the shared spaces are lovely, the staff is amazing!!! location can’t be beat,,, however. the room i had was pretty crusty feeling :( i asked if there were other rooms that may be more updated and they instructed me all similar, again, the staff is amazing, but i tried to stay at new orleans omni a few years ago and it was pretty awful room as well, (with common areas being again, lovely). anyway, won’t be trying omni again…

The room was nice, loved the robes and the shower was actually hot with great water pressure! The bed was super comfortable, room service was great! Only one complaint, it smelled like the carpet had been recently shampooed but there was an underlying smell, a pet smell? I don’t know what it was from but it was off putting but mostly in the hallway. A little in the room but it dissipated with the AC. Otherwise a really nice stay!

This hotel was right on the Riverwalk and close to everything we wanted to see. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was roomy, the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great-very important in San Antonio in September. We ate once in the bar and the food was very good and huge-always in Texas. Will stay here again when in San Antonio.
