extremely slow. Housekeeping also needs to be improved. We stayed in a two double bed room - housekeeping only left us 1 towel and two wash clothes. It took over an hour to get additional towels and wash clothes. The conditioner in the shower was also empty. We also visited the Sky Bar one night. It was really boring and they had roped off all of the furniture so there was no place to sit. We also had to get manager's approval to use the vouchers we were given at check in. We visited the restaurant downstairs one night as well. My friend ordered a burger medium - It was completely burnt. On our morning of check out, the restaurant downstairs turned us away because they said they were too full and couldn't keep up. We used our remaining vouchers on snacks and drinks at the hotel "store".
