Absolute phenomenal visit. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! The place was very clean and smelled really nice. Our ocean owe suite was phenomenal. Wonderful views. Plenty of space to spread out. Loved the full kitchen. It was very quiet during our visit and we the only ones in the pool area which was amazing. Hot tub was actually hot. Can’t say enough about this place. Booking a return visit for next month with my hubby.

Fantastic stay! We booked a 1 bedroom room. Clean, updated, and spacious. We had plenty of room and beds/pull out sofas for me and husband and our 2 kids. View and location were the best! Parking was a little challenging with our oversized truck but the hotel does offer a few oversized spots. And the staff were diligent in making sure that there were no illegal parking.

It was a beautiful hotel resort. The pool is very safe for kids, one of the closest to the fishing pier. Multiple stores and restaurants right In your area. Staff was absolutely amazing. I don’t recommend staying here if you have a trailer or a tall vehicle; as the only parking is a parking garage and there is no oversized slots. Also I had initially paid around 500 for 5days/4nights when I got there I was charged an addition 115$ for security deposit. And then an additional 200$ for any property damage that may accrue. I did know of the 115 security deposit but was never notified about and additional 200$ deposit. Hotel/Staff and amenities 5/5. Overall 3/5 due to water being shut off for maintenance and the unknown deposit.

I like the Boardwalk, but the weather does make the area a bad place to walk and have a good time when its all closed. Different time next time. Victoria, was a GEM! She has a great smile and is a great person, with a dynamite personality. Kuddos to her and the staff. Love the gym, pool area. Coffee is great as well. Chow, R. Lucas

Property was okay but it is old, they are in the process of renovating but the two elevators for 11 floors makes it a pain to move around the building. I would not stay here again because for the price it’s just an average hotel in need of updates

The location to the beach was great! Bed was comfortable. The room was much smaller than it liked online- VERY deceiving! The “kitchenette” unfortunately wasn’t as hoped either. Coffee pot leaked- soi didn’t use, toaster didn’t work resulting in the need to go out for breakfast everyday. The kitchen space was the main reason I booked this room. The hallway smelled of marijuana pretty bad. I went by and bought an air cleaner for my room. The room was clean and the staff members that I encountered were all very nice and professional. All in all I would not stay here again. Price did not match what I got.

Excellent customer service from check in to check out. It was easy! Celeste at the front desk was very informative and she was awesome! She kept in touch by text throughout our vacation to make sure our stay was comfortable(you can also opt out for this service) The suite had a full kitchen with utensils and was oceanfront. The rooms are clean and they provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. The location is awesome! It is right next to the fishing pier and steps from the sand. There is a pool with hot tub. It is a secure facility. Keycard entry for all doors/pool/elevator access. There was security at night time rounding inside and outside. No issues with July 4th weekend. Everyone was having fun despite the large crowds and fireworks. As far as parking there is a garage with a parking pass. If your illegally parked you will get towed. We will definitely be visiting again 😊

I recently stayed at the Boardwalk Villa, and I must say, my experience was very disappointing. We paid for a 2-bedroom suite, but we were unaware that the second bedroom was in a separate area. This meant we had to exit our hotel room and enter through another door to access the second bedroom, which we ended up not using at all. To make matters worse, the WiFi was non-functional. The hotel called an engineer to come to our room to fix the issue, but he was unable to resolve it. The front desk then asked us to go downstairs to the business office to use their computer to retrieve our boarding passes. This process took us two frustrating hours, and when we tried to print our passes, the printer didn't work. Joey offered to help by asking us to send him the file so he could print it out for us, just too much trouble and I was tired. Due to all these issues, we decided to check out earlier than expected so we could get to the airport and handle our boarding pass situation. I would rate this hotel a 1 (terrible) and will not be staying here again. I cannot recommend this property to my friends or family. The hotel did not align with the reviews or advertisements; it felt old and depressing.

This property was absolutely amazing. I have stayed at many hotels in Virginia Beach, and this was definitely one of the best. The kitchen was equipped with full sized appliances, it was clean, and everything was in working condition. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out sofa bed, the bathroom was clean, and nicely sized. I had the pleasure of checking in with Kyla and David. Their customer service was exceptional. I had a small issue with the balcony door when i arrived, the engineer that was sent fixed the issue with no problem and he too was kind, helpful and everything you would hope for as a grandmother traveling alone, with her two adolescent granddaughters. On day two, I had the pleasure of interacting with the concierge, whose name I can't remember, forgive me; however he too was exceptionally kind and informative. Day three, I interacted with another member of the front desk team, I can't remember her name either, but you guessed it, she too was phenomenal. She assisted with giving towels to my granddaughters for the pool and engaged them in conversation. I saw several staff members and each one was kind and helpful. It was a wonderful establishment with a wonderful group of staff. Thank you, I will be back. 💖

I was in 907B and my Saturday night was awful. Because the room shared a corridor with 907a, I could hear my neighbor exit and enter their room from 11pm-5:30am, almost hourly. I slept maybe 4 hours. These rooms shouldn’t be booked out together if the people don’t know each other. Finally after calling the front desk twice security came up and that did take care of the problem.
